Susan & Thomas are excellent hosts! Respond right away & the information provided is thorough. Walk to the beach is easy. Condo is spotless, beds comfortable, nice pillows too. We never heard a sound from neighbors, so that's really nice! Island is small, so easy to navigate. Love Cafe Karma nearby, a nice morning walk to great coffee & hospitality.

Our stay was fantastic! The unit was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. The beds are super comfortable, conveniently located about a block from the beach and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Wonderfully comfortable space with any amenity you could ask for! Hosts are very thoughtful and location is very convenient for beach access. Definitely take advantage of the very nice hot tub and patio area! Absolutely coming back.

Great place to stay on !!

Friendly, helpful and funny management. Chill environment overall. No over the top requirements for check-in or out. The pool was very clean, the beds were soft, the kitchenette was comfortable to cook in, and the tv swiveled so you could watch it from anywhere in the room. All around great place! :)

The location is amazing (literally less than 5min from beach). The suite was clean, cute, and comfortable and perfect for our short stay. The pool was also clean and nice! The weather wasn’t great during our stay and they offered to let us extend, though unfortunately we couldn’t. Would definitely stay again!

Laura's condo is very small & cozy. It was clean and stocked with all the necessities. Everything was in working order. We also felt very safe & secure. We had no issues. Check in was simple. Plus we were right on the beach with direct beach access. I highly recommend staying at Laura's condo. My family & I will certainly be back soon!

Albeit an apparent older condo, the room was well furnished - could use a few upgrades in the common areas. Otherwise, the value vs price was exceptional along with an extremely convenient location. The personal touches (beach gear) was certainly unexpected, but greatly appreciated. We'll be back next year!

This little unit is tiny, but worked perfectly for my two sons and me. The layout is really functional and we never felt cramped. (Of course, they are little, so not sure how it would feel with multiple adults.) My favorite thing was that the kitchen is truly and fully stocked with everything you need - including sharp knives! I know that’s a weird thing to call out, but it seems that vacation rentals always have dull, useless knives. Also, the Tupperware was so handy. She also provides coffee filters. I loved the fact that we ate home cooked meals all 4 days. (Single mom budget y’all.) If you do cook meals, she has a little black fan in the closet; use it to help keep the apartment cool while the stove and/or oven are on. The beds are comfy. My boys said the sofa bed was great. The shower pressure is adequate and there were plenty of towels. We had our own beach umbrella, but we loved that there were chairs and a cooler and beach towels. You could truly come without packing any beach supplies. They have ice trays in the freezer and there are enough to ice your cooler. We didn’t buy ice once. The access to the beach is awesome and very easy. Just be prepared for the most insanely hot sand ever between the end of the covered portion of the walkway and the wetter sand. It’s not bad if you’re walking quickly, but when hauling stuff, you sink into the sand and the short walk feels like an eternity. But jump in the water and you’ll forget all about it. :) Use the hose and avoid the shower head when rinsing off on your return. Parking is plentiful, the location is great and the building is pretty quiet. Loved our stay!

This condo was very clean and had all the touches for a comfortable and relaxing ocean vacation. The host was very nice and professional, working with us whenever we needed to check in or out. It was a breeze! Thank you!

We had an amazing time in this condo! Though it is a smaller studio, it was perfect for my fiance and I, with all the necessary amenities. The location could not have been any better, with beach access via the pool area. We were able to come and go multiple times a day. There was also plenty of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, etc. that made for the perfect time spent on the beach. We also loved the notebook in the room where guests can record their memories, recommendations, etc. It provided us with some great ideas and we were happy to leave our own as well. We've already said that when we return, we would stay here again.

This place is great, very spacious, super clean walking distance to the beach and the free busses. It has 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, 3 outdoor grills and 2 kids pools. Seriously the pictures don’t do it justice.

Pictures do not do this place justice. We were amazed how open and great place it was when we walked in. My husband was like are you sure this is us?...lol. Ana Martha was an awesome host, she answered very quickly and very hospitable. We were a part of 10 and this place was very spacious. It kept our 3 teenagers on our group busy. If you are looking for a great place, spacious and hospitable host this place has it all. We will definitely be booking again for our next visit to S. Padre Island.

