This place is amazing!! It's just as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. The bedroom in particular is so, so wonderful and the bed is the softest I've ever slept in! Well worth the price!

This apartment is just as amazing as it looks in the photos. It is clear that a great deal of time has been spent to stylise the apartment with a keen attention to detail. The apartment had everything we needed, and its location in the building made it very quiet. The bed is super comfortable and I spent hours lounging in the hanging nest chair. The themes make for a relaxing getaway to destress. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Perfect little spot right downtown. Easy to find, great location, easy access, clean, lots of little extra’s such as; cell phone charging cords, universal plugs, lots of towels, face clothes, things that you may need, but forgot to pack. Some may find the street noise abit loud for sleeping at times, I did not, but, she even has ear plugs there for you. I would highly recommend 👍

That is a sunshine, bright room. You can see the great Library from the window. The interior is amazing, can enjoy 80's record jacket. Also can enjoy cooking in the kitchen, the host prepare good stuff. Close to tram stop and Melbourne Central Station. Charlee is very kind and friendly.

Charlee has a thoughtful attention to detail, including lots of finishing touches to make this charming place feel welcoming and fun.

Charlee helped us with a last-minute late check-in, which was appreciated! The space is stylish and comfortable with everything you need. Only issue is if you're a light sleeper and bothered by the noise of the tram - earplugs are provided, however. Thanks again Charlee! :)

Charlee’s flat could not be in a better location. Less then 5 mins distance from Melbourne central and the metro. Super close to major attractions and great restaurants, highly recommend Chin Chin (thank you Charlee for the recommendation)! Kitchen had enough basics if you needed to dine in, coffee/tea and milk thoughtfully left out. As well as extra phone chargers & adapters which were super helpful. Highly recommended!

Kate and Has have a wonderful little apartment in a beautiful part of Melbourne. The fitzroy is such a fun, hip, exciting area. The apartment is in the heart of all the action. Only a few meters away from great cafes and even better bars. I highly recommend it.

Great place for a single or couple that are looking to explore Melbourne from an almost perfect inner city base, if you want to be walking distance to various restaurants and famous places. The hosts offer a thoughtful accommodation which we would come back to the next time we are visiting Melbourne.

Beautifully simple, great location in the heart of Fitzroy.

Couldn’t ask for a better location in Fitzroy, a short walk from the cafes, bars and restaurants of Gertrude, Brunswick and Smiths Street! The check in/out process was seamless and the agency that looks after the property was very accommodating with looking after our luggage. A perfect spot to explore from, comfy and cosy - a great little studio!

Kenneth’s place is a super convenient location in the CBD. It really had everything I needed to be happy during my stay. Little details like international power outlets and breakfast fixings in the apartment were a really nice touch! It certainly is smaller than the photos would suggest, but would easily be comfortable for 2 people.

An excellent stay!

The AO experience has been something that I have wanted to do for a very long time. Kenneth's place made it extra special as it was so convenient ( 15 minutes walking to Flinders Street) and the apartment was in a great area and perfect for myself and my daughter. Lots to see and do nearby, great restaurants/ coffee shops/ very central-. Don't look any further, this is the place to book if you want somewhere styly and comfortable. The pool was also great to use after a long day at the tennis.

The location was perfect, in the city centre. Bron kindly guided me and recommended a coffee shop. Michael greeted me in Korean. In particular, the dog difference is so cute and lovely. I also enjoyed toast every morning. If you come to Melbourne, I want to stay here again !! :)

I wrote an extensive review about my last stay here back in May 2019 so feel free to check that out. This time around I stayed from 5th to 9th February 2020. As with my last visit, it’s a wonderful experience staying with Bronwyn, Michael and their furry child Chai. So great to meet Michael in person this time too! Their super spacious warehouse apartment has everything you could ask for, plus the very central location in the city makes getting to the major local sights and CBD shopping / eating districts a breeze. I also really appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast that was so thoughtfully laid out the night before. This gave me a good energy boost at the start of the day as this time I ventured a bit further out and caught more trams - note that Melbourne is quite flat and very easy to get around on foot, which I mostly did during my last visit. Thank you for your warm and gracious hospitality as always.

I spent five wonderful days here. The location of the apartment is really amazing, in the heart of the city center. From here, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The house is the same as the pictures look like an art gallery, full of art atmosphere. Living here, has the private room and the bathroom, also can use Brown's kitchen, open kitchen, the tableware is very complete. Brown & Michael, They are very enthusiastic and made me feel very warm. They also gave me some very convenient and useful tour advice. There are extra services, a hearty breakfast, a bottle of wine, a transit card, washer, and dryer, and can store luggage for a while. They are really considerate for the guests. If you want a deep experience of Melbourne's life, come here ！ Brown loves food，if she has time, you can cook with her. I'll come again next time. I had a truly wonderful 4 night stay. Bronwyn and Michael made me feel comfortable and cared for during a difficult time. They are both really charming and generous hosts. Their hosting arrangements gave me the flexibility and privacy to comfortably interact or not depending on how I felt at the time. Their place is stunning and the location fabulous. The guest room and bathroom are gorgeous.

