Located the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Walking distant to the lake and a beautiful Marsh area. 5 min from Safeway, Whole Foods and Raley’s. Tastefully decorated little cabin by Marie. Perfect for couples or single guest. My mother stayed for the whole month of November (2019) and fell in love with Tahoe!

We loved our stay at the cabin and would stay there again! The cabin felt like a home to us for sure:) It’s the perfect size, clean and cozy with a big character. The bed was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us and the kitchen had all the things you need. It’s in a very sweet neighborhood close to the lake and a short walk to the bus stop. To sum it up: this place is perfect!! And Marie, the host goes out of her way to answer all questions and make your stay as good as it can be.

Great place to stay for a weekend or long term. Walking distance to the lake in the summer and quick drive to Heavenly in the winter. Highly recommended!

Perfect cabin! It’s only a block from the water and a very small beach. I spent a month here and slept like a baby every night in the comfy bed. Marie was only around a few nights but was very available for anything I needed. This place would be great in either summer or winter.

Great stay, my wife and I loved the cabin. The cabin was everything we hoped for. Clean, comfortable pillow and beds, kitchen fully stocked for preparing meals, a short walk to the lake and very conveniently located in Lake Tahoe. Marie and Bruce were great. I hope to come back again in the future. Fantastic value!

The photos are nice but it is even better once you are there. It is like staying in a suite at a lodge. Really thoughtfully designed with the "tahoe feel/look". You can actually see some mountain outside the main window along with forest. The place is setup where you really enjoy being inside and you don't feel like it is just a place to sleep while you explore Tahoe. It is part of the experience and at a fair price too.

A few friends and I rented this chalet for a couple nights so that we could experience tahoe in winter! We had a great time, and the house's location was perfect. It is within easy driving distance of town, and all the tahoe sights- sledding, skiing, the lake, and multiple state parks (I recommend spooners summit off the 50 for sledding!) Overall it was a fantastic space, and I thought they were thoughtful when putting it together! Highlights include their impressive movie and board game collection, and the fireplace. Definitely bring basics with you though, including oil/butter and cooking spices for the kitchen, some extra towels if you are a larger group, and toiletries.

My family of 5 stayed at R&Ds place for 4 days and it was a wonderful time! The kids had a blast being cuddled up in the room of 4 beds. There was plenty of snow in the backyard and in the front area that we played all day! The house stayed warm, the kitchen gave us that “home” feeling as we cooked and kids sat on the bar stools. The area is quiet, so it was nice to fully unplug without the city noise. We had great stay here. We had a minor issue while staying, and they were so quick to respond and resolve the problem as efficiently as possible. Vacasa California’s place are wonderful. It was a warming one bedroom home, and animals are welcome. The location was in walking distance from the beach.

We had a wonderful experience staying here to ski at Heavenly for Presidents' Day weekend! The location was super convenient (~6 minute drive to Heavenly Village), and the space was super cute and stylish with a very comfy bed. Perfect for a chill weekend with your SO, complete with all the streaming services easy to use on their TV! Melissa was also very responsive via the Airbnb app both before and during our trip, which was great. She is very well connected to Tahoe and provides lots of local tips! My advice to guests would be to bring layers to wear in the front room, as it takes a bit longer to heat up than the bedroom, but eventually both rooms were a comfortable temperature. This is the most minor of concerns, though, and overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Kerri's place is great. It is in a very convenient location- close to restaurants, the lake, hikes, ski resorts, and the grocery store. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook dinners during the week and relax after days of hiking and skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

Kerri's place is South Tahoe was perfect! It was just far enough from all of the touristy places that it made you feel like a local. It's a quick ride to several great breakfast spots, a brewery, and beautiful views. Overall, it was super cozy and, since it was the middle of January and pretty chilly for a Floridian, it was nice to have some warmth- especially after building my first snowman. We had a great time!

Kerri went out of her way to make this stay extra special. The amenities in the cabin were outstanding, the location is fantastic, and she was oh so very kind. She even swept the snow away when it snowed while we were there! You cannot find a better spot for a romantic getaway for two. <3

This place is in the perfect location to access the South Shore of Tahoe. The living space has a really comfortable couch and the kitchen has everything you need to make any meal you wish. The bedrooms are a nice size and the bathroom is updated. It's in a nice neighborhood right off the Y. I would definitely stay here again!!

The description of the property is 100% correct. Everything is clean. The location is great. Every room has a Bluetooth speaker which is very useful for us. Kitchenwares are sufficient and well maintained.

This is in a quite neighborhood that makes you feel at home. Everything was clean and spacious and the washer dryer was a huge plus. A short drive to a couple local beaches. We used the grill for most dinners with a large grocery store nearby. The unit itself was larger than expected. Very easy to checkin and out. I would rent again.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway! Surprisingly central and we made easy day trips to Pope Beach and Lester Beach. Complete kitchen for cooking a big shared meal. Would recommend.

