“Cherry Creek Reservoir offers many outdoor options. The Reservior is 3.1 miles by car, but bicycle routes are much shorter. A few options available could include swimming, beach volleyball, or picnicking. Boat rentals and a shooting range are also part of this state park.”

Bar

“A modern interpretation of the classic Denver steakhouse ... Casual ambiance and exceptional food. Come take a look at Mike Shanahan’s Lombardi trophies from his Super Bowl victories. Go ahead and take your picture with them while you wait to be seated. The bar features high-end spirits, and of course, you can catch the score of the game on plasma TVs. For frigid winter evenings, grab a table by the fireplace. During warmer months, enjoy the outdoor patio and sip a summer draught beer. Between the months of June and August, you'll enjoy outdoor music every Friday night.”

“They have AMAZING chicken wings and...surprisingly...Chinese food (you will see what I mean when you walk in). The kitchen is owed by a family specializing in this food and the bar is owned by a different owner. This creates a very unique and fun experience. Pool tables, great drinks, good music and great food add up to a good time!”

“Great brewery located on the edge of Denver proper. In my opinion they have the best IPA in the city, which has also won Gold at GABF in their first year open. Their beers are stronger than your normal Bud as they emphasize bold flavors in all their beers. ”

Nightclub

“Though dancing is rarely on my wish list. This is where I go for this as it caters to the older crowd as opposed to most downtown places that are packed with children in their 20's or older folks trying to act like they're in their 20's. Proof plays old school music and literally has all walks of life. One male friend I took there said "If a male cannot find a date here, he's got a problem". Did I mention that they have two large screens that show the music videos of the songs that you are dancing to. They also serve a really good watermelon vodka drink. Be careful though.......they go down REALLY easily.”