Everything was just as depicted in the pictures online! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was sleek and simple. The location was easy to get to and our host was easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful island and pretty condo-sparkling clean (and we’re picky about cleanliness) and the decor was simple and chic. Literally a 5 min walk to the beach though we drove and parked in Schlitterbahn’s lot since I had my 4 year old. Seamless checkin and checkout-carts on 1st floor that can be used to bring items up as well as an elevator. Beds comfy. Only drawback is the dvd players didn’t work so couldn’t watch the rentals and the hall bath had a sink issue but Ana had maintenance come fix that immediately. Everything I needed was responded to within minutes and taken care of right away. Everyone was so nice on the entire island. Highly recommend this place! *Note* If coming with a large family I suggest bringing cooking pots and pans to accommodate the size you’ll be cooking for. Bought a large pot for a low country boil because there were only small to medium pots for cooking side type dishes.

Excellent place, very clean, very spacious bedrooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, very good quality sheets, the area of the pool very wide and strategically located to enjoy the shadow that falls on it in the afternoon, would definitely return more than one time.

If you want a lovely space to stay near the beach and you want a great host then this is the place to stay! Every picture advertised was spot on. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. We have been staying different places for almost 3 decades and this was right up there with the best ones.

Lanas place was exactly as pictured, very clean all beds were comfortable.amenities were great, she was easy to communicate with and had quick responses . The location on the 3rd floor looking over the beach was just what we wanted. We saw dolphins a few days from the balcony and spent every morning out there with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise. The pool and hot tub were great as well. I highly recommend her place for a stay.

Was very clean and the view was beautiful. Peaceful place to spend time with partner or family. We enjoyed the games in the closet and tennis courts. Is a great place to relax. The DVD player was a great addition since the WiFi was not always working or slow. It was cloudy and perfect for a dvd movie and dominos. I also appreciated the washer and dryer the most. Thank you! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a nice time on the isla.

This condo is awesome! It is in a great location, beach access is so easy! The condo has three king beds plus bunk beds. It is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. I highly recommend it, I actually already have!

The place was exactly like described. Perfect get away spot for us from Busy Houston life. Kid friendly with plenty of toys around. Loved it !! Nothing more to ask. Host was responsive for whatever we needed. Thanks for hosting us 😊😊

We loved the place and enjoyed our stay. It looked just as the photos had shown; was clean and cheerful and nicely decorated. We had no trouble getting in and Niki responded quickly to our texts. We appreciated the notes she left in a notebook regarding suggestions of restaurants and things to do.

This is an incredible location. Close to the beach and the best restaurants in the area. Walk to the South Padre Island Brewery (2 minute walk) and enjoy happy hour 4-7. The condo was super clean and nicely decorated. We would happily stay here again.

This is a nice place once you get inside. The outside of the building is a little dated and the hallways leading up to the unit smell a little. Once inside, the unit was clean. We enjoyed the modern kitchen. Couches do need updated and some of the wine glasses had lip marks on them (I have ran into this with previous Airbnb’s though, not really Cynthia’s fault). Overall this was a good place to stay for 2-3 people. The bed was comfortable and new which was a bonus!

We stayed here the week of NYE and it was great. The island is definitely of an older crowd that time of year but we enjoyed the slower pace. The space is really beautiful, plenty space, stocked kitchen, great balcony and the most comfortable bed ever. It was very relaxing with spa and sauna access, the ocean view and library. We'll definitely be back!

The place is big it has a lot of space. The house is super clean and the neighborhood is quite too and calm. It's about 5 minutes to the beach and the pool was clean too. I had fun and also my.giest enjoyed the stay.

