Nice brand new appartment near the beach

Very nice apartment on the 1st floor with nice terrace in a house divided in 4 apartments. Ideally located in a quiet area and less than 10 minutes walk from the city center and the beach. It is composed of a beautiful kitchen fully equipped and open on a living room opening on the terrace. You have 2 bedrooms, one with lots of storage space and a queen size bed, and a small children's bedroom with a single bed. Shower room with WC. Free parking in front of the apartment.