What a wonderful stay. This was perfect for our family of 3 and our boxer. Great space inside and outside. Lovely amenities. Cons: the shower was a little awkward, water gets everywhere, but we managed with the extra towels, and I would suggest better sleeping pillows. Other than that, we loved the space, and loved how close it was to everything! Definitely would stay here again.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had!

This was a great location for a relaxing getaway! The house was very clean and kitchen was perfect to cook all our meals in, stocked with a coffee maker, knives, pots and pans. The hot tub was great to soak in after a day of hiking. The backyard is fenced in and is great for dogs. My husband and I really appreciated the automatic early check-in and late check-out if it is available. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

We stayed here for a snowboarding trip and had a very nice time. You can't beat the location! The cabin was lovely. Very clean and cozy. Some things in the house we had a little trouble with though. The instructions for the fireplace just said to turn it on with the thermostat but we were unable to do that. You had to actually switch something on under the fire place as well. We were able to figure that out on our own but we spend maybe 30 min freezing. Also, they request you to start a load of towels before you leave and I could not figure out the washer. Maybe there was something wrong with it. I couldn't get it to fill with water when starting, it would just jump right into agitating dry. So sorry the laundry wasn't started! All in all, we really liked it there and had a nice time. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again. The hot tub was great, loved the shower, and the whole house was set up so cute.

Came to stay for 5-days with my wife to enjoy a fun time in South Lake Tahoe, and this cabin could not have felt more like home. Also very close walking distance to the casinos and the Heavenly Village. Amazing location, great little cabin, and the hot tub is a great addition! Will be back!

Had a family vacation for four days and three nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The place is bigger than it seems in the pictures and is really nicely located at the end of a dead-end street. All of the amenities, furniture, and kitchen stock was really well thought out. It seemed like all we could have wanted for a vacation home was there, we even spent a couple nights playing Monopoly like the old days. Didn’t really want to leave. Melissa was very responsive and and has some great tips for local South Tahoe spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Absolutely stunning apartment! Very clean, stylish, and comfortable. My husband was so iffy to stay at “someone’s little cabin” compared to a high end hotel, and he LOVED this place. Everything is new and high end. Amazing views! It truly looks exactly like the photos. Has everything you need. Melissa told us about a small local sledding area we didn’t know about and it was perfect for our daughter. We will definitely be repeat visitors! Can’t wait to see it in the summer!

What an amazing property to stay at! I’ve been snowboarding at Heavenly a couple weeks a month this season and I feel fortunate I found this fantastic space. A dreamy walk to the gondola, amazing personnel at this comfortable, quiet, and safe spot. This was a perfect location for our Tahoe trip to celebrate my bf’s birthday! It was exactly as described. It was located near Heavenly gondola and all the Heavenly Village shops and delicious restaurants which made it super convenient to grab food, shop or take the gondola up. There is also a movie theater and casino nearby. It was super easy to check in, free valet, and hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Amy!

We had a great time at this property! It's right in Heavenly Village, parking (valet) is free, and the supermarket (plus a bunch of cafes and restaurants) are all within walking distance! We loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub. The front desk was very friendly and professional. We can't wait to go back!

The staff at the Residence was very attentive and kind. We had everything we needed. Carla took awhile to approve the stay and answer questions but we had a fantastic stay overall. Check out the Community Speakeasy. It’s so cool! There’s a secret entrance at social - best craft beverages in town!

Carla’s place is beautifully presented and in a great location - close to the lake and also close to the gondola to Heavenly. Amenities are great and the condominium is spacious. I would highly recommend Carla’s place to others - just be aware of the separate cleaning fee which is charged on departure

This space is absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice at all! It’s like a condo with a living room, two fire places, a full kitchen with stainless steal appliances, a bathtub with jets. Carla was very quick to respond. I was blown away. 12/10 definitely recommend.

April’s home was very clean and cozy!

Cozy, well-appointed, simple, apartment with exceptionally responsive host. Parking space is convenient and fits a large car. Very close to (north of) less expensive ski/board rental places than at Heavenly Ski Resort, which are on the way to Heavenly. We had a delightful 2 days of skiing and cooked each night— Whole Foods is nearby. Nice touches like coffee beans/grinder plus coffeemaker supplied by host, with reusable filter. Eco-sensibility continues under the sink with a bin for recyclables. Brava!

This place is the perfect location, close to Heavenly Ski Resort, casinos and downtown. The unit was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. April was super responsive and allowed us to check in early since the unit was ready. I highly recommend April and her property. We had a GREAT week.