The place is in a great location very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and everything was super clean. We appreciated that Stacey offered various items to use at the beach, which meant we didn’t have to bring as much. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was FANTASTIC! We loved the location where we could get to the beach and the bay within minutes. The interior gave the lodge a unique coastal look, which made us feel right at home. We loved that the lodge is pet friendly, and the selection of games and puzzles is a nice touch too! Chas very nicely jumpstarted our car when the battery in our car died. The patio is spacious and private, perfect for a quiet evening. Prime location within walking distance of the finer restaurants and boardwalk. Looking forward to booking this location our next trip to South Padre.

I loved this beach house! The kitchen space was perfect for cooking dinner, and the beds were comfy. The walk-in shower has great water pressure too! My friends and I were able to find easy access to the beach and wind down with scrabble later on in the night. Thanks Chas! I would definitely stay again my next trip.

We had a great time at Bryan’s place. The beach is super close which is very convenient. We also enjoyed the pool which we had to ourselves. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. We also appreciated Kathy’s local tips and her communication throughout our stay.

The home Is so beautiful and comfortable place, the location is great to access the beach, the supermarket and restaurants, The condo has its own pool. We hope to come back very soon.

Bryan's place is great and has many very nice touches that you will enjoy! It is very well appointed and reflects the effort and investment to make it a top choice. It feels like a much more modern and comfortable accommodation than what seems to be the more commonly available dated "beach house" options. The walk to the beach is simple. We did it with very young children and a senior adult without hesitation. We traveled with a collapsible wagon to move our gear - a very helpful tool. Another advantage of this accommodation option (versus "tower type" options) is having your vehicle right outside the door for easy access. They also have a small fenced area right next to the front door where you rinse all the sand off, and can store you outdoor beach toys/gear when not in use. We kept our wagon tucked away there. I feel these are unique conveniences to a place like this. Having the pool is nice bonus as well. There other units were empty while we were there (off-season), so we had us of it to ourselves. You'll enjoy the bed(s), quality linens, washer and dryer, and more! I'm confident you will will be please with your decision to rent with Bryan and his crew!

Clean beautiful condo. Amenities were great. They even have beach towels!!!! Washer and dryer were heaven sent when you have little ones. Celebrated my nanny girl's 2nd birthday, parents were so happy when they saw pictures. Not only will I return but recommend to all my family and friends. You will truly enjoy your stay, co host is fabulous.

Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood 2 minutes from the nearest beach access. There was a grocery store conveniently located about a block away as well as a gas station and a bar within walking distance. Irmas Place was beautiful and very spacious.

Nice place for a getaway!

A great place for an amazing low price. I was originally planning on going to Galveston but the storms caused me to find this gem. My only regret is I didn't take more time off work to enjoy it longer.

Great location; comfortable condo!

We had the most amazing time in South Padre Island. The condo is located in the middle of all the attractions. The washer and dryer was a plus and unexpected. Gary was quick to respond to my questions. We cannot say enough how much we loved the stay there.

This property is in a great location...a 3 minute walk to the beach and also very close to many restaurants. I had a few questions before I checked in and Gary was quick to respond to my emails. Check in was very easy. The place is spacious and very comfortable. This was my first experience with Air BnB and I was very happy overall. I recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

This is a very beautiful condo with 3 super comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms. Everything was very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially the fireworks at night! We look forward to reserving the condo again in the future.

Great condo for beach vacation.

We enjoyed our stay as the condo looks just as the pictures show, very spacious and clean with little amenities to make your stay nice. The grounds of the complex are kept nice with two great pools with hot tubs and easy access to the beach. We would stay again!

This is a great place for a family or a group to stay. The washer and dryer came in handy. The two pools are awesome and well kept. Easy access to the beach.

After a bit of a scare with the weather, and some reassurance on managements part that things were looking good on our exact days, we had a wonderful time and the weather was great. The accommodations were better than expected with a layout that fit our 8 person family wonderfully. Plenty of space in the bedrooms (with all 3 having their own bathroom!!), and a big open space with a dining room, family room, and kitchen. The check-in was incredibly easy, and the facility was really nice. We made good use of the pool and hot tub, and spent lots of time at the beach playing in the sand and waves which was only a short walk away (which was good because we had a 4 and 3 year old as part of our 8). Probably my only recommendation would be to encourage guests to leave beach toys in the closet as I expect many don't bring everything home and there is no need for everyone to keep re-buying them. We left our boogie boards and some sand pails & shovels.