Air B n B is at its best when you get to meet lovely hosts. This is what this Bronwyn and Michael bring: warmth and hospitality. Even better, the location is amazing, what’s not to love about being in the centre of Melbourne.

The apartment is conveniently located on Hardware street which is especially great for getting a feel for Melbourne's street cafe's and general vibe. We travelled with a 4 month old and found the lift to work well for taking the pram in and out of the vicinity. A comfortable treasured space in superb location made it easy for us to explore the city without too much hassle.

Great location in the CBD. Good sized bedrooms and I loved the water pressure in the shower! Easy apartment to stay at I and enjoyed my time there.

There were rooms from 1 to 3 so we didn't know how many rooms we had but waited but the room was better than I thought and the room was clean

We didn’t spend any time in the apartment, we really only slept there. The apartment was neat, tidy and clean. It had everything we needed including fluffy white towels and comfy beds. Chammy’s communications were timely and all the necessary information was provided including photos which was very helpful finding the entrance. An added bonus are the restaurants and breakfast places in the same road. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook again.

We had a fabulous stay and look forward to staying at Tino's place again in the future. The bag of basic goodies was really appreciated, Tino had lots of tips and suggestions on some of his favorite eateries, bars etc. and it was fantastic to check with him for feedback on some of the things planned during our short stay. Location could not be any more central, especially with the FREE city tram zone.

The location is second to none and we felt at home right away. Tino was a very welcoming host and his suggestions were spot on. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location is perfect, within the free tram zone! Very convenient to explore all city attractions. Tino and Chris are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Although it's a bit noisy in the evening during weekends, would definitely like to stay again!

What can I say? Tino’s place is the perfect spot for your central Melbourne escape. The beautiful open plan & high ceilings made us feel like we were in a loft style apartment in New York! The delicious Cuff cafe is right downstairs - don’t miss their coffee & breakfast. Tino was an amazing host - the apartment was kitted out with everything we needed to make it feel like home. It’s a family friendly getaway but also perfect for couples given its close proximity to all the action. Highly recommend!

In the absolute best position for wandering around the city or to walk over to the Art Gallery. Close to all the action and eateries. Tino was an attentive host who responded to messages quickly and made the checking in (and checking out) process really easy. The apartment was also a great place to hang out in with it's spacious living area and high ceilings. The kids were wrapped it had a WiiU. Due to it's amazing position there is a bit of noise from the local nightlife so you may need to use ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend.

Tino was amazing and very accommodating to our requests for a later check out. Location was perfect and the apartment was very stylish and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and Tino was such a ray of sunshine making the whole thing so much better. I will definitely be back as this place was great

WHAT A WONDERFUL STAY! Our first time to Melbourne and we scored! We came for the Australian Tennis Open and the location was peRFect! The tram to the Open was immediately outside the door. Fantastic food cafes close by. The apartment was spotless. We loved having a washer and dryer. The bed was very cumfy. The place was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again. Canvas also accommodated our checkout time which was a huge help. Thank you Canvas!

The stay here was really enjoyable. Communication with Canvas suites was made extremely easy and I felt a really warm welcome on arrival in Melbourne. They made everything very easy. The accomodation was comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay. The host was welcoming, easy to reach and provided me with all the information I needed up front so I could check-in smoothly. They were also kind enough to lend me a Myki card for my stay. Excellent location and despite being near the train lines, was actually not as noisy as expected. Overall a fantastic experience. Would definitely re-visit in the future.

Spent one night at the property. It was bright, clean, and very well styled. Didn't spend too much time at the apartment since we were taking in the sights around the city but it's very Central and easy to access (walk or free tram)

Good value in a very convenient location - less than 10mins walk to Southbank and Yarra River - easy walk to Sth Melbourne shops/Markets and No 12 tram. Nice sized space - love the breakfast supplies and the mikyi travel passes. It is in a busy past of town, but we had no issues with noise. Happily stay there again.

This is my new favourite place to stay in Melbourne. 5 mins walk from Southbank and the convention centre (where I needed to be each day) with a tram stop a few minutes away. The space is just wonderful! Beautifully decorated, lots of thoughtful touches, comfy bed and great bathroom with a shower that had great water pressure (always important!). Felt like I was staying in a New York loft apartment though on street level. Quiet at night but with loads going on in the hood for you to access should you so desire. I really hope it’s available the next time I come to Melbourne. Thanks Terry!