April’s place Is a gem! We spent a week here during Christmas. She really has thought of everything. Instructions for check-in are clear and simple. April was available to communicate whenever we needed her, and she even made a trip to the space to assist us with something minor but helpful to us. The space is very comfortable and well thought out. April provides extra touches like select toiletries in the bathroom. The location is a short drive from both sides of heavenly resort and walkable to a few good restaurants. What a great value. We will definitely consider staying here again!

A vey clean spot that is really close to the downtown area. He offered a lot of utilities and towels for everyone and overall was. get stay. He communicated well and quickly and even was able to send out items that I mistakenly left there. I'd definitely go back!

Awesome humble little place. Very close to what we needed to do in South Lake Tahoe. Family of 4 was perfect. Larger family may see the place a little snug if everyone is hanging out in the family room/kitchen. Amenities was complete. Place was clean throughout from what I expected. Parking right up front and a car charger for our EV was excellent. There were neighbors just right next door but never ran into them. Quiet neighborhood and right down the street from Heavenly. Great hosts from start to finish.

We had a great time at this place! The location was great as the wedding we attended was a few blocks away. This is within walking distance of all the restaurants in the area! Plus it is easy to get to the festivities on Stateline and Heavenly. The hot tub was a nice touch to have available and the scenery was beautiful.

We were having a great time spending our night in this lovely condo. The decoration is adorable with bears all over the house. The two queen beds + one king bed are really nicely place and very comfortable which is more than enough for me and three of my friends to sleep over the night. Every corner of the house are professionally cleaned. Everything you need from the kitchen are well provided. Also, I really love the fireplace in the living room where we spent hours chatting on the warm couches . Additionally, there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants just across the street of few blocks away. Defiantly a great place to stay.

Liz was awesome ; Ms. Senate was awesome, great recommendation on places to go; place was clean and very convenient to the hot tub; shuttles were free and convenient , quick drop off to slopes;

Great location!

The best part about this listing is the amazing location to avoid hiking to a public beach on the lake (just a short walk through the property itself to private beach access). The lake is beautiful of course, and the resort has its own pier. Its also right in the middle of town so it’s quick access either walking or driving to just about anywhere in south lake you want to go. The room itself is next to the main reception desk which can be a little noisy during check-in times, but we were usually out of the room in the afternoon so it wasn’t too bothersome. The room is also next to the parking garage, elevator, and one of the two pool/sauna areas which is convenient. The view from the balcony is of the pool area so you can scope out if it’s too busy before trekking downstairs, which is also convenient. Since the room is on the studio and 1-bedroom side of the resort you can avoid the hustle and bustle of large families that tend to reside on the other side of the resort in the larger townhouses. The resort staff are all friendly and helpful. Over-all very pleased with our stay and didn’t want to leave!

My family and I were first time Tahoe visitors and I'm so glad we chose Ken and Carrie's place. Not only was it close to all the shops, resorts and many more activities, but it was a cozy cabin that had everything and much more!

The home is not only beautiful but it was so conveniently located to everything we needed as a family. We were able to walk to the new Whole Foods for our groceries which meant that we cooked at the house. The house is loaded with a lot of tools and a lot of cooking utensils so that you can make meals. Parking is obviously on site and it is just super easy. We were also able to rent snowboards across the street. The house has an amazing shower and also a beautiful Jacuzzi outside. I loved the details of the string lights above us while we were soaking on a very cold night. The house is really cozy. They have a fire place that made the place extra cozy. The temperature of the house is always warm and pleasant.

Loris cabin is such a wonderful cozy place to stay when you visit South Lake Tahoe during the winter season. The family and I stayed here for one night after a day of skiing at Heavenly. Check in was easy and Lori even informed the place was ready for check in earlier than expected. We were at the slopes but it was nice to know her place was ready and waiting for us! We would definitely stay again!

Lori's place in South Lake was perfect for our weekend ski trip at Kirkwood. About 45 minutes drive from the resort, the home was spacious, had everything we needed, the kitchen was very nice for cooking dinner, and all around we were pleased with the stay. Would book again!

Great place!! My family and I enjoyed it very much, especially my kids because of the backyard. So much room for them to play in the snow, they loved it. Also, the location was great for us because adventure mountain was only a 16 min drive for us. Would definitely book here again.

Great place! Good location. The fireplace was awesome! Got snowed in for a day but the fireplace and TV with Netflix made for a cozy day.

Roman and Melissa were great hosts. They provided helpful tips in regards to exploring the South Tahoe area, and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. In addition to their glowing, their rules and regulations were clearly posted and easy to follow. I would absolutely recommend this cozy and charming bungalow to future guests looking for place to stay in South Tahoe.

Romans place was very cozy, clean and inviting for a nice get away, conveniently located to restaurants and shops, Roman and Melissa are great hosts. Would definitely go for another stay.

