Great location and such great value for your money!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous cottage! We stayed with our two year old daughter and it was the perfect size! She loved the sand pit, boat and cubby house and absolutely loved the little toys left for her to play with (thank you!) Cassie went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing a cot, baby chair and some amazing advice on local places to visit and explore! We did a lot of cooking (the kitchen is perfect) and we also ventured out to some local places! It’s close to both beaches and a short drive into town for shopping :) We had such a beautiful stay and would definitely stay again xx

Fantastic place, so so so beautiful. Perfect for a girls weekend away! Cassie was super kind and thoughtful sending suggestions on things to do and places to go and letting us check in and out early/late even without request. Could not fault a thing! Will definitely come again.

This was our second visit to Cassie's house. This home is utterly charming but really cosy and comfortable too. The situation is really quiet and the deck and garden perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds comfortable with great linen, parking is onsite, the decor is delightful and everything works. We arrived to a complimentary bottle of local wine and a sparkling clean house, nothing more to be desired.

Highly recommend staying at Cabana Sands! Styled to perfection and in a great spot. The bed was so damn comfy, I wished I’d booked more nights. Will definitely be making plans to stay again in the near future.

Used Cassie’s front house for the night before and day of my wedding along with my 6 bridesmaids and mum. It was the perfect size space, along with the hairdresser and make up artist during the day of and it was not crammed at all & created the perfect back drop for photos! The house was clean and presented for boho, loved it, couldn’t be anymore perfect!

The location of Cassie’s house was ideal, between two beautiful beaches. Cassie was amazing and fixed minor issues we encountered extremely quickly and was very quick in responding to messages.

A gorgeously appointed guest suite nestled within beautiful gardens. Our hosts were attentive and quick to respond, and we were blown away by the gorgeous scene on arrival (champagne, chocolate & candles)! The bed was a dream & we will most definitely be back!

A lovely bungalow the perfect size for what we needed, a lovely outdoor space attached and the room is beautifully set up and extremely clean. The hosts were lovely and even happily accomodated us with an early check in. I would absolutely recommend this place and I would stay again!!

This Sorrento Bungallow is stylish whilst scattered with thoughtful touches. In the heart of the peninsula, it is a mere 10 minute walk to Sorrento beach and its abundance of cafes. The space was stylish, clean and cosy and Angie could not have been easier to communicate with.

everything is great here , almost like homey feelings super clean , host care and attention plus home made bread and muffins make living here very comfortable... i do need a small working table for my laptop, plus more electrical sockets next to it or bedside table for iphone charging ipads etc would make this place perfect... i like the garden n lounge chairs outside a lot, hosts are very friendly and helpful and accomodative

Our stay at Annie’s, whilst brief, was everything you could ever ask for. Annie was very accomodating, providing helpful tips for local walks around the area as well croissants for breakfast. Would highly recommend and definitely somewhere we would stay again next time we visit the peninsula.

My partner and I went to Annie’s place last year for a wedding, but thought it would be a perfect gift for my parents for Christmas. They absolutely loved it as much as we did when we went. They stated Annie was so lovely and loved the space. Definitely recommend for a nice getaway - for you or someone special. Thanks again Annie

Annie's studio is fabulous! We loved our stay and felt quite at home, enjoying the restful, quiet location and the comfortable, spacious studio. It was beautifully presented and super clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy 6 nights in Sorrento.

Good clean accommodation well located between the front and back beach

Nice place for a quick getaway to the beach from Melbourne (~250m from the beach). Lots of great bush walk options (Bushrangers Bay/Point Nepean) and shops/restaurants within short drive.

This was a fantastic stay. Very stylish place and a great location for Blairgowrie, Sorrento and Portsea. Myself and my partner enjoyed our morning walk from this location to Blairgowrie Cafe just up the road, which was a light, easy and quick 20 minute stroll. Also, thanks for your set of board games as we enjoyed playing with the chess set before we checked out, thanks again :-)

Maree's place was amazingly clean. Maree was accommodating towards our pooch who loved laying around in the garden. I loved the special touches like milk, coffee, snacks & even a bottle of wine. So close to the cafes and surrounding beaches. Thanks for a great weekend.

