Had a fantastic stay here. The apartment is located close to a metro station (one block away), there's a grocery store literally one building away. Alexander-Nevsky is just a short 10-15 minute walk away. Location was excellent, space and amenities were great. I would stay here again.

Chadvar is a great host, very helpful and quick to respond! Even when arriving late he was available to check us in and help show us the best local places. Highly recommend Chadvars place for how clean and tastefully decorated it was. The amenities were also great, with everything you would need to cook etc. The location was also very good, close to loads of great restaurant’s, Agarta being the one we chose, also amok is a cool little bar nearby.

Chavdar was an excellent host by all means. We stayed in his lovely apartment only for 2 days but the information he gave us about the place it was enough even if we would have stayed for one week. The apartment was absolutely value for money(good,clean,best spot) , If i was going to be in sofia again i wouldnt bother looking for another apartment .

We loved staying in Chavdar's apartment, in the heart of lively Sofia. The flat is completely renovated and nicely decorated, with all the amenities we could need. The huge double bed was also a definite plus. There's no place else we'd rather have stayed. Chavdar was a amazing host. He gave us really nice tips for places to eat, go out and even park the car. Cheers!

The apartment is spectacular, even though the building is pretty old, the flat is completely renovated and new. The kitchen has all the utensils you can ask for and is functional. The living room has a comfortable couch and the TV with Netflix (perfect for when you come home tired) and Alex had put a lot of information about what to see and to do in Sofia. The bedroom is very comfortable with a huge window to see the city. The bathroom is very functional and modern. All the stances have calefaction so you won't have cold even though the building is old. Overall we had a wonderful experience, the flat was a cozy and warm place to come back from the chaotic city of Sofia, something that we appreciated a lot. We came very late to check in (3:30am) and Alex was awake to help us open the doors (we had problems with the app) but inside you have keys you can use the rest of the stay. We couldn't get in touch with him the last day we had to check out but everything went fine. It is pretty easy to follow the instructions since they are perfectly explained.

Very nice apartment. Small and intimate, perfect for a couple! The bathroom is very small, shower is linked to the sink, but all in all you have all you need! Bed is very comfortable. The apartment is close to the city center (10/15 min by walk) and close to a very nice bar where you can have breakfast (barka coffee gossip, recommended!).!

The apartment has a perfect location. We were able to walk almost anywhere. The rooms itself were very clean and they provided lots of Tipps and maps for the city. The communication was easy and check in is very flexible. We definitely had a great time and would like to come back one day! :)

The house is small but comfortable, it has everything you need. About 10 minutes from the center, there is a market where you can shop for 5 minutes and the tram stops. We only saw the host on our departure but it doesn't matter because he was still very present through the messages: he asked us how it had gone on the first day the morning after our arrival, he gave us advice on how to move in Sofia and when we needed he answered right away. We recommend it!

He is also really helpful, he came to the airport to pick us up for a little amount of money, also when we checked out he called the taxi and waited with us until it arrived. Hristo is very helpful and kind hostess! He helped us to everything we wanted! The apartment is in the center of Sofia ! It is renovated and has all things you need for your stay (fridge,iron, hairdryer,tv etc,shampoo, toothpaste etc) . It was clean and bigger than the photos! There is a supermarket few minutes from the apartment and a lot of cafeterias . Also the apartment has key box and it was very helpful ! We are highly recommended!

Great wee apartment. Very warm and comfortable. I wasn’t keen on using public transport as don’t speak Bulgarian but it only takes approx 45mns to walk into Sofia. Couple of nice cafes/bakeries right beside apartment too.

We would highly recommend Valeri’s apartment. It is stylishly decorated, in a great location and there were lots of thoughtful touches. Valeri was very communicative and there was lots of the useful information in the apartment about Sofia.

