With our help and your new-found knowledge, you will then be able to create your own formula, while learning some of the tricks of the trade. You will enjoy our friendly, educational and amusing workshop while discovering our collection of rare fragrances. This initiation to perfume-making will serve also as a future tool to help you better understand, and more intelligently choose, your perfumes. You will go through the most beautiful trails that will allow you to discover the flora, aromatic plants of Provence, beautiful panoramas and coves in which you can swim depending on the season.  Do not forget that beautiful landscapes often deserve ..... In the program there will be 8 km or about 3 hours of walking (400 m of maximum elevation gain) on marked trails (some passages require the help of hands) in a unique, surprising, grandiose between sea and mountains, with typical vegetation: the scrubland, very fragrant and colorful depending on the season. We will take the time to share an aperitif, lunch and swim depending on the weather. I will explain the history of the creeks, its secret corners. Rendez vous à 9 h 45 sur le port de Saint Florent pour un embarquement immediat à bord du voilier Tiloo . Nous naviguerons dans le Golfe de Saint Florent en adaptant notre circuit aux vents ....classiquement nous mouillons au pied des falaises calcaires au nord de St Florent pour visiter des grottes marines ( à la nage, en paddle, en annexe ..) puis nous hissons les voiles pour traverser le Golfe et rejoindre les magnifiques plages de l Agriate . Nous choisirons pour vous les plus beaux mouillages , loin du tumulte des navettes rapides. Vous aurez acces aux eaux cristallines, aux criques de sable blanc , à des parcours pedestres...et nous vous offrirons le dejeuner convivial à bord . Nous rentrerons vers 17 h au port de St Florent . Go off to explore the lovely medieval village of Saint-Emilion, listed as World Heritage Site by Unesco, and visit two wineries (a top winery classified Grand Cru Classé and a family-run estate Grand Cru) during a 5 hours guided tour with me, a fun & knowledgeable local guide speaking English. Your tour includes 2 wineries visit (introduction about the history of the estate and technical informations about how to make the wine), 5 wines tasting minimum in total and a French aperitif (cheese, cured meat & bread at the 1° or 2nd winery) OR sweet specialities from Bordeaux macaroons from Saint-Emilion & cannelés depending on the day of the visit. I will drive through the vineyard of Saint-Emilion in my van and we will visit together the famous medieval village dating from the Middle Age. The wine tours are in English & French. I offer 2 wines tours : morning (8.30am-1.15pm) & afternoon (1.30pm-6.30pm) The meeting point is in Bordeaux at : 1 place de stalingrad, in front of LCL Bank (with a beautiful view of the bridge :)) Make sure to have breakfast or lunch before ! Grasse est renommée dans le monde entier pour son savoir-faire autour du parfum depuis plus de 170 ans ! A bord de ma Citroën Traction Avant de 1953 nous traverserons la ville de Grasse et nous nous arrêterons pour la visite d’une des 3 plus prestigieuses parfumeries de la ville. Dans la mesure du possible, cette visite sera privée, c’est-à-dire que vous aurez un(e) guide uniquement pour votre groupe. Après cette visite où vous apprendrez les secrets de la création d’un parfum, nous reprendrons la route pour nous diriger sur les hauteurs de Grasse à 850m d’altitude. Sur ces hauteurs, nous visiterons un très joli village médiéval où de nombreux artisans exposent leur savoir-faire. Depuis la place principale du village vous aurez une vue magnifique sur toute la Côte entre Nice et l’Estérel. Durant toute la balade, je vous donnerai des informations sur la région et sur cette voiture mythique qu’est la Traction Avant ! You will be welcomed at the Espigas boutique, a made in Marseille espadrilles store, in a relaxed, trendy and family-friendly atmosphere. (Covid-19 responsability requires, we will have hydroalcoholic gel available and all the equipment will have been cleaned before your arrival. Airbnb invites us all to wear a mask during our artistic experience. In complete safety, we will have a good time together!) You will be invited to choose the pair of espadrilles you will paint on and once the shoe has been chosen, it's time to get our brushes dirty! If you have a drawing idea in mind, it's great, we'll try to make it happen. If you are looking for designs, I have a small catalog of drawings for suggestion, or we can discuss themes based on your hobbies and taste - and level of painting. No previous experience is necessary but it will be up to you to fulfill your art project! I'll be there all along for lots of technical and artistic advice ... and a little brushstroke if needed! The goal of our workshop is that you leave Espigas happy with the time spent with us and proud of the work accomplished. You will leave with a high quality product that is truly unique in the world! Meet at the Port Gallice car park for the starting point, a quick briefing will be given on the security conditions and the course of the activity. We will warm up a few minutes before the start of this picturesque trail of about 10km ... then we will follow the magnificent coastline of Cap D’Antibes where we will make some stop photos on remarkable sites. Then we will go to the Graillon battery side, trudge on the rocks before resuming our route towards the Lighthouse of Garoupe! We will pass in front of the essentials: the Palace Eden Roc, the Garoupe Beach, the Chemin du Calvaire, the Salis, the Belles Rives .... to finish in a small cove by the sea! A beautiful loop which will allow you to know the well kept secrets of Cap d'Antibes and to go off the beaten track ... Other things to note Trail accessible to all but be in good physical condition because more than 10km with a positive drop of 100m No medical contraindication for running