Blairgowrie’s BEST by the beach…. Stayed in this lovely ground floor mini apartment by the beach for the long weekend. Certainly not mini though – the place was HUGE! We couldn’t believe the size of the living, dining and kitchen area. Everything was meticulously considered; a true home away from home. I loved the beach items left for guests to use, the complimentary wine and the countless brochures on offer. Communication with Maree was a cinch and she went the extra mile recommending places to eat & visit. Thanks for such a lovely stay. @ladylongtail @whip_pets

Kylie's place was the perfect spot to stay for a weekend away. The deck was lovely to have a drink and some tapas in the afteroon sun and had everything we needed. Walking distance to Sorrento and the beach, which was fantastic. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with our two little people. They loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed the space and closeness to the town and the beach. It was neat and tidy and freshly furnished with a calm and soothing colour palette. We loved sitting in the rear yard for afternoon tea enjoying the lush green grass.

We had a lovely three nights at Peninsula Escapes. It was very comfortable and well set up. Communication was excellent.

Place is in a nice location, about 10 minute walk from the Main Street and to the beach.

We had a great little stay at Seachange. It is well set up and there were a number of thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. It is in a good location and has everything a couple needs for a relaxing few days by the beach.

Neil’s place is our favourite place to stay at in Sorrento. This is the third time we’ve stayed and hope to be back again next year. We stay with my folks - so as four adults and two children - and the space is perfect for that number. It is an easy walk to the front and back beaches, and to the Sorrento shops. The house has everything you need including a thoroughly kitted-out kitchen and bookshelves filled with wonderful books. It has real beach house character, perched on a rise, with beautiful sunrise views, and as soon as you arrive you feel like you can just relax and enjoy. Neil is a delightful host. He is generous, thinking of every little thing and being so promptly helpful at every request. I couldn’t recommend this stay more highly.

This beautiful and authentic home is made even better by the hosts — Neil and Juliet were so accommodating and generous! You couldn't ask for a more convenient location either. 5 minute walk to the main strip of Sorrento and the beach.

This is the quintessential beach house with great amenities and fantastic views of the surrounding area. Easy walking to shops and beach, you could not find a better location in Sorrento. Neil is a fantastic host and very talented artist. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here with friends visiting from Europe. We were absolutely thrilled with the house and Neil’s hospitality. The house was beautifully clean and light and there were so many lovely touches- the famous fruitbowl!- but also choccy bickies, milk, icy poles and more clean towels than you could shake a stick at. We arrived on a 40 degree day and Neil had made sure the air conditioning was on ready so we could relax in the cool. We ate on the gorgeous deck morning and evening and lapped up the peace and sunshine. We will definitely be back!

Nice house near Sorrento main street. Well equipped kitchen made cooking easy. Place was very clean. The walls are quite thin though so you do hear the outside noise, but the area is generally quiet. Hot tub is a good size, would easily fit 4 or more. Vicki was very understanding when we had to have a slightly late check-out.

Beautifully set 3 bedroom house, with lots of amenities (I loved the nespresso machine, my kids loved the Xbox room!), a great living space (comfy beds too!), a very nice backyard (the kids loved the hot-tub!) , a 5 minute walk to the shops, and a 10 minute walk to beach. Vicki take great care of us and we really enjoyed our time here.

Lovely and exceptionally clean beach house, with very well thought out touches, very comfortable bedding and beautiful back area. It is wonderful that we were able to bring a pet into this lovely space. There is some traffic noise from the main road but otherwise a great location, able to walk to shops and front beach, with pleasant views as well. Would definitely return!

We loved our stay. The house was really comfortable and stylish and a very easy 5 min walk to the main street and shops (the location is pretty perfect!) We stayed with family visiting from overseas and found the house was large enough for 6 adults. Having two seperate full bathrooms was a huge plus as well! It was great to be able to have a bbq in the lovely back yard on warm nights and the house was really well appointed with everything we needed. Vicki was a great host, easily contactable and very helpful. Can’t recommend this gorgeous house enough! We will be back!

Vicki's place in Sorrento is absolutely wonderful. It is a bright, airy space, which is nicely decorated and has everything needed for a fun beach holiday. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is coming to the area. It's an especially great place for families as she has provided games, xbox, trampoline, jacuzzi, and baby paraphernalia. I look forward to coming back when I'm next in Sorrento

This is a cute and cost place to stay, good location for many activities that are within 20 mins. The hosts are friendly and helpful which makes the stay all that much better.