If you have the chance to stay here, especially for a long-term stay, take the chance immediately. I just spent a month here in Jan/Feb and honestly couldn't think of a better place. From all the small touches (from books written in different languages to a first aid kit to a fully stocked kitchen to extra towels, bedding and tp) to the most aesthetically-pleasing layout, Valeri really has thought of everything. This was perfect for a solo traveler, and I can imagine it would be great for a couple too. The apartment is on the 5th (top) floor with no stairs, which if you are able bodied is great exercise--I appreciated it, but something to be aware of. The sunrise and sunset views were peaceful and charming (the back of the apartment complex), and the location is great. It's a quick walk to anywhere in the city--including a park right next door, a few supermarkets, Vitosha Blvd, and just a 45 minute walk from the Central Bus/Train station. What else is good to know? There is a comfy and clean balcony, a comfy couch and chair, and a kitchen with two stools and a good place to eat or drink. Outlets next to both sides of the bed, lighting exactly where you'd think you'd need it, coat rack at the front entrance, washing machine, stovetop, oven, espresso machine, and a little closet to hang your clothes. Lovely place to stay, lovely host. 100% would recommend.

This is a great stay in a central location with a great view of the mountains. Comes with good facilities which meant that we could cook at the flat when needed. Great for getting around Sofia as you are always in the city centre. Good to have a gate on the staircase as it made the flat feel very secure as below this there were some rough sleepers which was slightly awkward to get past late at night. Couldn't recommend enough!

The location was fantastic, making it very easy to quickly reach everywhere in Sofia within minutes and easy to reach with public transport!! Also the required things for a short stay are all available! Just the shower/bathroom is very small & get wet after showering, would recommend taking slippers with you when staying here!

Lovely little space right in the city centre!

The place is great - loved the roof windows. It is a small but cozy place - has a nice view and everything you need. The only thing I would point out is that the front door is shared with another apartment. From the front door you go into a tiny hallway and there you have two separate doors for the Gramophone apartment and another one. You could easily hear the ppl from the other apartment through the wooden doors. This did not bother us very much but the shared front door should be considered if you are looking for a complete privacy.

Nice place in the center of Sofia. Everything is in walking distance (mountains are easily accessible by metro line 2 and bus 66). Very small bathroom but enough for a short stay. Recommendable!

Alex’s place was perfect. More amenities than you can imagine needing. Sparkling clean, comfortable, very modern, just as pictured. He also provides wonderful guides that are extremely helpful and is great at communication. If you arrive late at night for check in, just be sure you have your phone ready with the number to unlock the gate. We did and it allowed quick entry inside. Amazing stay, definitely recommend for both short or long stays!

Tanya and Alex are fantastic hosts - they communicate well and effectively. The self-check in was one of the easiest and best explained. They provided step by step instructions with pictures. Tanya and Alex provided everything we needed - clean bedding, towels, toiletries, tea and there is a TV. You will need to pick up items for breakfast so milk, cereal etc. The apartment isn't located in the centre, however it is only a 15-20 minute walk to all the main sights and there is a metro station (Opalchenska) literally outside the apartment. There are two supermarkets very close by (5 min walk) - Billa and Lidl, a bakery right round the corner and super easy to walk into town. We downloaded the 'TaxiMe' app and it was super easy to get a cab to and from the airport with a safe and verified cab. There are ATMs everywhere. The Illusions Museum is a fantastic and fun museum worth visiting and go on a hike with Maria from GoGoAdventures (via Trip Advisor). Sofia is great fun and Tanya and Alex are fabulous hosts.

The apartment was in an amazing shape, their tips on how to get around Sofia were so much helpful. Tanya & Alex's place is the best place to stay in Sofia, close to center and it got everything you need.

Tanya and Alex were amazing hosts and the flat was beautiful and comfortable. The decor was homey and the personal touches were very sweet. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be sharing this flat with my friends and family.

The place is great situated and well designed. There is supermarket 5min walk from the place. The metrostation is 50meters from the building, not very comfortable for a car. However the hosts are GREAT! We had a great time and loved the interior details :)

I strongly recommend staying at Vassiliy and Borislava's flat ! Everything is clear, the flat was super clean, well placed, there were little attentions, great reactivity The front door is a bit tricky at the beginning but you get used to it very quickly ! Like we say in France, BREF, don't hesitate, Vassiliy and Borislava are great hosts !

