Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen - Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäckerei, Pizzeria befinden sich direkt neben dem Haus. Das Appartement ist einfach, bietet aber alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt: ausgestattete Küche, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle Besteck und Töpfe sowie Handtücher und Bettbezüge sind vorhanden. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibt es einen Parkplatz auf welchem gratis Parkplätze für unsere Gäste reserviert sind.

Very nice, tidy and comfortable double room. Location very good with Ski bus stop right in front of the house (5min to Sölden and 10min to Hoch-&Obergurgl). We can definitly recommend it and are planning to come back.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen - Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäckerei, Pizzeria befinden sich direkt neben dem Haus. Das Appartement ist einfach, bietet aber alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt: ausgestattete Küche, Kühlschrank, Besteck und Töpfe sowie Handtücher und Bettbezüge sind vorhanden. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibt es einen Parkplatz auf welchem gratis Parkplätze für unsere Gäste reserviert sind.

A nice and fast communication, a great apartment. Two adults, two kids and unfortunately a lot of luggage for a few days. We have everything great. Enough space, in the apartment 2 even two bathrooms with two toilets, shower and bath. A large balcony with plenty of chairs in the middle of Sölden. Our car stayed the whole day, with the Ötztalcard and the bus the whole Ötztal can be explored, the Freizeitarena and even the Therme- the whole thing for free! In the morning fresh bread or cold meats, everything next to or opposite. Although on the main road the noise was low. A little tip: if you like us with lots of loose little things in the car - packs the better to carry in-house in big bags, because you can stop well on the road, but also easy to traffic obstruction. Parking is great on a large free parking, which can always be easily reached. We thank you for the great hospitality and the great time with you.

The apartment could not be in a better location, since the bus stop to the main gondola is just outside the front door - a quick three minute ride. The indoor ski rack and boot warmers are another great amenity for anyone looking to hit the slopes with dry, warm gear. In the evenings, the apartment is close enough to walk back without the bus. It is also near many restaurants, bars, and nightlife options. If you prefer to cook at home, the kitchen is equipped with all you need. The stay also comes with complimentary passes to the nearby pool and spa. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of the spa this time, but we hope to stay here again!

Our house "Juwel" and is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture, a fantastic view over the mountains and free wifi and sauna. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few minutes. The Ötztal Premium Card is included in summer.
The house was renovated in 2017 and provides 7 apartments that belong to different private owners. It is located above the center but can be reached in a few minutes. You can enjoy a fantastic view from all apartments. Your skis and boots can be stored in the skiroom with boots-dryer. The basement provides a little wellness area with infrared cabin.

Lovely little apartment, easy to find ,clean and comfortable beds , good host . Ski bus near by to a great ski area , shops restaurants and bars . It’s a steep walk from the town ,good for fitness!! We enjoyed our stay , thank you.