Sheena and John’s place is the perfect getaway accomodation if you visit Mornington Peninsula. They are near the amazing beaches of Sorrento, Portsea and Rye. The house is very clean, most especially their bathroom. Moreover, the hosts are very accomodating, friendly and easygoing. You can hire their caravan as well if you’re travelling with friends and needed more room. Overall, it’s a 5/5 ⭐️

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Kate's garden cottage. Kate was a very friendly and communicative host. The cottage itself is a wonderful location, just a short walk to the shops/ restaurants/ beaches of Sorrento and a short drive to other Mornington spots like the hot springs and wineries. The cottage is the perfect place to getaway from all the hustle and bustle. It is serene and relaxing. The cottage contains modern amenities, it is very clean, and very close to the town centre.

We were down for a wedding in Sorrento and Heidi's place was perfect for us. It's a great little spot to have as a base for activities around Sorrento, and it has all the things you need for a fun weekend away. Heidi was super helpful with check in and nice enough to let us extend checkout a little bit. All in all, exactly what we needed. Can recommend.

Heidi’s place was in prime location to both the back beach and shops, just a short walk to both. The property was cosy and modern. There was an apple box that could be used in the upstairs and downstairs tv to watch Netflix, Stan, etc. which was very handy. I highly recommend Heidi’s place to those who want to stay in Sorrento. We will definitely be back!!

Overall an amazing stay! Stayed for three nights in Eliza’s place. An absolutely serene and peaceful experience. It is so cosy, yet still spacious, and comfortable inside. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished. She has supplied so much entertainment down to board games, magazines, Netflix, YouTube and even sudoku! The house will comfortably host a family but was still perfect for my best friend and I to have a girls weekend away in! Would definitely recommend!!

Such a beautiful place, the photos don’t do the place justice. It was immaculately clean, stylish and lots of thoughtful touches - fresh flowers, chocolates and continental breakfast. Ken and Carol were very friendly and there to meet us on arrival, then left us to our stay. Even though it’s attached the main house it was quiet, private and we had a super relaxing stay. The private deck was also fab!

Ken&Carol were excellent hosts, warm, friendly and welcoming. The place was spotlessly clean. Everything was completely comfortable and stylish with thoughtful extra inclusions such as breakfast provisions and flowers. We loved sitting in our own private courtyard. The location was perfect! We went to the hot springs only 15mins drive away, Portsea only 7mins drive, Diamond Bay Beach and Bay of Islands only a 10mins walk away. Sorrento town was only a few mins drive and filled with great boutiques, cafe, restaurants and a cinema. mornington Peninsula has many pristine beaches and glorious coastline. We enjoyed our stay and there was so much to do that we hope to return again to do the rest!

Really lovely and quiet place with a great private outdoor area. Only a short drive to town and a short walk to a great hidden beach (Diamond Bay). Really appreciated all the lovely touches like fresh flowers, strawberries and chocolates. Definitely recommend for a quiet couples getaway.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay. Perfect location for the wedding we attended at All Smiles. also a great spot for exploring Sorrento, diamond Bay was absolutely stunning. There was lots of little touches, that made the stay really special. From fresh cut flowers, ferrero rocher, the continental breakfast and luxurious toiletries. Everything was magical.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary! Carol and Ken were lovely hosts, the place was so beautifully presented and we were so grateful for the extras they included for breakfast/snacks. We absolutely loved relaxing on the decking area and it was a beautiful and peaceful location within walking distance of the town, bay beach and diamond bay. We would highly recommend to couples looking to stay in Sorrento for a short stay who don’t require cooking facilities.

This is a beautiful place surrounded by a lush garden with herbs to cook and shade to stay cool. You can hear the waves crashing and the back beach is a skip away. Vincent was kind and helpful and happy to answer questions anytime. Would definitely stay again.

Great light comfortable holiday place; you are staying in a home not a soul-less place. Great garden with loads of birds. You can hear the sea. Lots of room. Wonderful spot close to Blairgowrie shops, Sorrento and the wonderful Point Nepean National Park. You do need a car.

Vicki’s beach shack was exactly what we needed after a busy few days in Melbourne. Within walking distance to the main street of Sorrento and the amenities that brings made the location perfect for us as we were travelling with our toddler. The small yard and deck area was great to unwind in at the end of the day.

The cottage is perfect for amenity and location. We were very comfortable there.

Check in was super easy, location is perfect and the house is what you expect! Communication was easy and quick! The linen had not been fitted to all the beds within an hour of communicating this it had been competed!