Completely wonderful experience. I was there for 2 nights with my husband and two kids (8 years and 2.5 years old). It was spotlessly clean, warm and beautifully designed place. Good location!

We spend 3 nights at Boris place and it was just perfect 👌 🌟 Boris is a great host and did everything to make us feel welcome, happy and enjoy our time in Sofia. The apartment is exactly as looks in Airbnb, and the location is perfect as well. 2 minutes walk from Vitusha street and a walk distance to all the sightseeing places. We will definitely come back again on our next visit.

The apartment is in perfect condition, modern, and just a few meters away from all the hot spots of Sofia. All of the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and the hosts had for us everything that we needed. The neighborhood was calm and safe, we felt like we lived in the city for ages. Also, the hosts were extra helpful, and available in any time of the day that we needed them. Definitely the choice for when I'll come again in Sofia.

Boris' and Aleks' place is located in the city centre, but you won't hear any street noise when you close the windows. The home is spotless clean and well arranged. Aleks and Boris are warm and helpful. Everything was great. Thank you!

The apartment is amazing, very clean, tidy and modern. Desi is great, he has welcomed us with two beers in the fridge (an unbeatable detail). There are incredible views from the terrace, especially at the time we had to go with the snow-covered roofs. It is very close to the center, it is well connected with buses although taxis also leave very profitable due to the central location. It is definitely worth staying at this Airbnb!

Beautiful apartment, with a large balcony, great for breakfast coffee overlooking the mountains. Sparkling clean, comfy bed, toasty warm when I got there, lovely hot shower. Dessy was very helpful,even getting me train times from the local station to my home town. Would love to come back in summer and enjoy that balcony more :)

Ani's place was absolutely wonderful. Lovely and clean apartment, close to all the main sites. Ani has such stylist and decorative taste. We went to Sofia to spend Valentine's day weekend and the small touches of: a small Bulgarian wine, chocolate and small balloon really made us feel special. She also left guide books/ maps with a list of places to eat which helped a lot. I'd definitely recommend Ani's apartment and plan to return soon!

We had an amazing time in this apartment! It was outstandingly clean and was a great location. Only a 10/15 minute walk to the centre. The host left some wine and nuts on the table which I thought was really nice. If I were ever to return to Sofia I would 100% book again!

The apartment was stylish, beautiful and clean. Great position near the center and metro station. Comunnication was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

I loved staying at Ani’s studio. It is very clean and charming, and Ani is a incredible host! The building is a little too old, but don’t be scared, inside of Ani’s studio has nothing to do with the outside. The only thing, like others guests commented, is that the bad is a little small.

The apartment is very clean, well-kept and welcoming, well positioned and heated. If we were to return to Sofia, we will safely rebook.

Another great visit at Ani's place. The apartment has the perfect location and is very stylish. My favourite feature are the lights. Will definitely come again

Boris and Aleks were great hosts. The place was very clean, location perfect (very central and a few minutes walk from NDK and Vitosha boulevard). The check in process was very quick and easy and the hosts also allowed us to check in ahead of time. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Sofia.

Great location and space inside the BnB. It is on the 5th floor (6th US floor) without an elevator. Walking distance to most downtown attractions. Would stay here again.

The photos for the apartment are accurate but the apartment was larger than I anticipated. Overall it was a very nice apartment. Kristen, the owner, responds to questions immediately. The apartment is in good condition. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped if you want to do your own cooking. The location is good for public transportation but there aren’t any restaurants or bars in the neighborhood. There’s a grocery store within a 5 minute walk from the apartment near some street markets.