Cute little space for couples for a weekend getaway. Host is quick to respond and the place is nice and has a lot of thoughtful touches (welcome greeting with our name on it, bungalow is warm when we arrived, directions were good, place was clean and close to many restaurants)! We will be back for sure!

Roman's place had all the amenities we needed for a great stay as a family with a toddler. It is also in a great location, a short walk to the lake and cafes. We would love to come back when we plan a trip to Tahoe again!

Place is great overall in regards to location and proximity to amenities. Home has everything one needs to live. The host was wonderful and super responsive at all times of the day and night.

Great for a couples getaway! Wonderful area - near Safeway (which was great because we were able to cook our meals every day) and down the street from Heavenly. Would recommend to anyone finding a place to stay when visiting Tahoe!

Loved this little cabin, it was perfect for my girl and our dogs. Awesome location, friendly neighbors, basically everything you would expect from an AirBNB. Would recommend this spot to anyone who doesn't mind not having complete privacy.

First time visiting Tahoe. Great location, easy walk down to the lake and fantastic bike rental store at the end of the road. Hot tub was a treat to use at night. Thanks for a super stay!!

This is a beautiful place to stay, close to all the excitement of South Lake Tahoe. The outside common area is very nice. We had our own BBQ, swing, chairs to enjoy while the dog explored the grounds. We will definitely stay here again.

The small fenced cabin area is perfect for little ones, nice secluded spot and thankfully on a dead end road so not much traffic. Keep gate to area shut, we seen a bear outside the fence.

Sarah and Shahar's place was great, I really enjoyed my stay there. It was clean, comfortable, and warm, and had all the necessities I needed. The location was great too, with many restaurants within a walking distance and a beach only a 5 minutes drive. Would definitely want to stay at their place again next time I'm in the area.

The space is adorable and in a great location. We took advantage of the bikes offered and enjoyed the beautiful bike path right outside our front door!

It was a great get away weekend for just my boyfriend and I. Elizabeth was very understanding at the fact we brought our dog last minute and was okay with it. She was fast at responding. Great location . Definitely would come back.

For the price, this place offers an absolutely comfortable little cabin that let's you enjoy the quietness of the forest. I also enjoy the ability of sharing my time in Tahoe with my dog and I loved it! Will come back to this cabin when I return to Tahoe

Great spot for a weekend getaway in South Lake, especially if you have a dog. Close to town & Heavenly, but far enough out that you can avoid the crowds if you want. Booking and check-in were painless. The cabins are the perfect size for a couple looking to get away.

This cabin was everything we needed! It was a perfect post-ski retreat. Very cozy to cook dinner, turn on the fireplace, and snuggle under the blankets on the couch watching Netflix.

Amazing place to stay! Plenty of space for two people and up to date. Fence all the way around in case you bring a dog. So close to the lake, skiing, great food, and casinos. Quick responses answered anything that may have came up. Would love to stay here again!

Great little hideaway just steps from the lake! The pictures don't do this place justice. It's a modern, tidy little bungalow with enough intrinsic warmth to shield you from the winds of the Tahoe winter. It feels like a little hug when you walk inside. Our dog loved the fenced yard and we loved the well stocked kitchen, plenty of blankets and lovely fireplace. We snuggled into this great home for our hygge weekend and it was perfect!

Ted and Lynn’s studio unit was a perfect location for our week of skiing at Heavenly- could not have been more convenient for access to the mountain and village! As the unit is part of the Marriott, our stay was seamless, and leading up to the trip Ted and Lynn were very responsive. Highly recommend for a couple traveling to South Lake Tahoe.

A clean cozy suite with one queen bed.Easy access to gondola through your backyard. All the restaurants, entertainment areas and supermarket in walking distance.

This stay was absolutely awesome! I had the best time and everyone was so helpful and kind and they even encouraged us to use their amenities after we checked out. Will definitely be coming back! THANK YOU!!! and if u get any other charges other than the cleaning fee the marriott makes sure to take them off!! ☺️

Ted and Lynn’s place is very clean and spacious. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. Amazing location too! Literally located just by the Heavenly gondola ride if you want to go ski/snowboard. Will book this place again in the future.

Great value. Mike's place is in a very convenient location close to Emerald Bay and Heavenly and has some excellent restaurants nearby. Ideal for staying at Tahoe for a couple of nights.

The place is very easy to find. It's near a lot of great food options. It's a small, unfussy place. If you're looking for just a place to crash for the night while you explore Tahoe look no further. It's also a great price for Tahoe.

great place, great value, and great hosts. stayed mon - fri and had an amazing time. 10 min from heavenly village on lake tahoe blvd, 15 min from emerald bay state park, and 5 min from the beacon 😇

Very homey and great location!

This place is really cheap with good amenities. Only thing is, since this is one of 3 rooms adjacent to each other , noise from other rooms is disturbing sometimes. But this place is really clean and happy to stay for short times (1-2 days)