Terry’s place had it all in such a convenient location. Easy walk to the South Melbourne Markets, tram line, cafes, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, Dan Murphys, Crown Casino/Southbank, the CBD, Sea Life aquarium. The bed was really comfortable with quality linen and towels. The washer/dryer and air conditioner came in handy too. Everything was as pictured. Terry thoughtfully left us some milk, a packet of Tim Tams and she went out of her way to buy a beautiful bunch of roses for my mums 80th birthday. The property felt very safe at all times. Access and check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property.

Thanks for the warm welcome and early check in facility to store our bags. Very handy location beside Southern Cross train station and the tram stop on the other side.

Staying with Canvas-Suites was a seamless and enjoyable experience. They were prompt and helpful with their communication, made check-in/check-out easy and accommodated for our travel plans. The stylish apartment was in a wonderful location around a variety of cafes and with easy access to trams that took us straight to where we wanted to go. Overall a great experience that added something great to our trip to Melbourne!

Sandra’s place is fantastic, the view of the Shrine is amazing and it’s a very comfortable, modern, spotlessly clean apartment, just a 20 minute walk into the city. Tram stops just outside in case of rain. The parking space provided was great too. If we ever return to Melbourne we would definitely choose to stay here. This was our 3rd trip to Melbourne and was by far the nicest place we have stayed.

With an Exceptional view of The Shrine this place is quiet and relaxing. Fantastic parkland across the road and only a short easy walk to Southgate restaurants. No need to stay in a busy hotel with all the noise.

Sandra has put together a great place to stay. The apartment matched the photos and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. The modern styled decor and the view of the botanical gardens were the highlights for us. A great apartment in a beautiful building. Excellent location especially if you want to catch a train from Southern Cross Station. The studio apartment feels very spacious due to the high ceilings and has good kitchen facilities and very comfy bed. Gym was good and great pool and spa area for relaxing after a hectic day. Highly recommend.

My mom and I traveled together. It's really close to Southern Cross station! It was nice and comfortable because the ceiling was high unlike other buildings. All the necessary facilities are provided. There were reviews that were noisy because of traffic, but the sixth floor was not low, and we slept well without any problems because it was dark. The terrace is so nice and the interior is great! Sorry for the busy schedule. When I come to Melbourne, I think I'll choose Chammy's Airbnb without looking for more :)

Chammy was always quick and polite. Made very easy the check in. The Grand Hotel is part of Melbourne heritage and for this price, it's a bargain. Close to everything, it's perfect for knowing the CBD. Would definitely come back and recommend the place.

A beautiful studio located within walking distance to Yarra River and Southern Cross station. The property is clean, well equipped with basic amenities like electric stove, kettle, TV and fast internet. Very comfortable and clean. Entrance door is not really obvious, however landlord (Leo) is easy to approach and he provided pictorial guide which is very helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

This is an excellent apartment, white goods are new and efficient and were very useful. The AC was excellent. We slept really well in very comfortable beds. Great views over the city and a high floor that kept us well away from any potential noise. Weather was challenging so great to get back to such a comfortable home base.

We enjoyed two nights at Oliver's place. We had the place to ourselves as our host was out. The apartment and our room were clean and bright and were very comfortable. It's just a sort walk to Southbank and Melbourne CBD.

We used Oliver’s place as a base for a few nights to explore Melbourne. From that perspective, it was perfect. We walked into the city centre everyday, but there is a tram stop right outside the flat if you prefer. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The room itself was a little smaller than expected (especially when considering that we were sharing the flat so this was our only private space), so it was a bit of squeeze with two of us and large suitcases, but it was comfortable and it was nice having our own tv if we wanted to have some privacy. Guests should also bear in mind that the apartment block sits in a busy road intersection so when the windows are open it is very noisy, but there is aircon so it is not necessary to have the windows open. Overall, Oliver was a great host and he made us feel at home - thank you.

Really beautiful flat in a fantastic location. Just note that Oliver also lives there, however we only saw him once on arrival and we never heard him- so the flat still feels private. Would stay again 😄

Chenlei communicated very well and was friendly. The apartment is very clean and we got our own bathroom. The location is convenient and because it’s a high-rise it was quiet with a nice view. I would stay here again!

I was a bit iffy when i realised i had booked a private room instead of a whole apartment for myself and my 5 yr old daughter for a weekend away from the boys! We stayed at chenlei's place for 3 nights and honestly felt like we had the place to ourselves! He has his own private room which, when he was home is where he was. My daughter loved guessing if he was home lol such an amazing location for the price and is well in walking distance or within train or tram access to get anywhere you need to. We drove from adelaide and didnt use the car for the whole time we were there. If i had to nit pick and find faults, the only one would be the loose toilet seat lol Highly recommend!! P.S i left some hot chocolate to pass on to the next couple/single person who stays :)

It's really close to the CBD so it's a convenient location for traveling. Also, there is free car parking. I recommend Chen’s place for traveling in Melbourne.