Linda’s place was exactly as described. It is a small, safe & clean place to crash after a long day out. The bed was comfortable, the A/C cold, the microwave & fridge was a plus. The best part was the pool, it felt like we were the only guests there as we never had to share. She communicated very well. We will be back again for sure.

Great location, just a few blocks from the beach and close to the free shuttle spots. Just the type of place you need when you're out in the sun all day and just need somewhere to sleep at night. Plenty of beach towels and drawer space to unpack! We arrived early and luckily Linda was around to help us check in early. Great host and great space!

This cute beach condo was perfect for our stay. It is tastefully updated with premium finishes. The shower was beautiful with both a hand-held shower head and a rain shower. The lap pool, hot tub and beach were all we needed!

The communication and response time IS UNPARALLELED! I had an unfortunate mishap at my original reservation and found myself looking for a place to stay in an unfamiliar part of Texas (I’m from Houston) and I was accommodated more than I could imagine. Here are a few more reasons to stay here... 1. 2nd floor quick access, convenient, private entry 2. Easy beach access, nice pool as well 3. Location, location, location: near everything! 4. Cute decor and great working AC!

Would definitely stay here again! The beach is a 3 min walk away and some restaurants and shops are a short walk. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and was a great space for a small group. The hot tub at the condo was also great too.

Absolutely great deal for the time of year I was coming. Right near the beach and has an amazing hot tub and pool that are sparkling clean. Super cute touches such as beach chairs and sand toys and games!

Great place. Clean and walking distance to the beach. We were looking for a quiet space for us to read, unwind, and relax. This was perfect. The stairs are slippery going down so wear sturdy shoes, but other than that it was an awesome spot. The pool was warm and quiet. Highly recommend this place. Great location.

We didn’t stay at this specific location, because there was some construction in the building and the management office gave us a last-minute upgrade, but we stayed at a very similar place and it was wonderful! Padre Island Rental’s management was great and the place was incredibly clean.

The condo in Flores II was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The views from the front balcony and side deck were just amazing. My kids loved the pool and super short walk to the beach. This was truly a lovely space to relax and enjoy the ocean, and the folks at Padre Island Rental were very helpful and professional.

The Aquarius condo we stayed in turned out to be wonderful. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and updated. We will definitely plan on staying there once again.

This place in Padre was excellent! My wife and I have stayed in padre around 10 times and this this my favorite place so far. The view from the living room and first bedroom is better than advertised and the wrap around balcony really puts this place over the top. My wife and I traveled with our two small children (20 months and 4 years) and the place was perfect for them as well. You can be on the beach in two minutes from the room, the elevators were always fast, the pool was great for the kids with the 3 ft area, the grounds are very clean and well maintained. I can't say enough good things about this place.

We had a fantastic stay in this beachfront, 2 bedroom condo. The view was the best and enjoyed morning, day, and night. We visited the pool but with it pretty packed in the afternoon, it was a short visit. The walk to the beach was a bit difficult carrying equipment and a toddler. While they have rubber mats for about 80% of the walk to the beach, it was still hard to get over that final hill of boiling hot super thick and soft sand. We found it easier to just use the public beach access which was right next door. There is an outdoor area to wash off the sand and salt making return to condo clean the easy. Within walking distance to a few restaurants, we loved the location.

Very pleased with the condo! It was clean and very well stocked. There is easy access to everything. My only quibble is that the main TV needs upgrading but even that was mostly offset by having access to all the other media gadgets provided. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was clean and very nice. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and family entertainment spots. The family truly enjoyed our stay and our ready to come back. The condo was very well kept and stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Great place for a Family wanting space to stretch out. - Wonderful floor plan - two bedrooms and two bathrooms was extremely convenient - kitchen was clean and spacious - note: this place is on the third floor. Not a problem for us but worth noting for folks w mobility challenges. We absolutely would stay here again.