It was one of the best airbnb house we have ever visit.we are a couple of structular engineering and we are very impressive from everything in the house. It is a beautiful cosy house like home.. Functional sweet and very very warm even we visited sofia in winter.Also the house was equipped with everything we asked and even more!!! The distance from the center is just 5minutes walk away,near metro station. We were lucky to met the owner . She is a very kind ,smiley and helpfull person. She was willing to answer all of our question even random. Also she had taken care of all the necessary documents, maps,city guides suggestion book for night out and food etc. Grateful for everything! We wish visited again.

We stayed three nights in this appartment. It was very clean and cosy. Kristina responds quickly when you have any questions. Although we didn’t meet her in person, the check-in was very easy. We had a lovely time!

Absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have imagined a better place to stay in Sofia. The little touches, quality linens and furnishings made this place feel like home from the moment I walked in; it is filled with character, charm, and comfort. The hosts were so sweet and provided quick communication. Lockbox for check-in and out makes the process easier than ever. Charming apartment! It was an absolute joy to wake up early to make my way through their book collection while the sun rose to reveal the Vitosha mountain. The place was also spotless - their cleaning lady is an absolute gem. Support was also fast when I couldn’t figure out the check in instructions.

It is the most beautiful apartment we ever seen! Everything is perfect - design, furniture, cleanness, views form windows!! Super atmosphere and very friendly host! Enjoy!

Accurate photos and description. Warm welcome. Great communication. Good sized shower room. Bedroom with door to small balcony. Open kitchen with lounge/TV. Fully equipped kitchen but no microwave. Great location right in the middle of the action. All tourist attractions are just a short walk (max 15 mins) including the nightlife/restaurant area. Supermarkets and kiosks less than 5 minutes away. I had a good stay with Emil.

I have chosen Emil's place for a second time for my Sofia trips ( both private and business) and it won't be the last. The place is very cosy, sparkling clean, within an easy reach to all government facilites and lies in the heart of Sofia. Theaters and art galleries, as well modern restaurants and bars are to be found quite easily. In the same time, the apartment is very quiet and is suitable for working, the Wi Fi is quite fast. The metro stop is about 10 mins walk from the place, so it is really easy to reach directly from the airport. And the most important thing - you really feel at home!:)

Alex’s flat is in the perfect spot from which to explore Sofia. Don’t hesitate just book a week here and explore all that Sofia has to offer.

Unbeatable place in value for money. In the heart of the city. The only drawback was that the bed was quite noisy. But we put the mattress on the floor and arranged. The mattresses are very comfortable and you could not tell they were on the floor.

Alex was a great host! He was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location in Sofia was excellent! I found the internet to be fast and reliable, which allowed me to work from his apartment. It was nice having access to a washing machine and a small kitchenette to make a few basic meals. The apartment was quiet and it had everything I needed for my three week stay. I would recommend it!

Very nice hoster

This apartment is right in the centre of Sofia; an ideal location to explore the nearby area and wider city. Adjacent to a Metro station, trams, buses and taxis, with a Billa supermarket round the corner and many coffee, food and shopping options. The apartment was easy to find thanks to clear and concise advice. It was clean, comfortable and made for an excellent central base from which to enjoy a brief visit to Sofia. I didn’t meet Pavel, but his contact and communication with me was polite and helpful.

Everything went nicely!

The room is comfortable, clean, is like new. The unbeatable location and very easy to reach, the car checking fast and agile. The room has several facilities that are appreciated! In addition we went in winter and the room had a small heating that had the room at an extremely pleasant temperature. It was a nice experience and at a very affordable price. Finally Pavel was always attentive and responded quickly. We totally recommend it.

Ideally located in the center of Sofia, cozy apartment, perfect for a solo or couple stay (note that the toilet block inside the room is made of glass, so be careful with your privacy). Perfect for me.

The place is amazing. There was an issue with the electricity, but after contact with the host everything was resolved fast. Recommend it!

Dariel is a great host, very responsive and attentive to the comfort of travelers, his apartment is very elegant, spacious and very pleasant, the neighborhood is friendly, and very secure., We had a great stay in Sofia at Dariel's.