Nicks apartment is exceptionally clean. It is in the perfect location and the check in process was seamless and easy. Nick was very quick to respond to any questions and the apartment was everything we needed for a quick weekend trip to Melbourne.

We loved staying here! Nick offered almost every amenity you could imagine! His space was very clean and in a great location. The only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t unlimited but we managed just fine.

My mother and I stayed at Nick's place to visit the Australian Open. Nick's apartment was the perfect place to stay. Also a big plus is the gym and the pool in the basement of the building. Highly recommend to stay with Nick!

Nick is an incredible host. He responded immediately after I sent questions leading to my first visit to Australia. He had notes around the apartment so guests know exactly what to expect. Nick has the CUTEST dogs, but they are so tiny and quiet you would never know they are there. The property is next to an interstate, so Nick provides ear plugs, but the sound is very muffled in guest room. I didn’t notice it at all. Everything is in walking distance - corner store, Southbank, Findler train station, the tram. It was all fantastic!

Najib's place is ideally located in Southbank close by to Melbourne Park where I would walk every morning for about 15 minutes to catch the Australian open. It's located near a ton of restaurants, a river-walk/boardwalk, and right next to the CBD. The bedroom has spectacular city views and a comfortable bed. The kitchen/living area and bathroom were also open, clean, and spacious. Mikhail the cat makes for a nice friend during down-times when your not out in the city. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Najib is a top host, made me feel very comfortable and at home during my stay in Melbourne. I’d highly recommend his place for anyone who wants to stay central as you got everything you need within walking distance.

Small but very lovely apartment. Close to grams and really walking distance to the CBD. Save money by walking down Clarendon, over the bridge into the free tram zone! Bed was super comfy and the kitchen was pretty well equipped.

I have stayed at Bill’s place for the second time now. It’s always nice to come back. The location of the apartment is ideal. Due to a broken shoulder I could not take advantage of the swimming pool this time which was really a pity. Bill has put a lot of effort in providing lots of toiletries which I find great.

Stayed for a conference at the MCEC. A pleasant 10-15 minute walk away. Building secure and generally quiet - trams come by very occasionally with squeaky brakes. Communication was prompt and host was easy to get a hold of. Self-check in appreciated and straightforward. Check-out similarly fuss-free. Apartment was generally clean and comfortable, spacious for one. Aircon worked well, even with some westerly sun entering in the afternoon (not a bad thing in chilly weather!). Coffee machine and pods a nice treat. Basics in the kitchen all supplied, although not personally used.

Clear and concise communication. Wonderful home away from home. Location is out of direct city congestion and ubers where extremely economical. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Our stay with Mike and Mark was amazing, more than we expected! I forgot they had cats, so as an avid cat lover I was excited when we arrived and the cats were very friendly (and a little cheeky)! With a building gym, pool, steam room, access to the roof 22 stories high, this room stay offers top notch facilities and views both from the apartment balcony, and your room (Eureka tower is in full view from the room) and photo opportunities at your finger tips, as well as excellent local knowledge from the hosts. Above and beyond expectations from the breakfast set-up, easy to follow labels for laundry, amazing amenities including extra towels, umbrellas, and great location. Definitely recommend a stay here if you get the opportunity; within walking distance to gardens and AMI /MCG sport arenas, and Flinders St station (13mins).

What You see is what you get. Danny’s a super friendly dude and the large clean room has everything you need , I slept really well in the bed, nice and cool despite being in the midst of a sweltering summer. The best thing is the central location of the unit.

Danny is one of the finest host i have ever come across in my Airbnb stays. His place is super cool & as accurate as described in the listing. The location is great with 3 tram stations around walkable distance although not in free tram zone but i was fine with it. Crown & DFO are very close so is Federation square & Flinders making commute much easier. Overall i couldn't have got a better place & a better host.

Like others said, Danny is an accommodating host and always fast to respond to my questions and always offering his help. Thanks to his tip, one of my highlights in Melbourne was the Night Noodle Market and it was fantastic. The place itself was overall fine, it's a simple apartment. Danny keeps it very clean and that's always nice when you're sharing a space. I find the location to be alright as it's about a 10-15 minutes walk across the bridge to the free tram zone stop. It's also walkable (~12 mins) to the South Melbourne Market which was also another highlight in Melb. Where I found it to be a bit inconvenient as a female traveller is the lack of a hair dryer. Also the pillows are too thin for me but that's a personal preference.

It was very clean and tidy The night view was so nice and the bathroom next to it was clean and the whole building was clean and new.

Great host, excellent communication, fast responses! Perfect location, right in Southbank - short walk to Casino/CBD. Gorgeous skyline views of CBD in our bedroom. Sumaiya was very accommodating and let us use her parking spot during our stay. Perfect for a short stay - suitable for singles/couples.