Rob and steph place is amazing! Literally the best location and right down the street from the beach. They were so accommodating with me and my family. Love every minute of our stay here! The grocery store is a 5 minute walk. Literally down the street. Beautiful home and the best we’re increíble soft! Shower pressure was perfect!

The location was great, walk across the street and you are at the beautiful beach. The condo’s amenities fit all our needs. We especially enjoyed making breakfast every morning. It was so quiet too, we slept well. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

We loved our stay at this place. We were here for a month and it became home. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, appliances were great and we appreciated all the tv options. The location is great- very easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is definitely 5 stars. The condo is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, modern, clean and easy walking distance to the beach. The hosts are thoughtful, friendly and quick to respond to your inquires. I anticipate staying here for all my future trips to SPI.

Don't let the fact that the home is beside a Karaoke bar deter you, this was amazingly quiet with no noise bleed from the surrounding businesses. Spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable - wonderful getaway.

It is a cute beach house in a great location! We loved our stay. However, we were unaware that the owners are living in the first level which made for an uncomfortable surprise. The hosts were great though, very friendly!

We had a great weekend in this very spacious and well-appointed loft. Perfect location on a quiet street a half-block from the beach! It was clean and comfortable. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Charming beach themed condo in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere on the island that we wanted to go. Daniel is an absolute pleasure to work with.

This place was awesome and a good location. Very easy to check in and was very cozy and clean and the pool especially was awesome because we could BBQ right there by the pool area. The host Danny was awesome and very friendly...will be back again hopefully sooner than later....

Amazing all around, the pictures don’t do this justice! Great hospitality and bang for your buck with a pool, grill and kitchen. Makes for a affordable getaway with great tips on how to get to the beach. Ty for the vacation I couldn’t have imagined would be this great. I will be booking again for sure!

The space was small but just the right size for me, my husband, and two small kids (toddler/infant). We appreciate how clean and well kept the place was, and loved that there was pool access and closet proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc.

We really enjoyed staying at Southernmost. Sally was very responsive to any questions we had and even sent us messages about activities coming up during our stay, such as Kite Fest. The location is absolutely perfect, in a quiet residential neighborhood, steps from beach access and smack in the middle of amazing restaurants, most of which are walkable. The full service Blue Marlin IGA is also just a few blocks away and has good prices on any grocery items one could want. The king beds upstairs are VERY comfortable, and we took advantage of them for daily naps and our nightly rest. We had a great time and our only regret is we didn’t plan to stay longer.

It is as described. Neat, clean, every thing we needed was there. Towels, beach equipment, games,reading materials. The view is awesome, able to walk the one block to beach. Easy check in. Lovely spot. We would stay here again!

If you have kids, this location is great. The beach entrance is right at your doorstep! We enjoyed the beach toys, chairs, and cart that are left for everyone to use. The house is spacious. The rooms are large. There are enough bathrooms that you shouldn’t have to wait in line. I would stay here again.

Niki’s home is AMAZING. Short walking distance from the beach access makes it the perfect place for a beach getaway. Pictures on the site don’t do the home justice. It’s a beautiful space, entertainment ready. You will not be disappointed.

Great condo! The balcony view is perfect, it’s not directly facing the ocean but you can see just enough to get a beautiful view. It was very clean and stocked with all essentials needed to cook up a meal (pot, pans, utensils, cups, etc.) Its a spacious studio feeling, not tight/cramped. The beach access was awesome, not a long walk at all unlike other condo/hotel accesses. And the pool/jacuzzi was perfect after spending the day at the beach. The mounted big tv was also nice, we were able to enjoy Netflix. My friends and I very much enjoyed staying here, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great little place for a weekend getaway with my husband and our daughter. I really enjoyed the fact that it was walking distance from the beach and that we were provided with chairs and an ice chest to use. (Less things for us to haul for our trip) I wish we could’ve stayed longer! We can’t wait to return!