Beautiful place at a peaceful location. Perfect distance from the back beaches of Sorrento (took us 3 minutes to the nearest beach, and we had it all to ourselves!), and not too far from a number of sites, like the Peninsula Springs, Sorrento main Street, Portsea, as well as Rye. The kids were disappointed that they didn't get use the pool due to the weather, but there was plenty more for them to do, so that kept them occupied. Enjoyed our stay, though it was a short one. Will probably end up booking there again, for a longer period this time around. Thanks again Jamie!

A comfortable beach house with lovely outlook. Well furnished and equipped, great decor. Short car ride to beaches. A lovely, unpretentious area of mostly older beach houses, coastal vegetation on undulating land.

Beautiful spot

It is clear that Rich and Sonia go to great lengths to keep the place immaculately maintained. Everything we need was there plus more. The hero of the home is the living room with  the great views. Beautiful colours of the setting sun over the bay with the occasional container ship passing through. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we   could have stayed longer. ):

We had a two night stay at Elizabeth’s apartment and loved it. The location is ideal being so close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. Elizabeth was a great host and I really appreciated her great communication which made everything so easy.

A fantastic location and a perfect location for a Sorrento getaway. We stayed with our 5 and 2 year olds and their granny and it was a perfect property for. Right beside the beach and a short walk to the action. Beautiful.

First time visiting the area, the apartments is in a perfect location, a small walk up the hill to the Sorrento Hotel and the shopping strip close by. The apartments open-plan setting is perfect for a small group. with two large bathrooms we did not feel crammed. We felt very comfortable we will definitely be staying again when visiting Sorrento

Marcs place was wonderful for our getaway! We had such a great time and it had so much room for everyone. The photos do not do it justice, it’s a complete winner for families or groups!

Marc’s home was the perfect place for a relaxing week away from the city. He was super responsive on the comms and helpful with everything we asked of him - including a very last minute request for linen! The house is in a great location, walking distance to both beaches, cafes and groceries. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

This apartment is as nice and spacious as it looks in the photos! Fantastic location in the Main Street of town, only seconds away from all shops, restaurants and supermarket! The apartment is very well equipped with all your cooking and kitchen needs, as is the laundry! The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate and a very generous size. Host was fantastic to deal with and we absolutely loved our stay! Highly recommend!

A fantastic place to say! Bright clean and spacious right on the shopping and restaurant at strip! Very Secure You can walk to the beach both the front and back during the busy months. Great undercover parking. Just be mindful of a few flight of stairs from the cat park to the apartment. Great Host and would definitely stay their again!

What a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay. The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we could possibly need during our stay. It was also perfectly clean and stylish. The location was the absolute best and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

The apartment is so spacious and really beautifully appointed with a very spacious balcony.. lovely for sitting and relaxing.. the rear access from the car has some steep steps but otherwise it’s a great apartment. We parked the car and walked everywhere as the location is fantastic. Thanks

An amazing week in Blairgowrie! Perfect space for the family to relax- garden is completely fenced so perfect for little people to run around and mum and dad relax on the deck. A real home from Home. Will most definitely be back!

Our weekend stay at Andrew's place was fantastic! The house is really lovely with everything we needed for our stay. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area, opening on to the outside decking area with BBQ and big dining table was fantastic. The house is only 10mins walk from beautiful Koonya beach. Beds were comfy and it was spotless. Would definitely recommend Andrew's place for your next stay in Mornington Pennisula.

A hidden gem in Sorrento. Stylish, private with everything you need and more. Huge bonus is you can walk to everything, Main street, Sorrento Hotel, Sailing club and the beautiful St Pauls rd and Tideways beaches.

Laura is a fantastically caring host. The property is well cared for, has well thought out space, and when you're looking for a place for a larger family gathering, near to the beach, and is well with facilities, this is a place you should go for. This a great home for holidaying, better than the pics. Suited five guys on a golf vacation perfectly(own rooms and space), but would equally suit extended/multiple family or similar. Generously appointed, very spacious. Great access to golf, wineries, restaurants, the beach and bay, shopping and towns. Was a big part of a perfect trip. Will definitely be back.

Immaculate house in great location. Large living space and great pool and poolside deck. We were 3 adults and 3 kids but you could comfortably sleep 4 couples and there are 2 bunk beds in one of those rooms. Very friendly, responsive host. We had a wonderful break. Recommended!

Really nice place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in a nice quiet street and 5 mins drive to main shopping strip. Gary was very responsive and provided super easy thought-out instructions and with little added signs making it easy to navigate. Would highly recommend!
