American Restaurant
“$$$$ Araxi's has been in Whistler since the early 80's. It is one of my favourites for local Northwest cusine. Most produce is sourced locally in Pemberton during the growing months. Great treat for a high end restaurant. ”

Pizza Place
“YUM! Creekbread is located right in Creekside so you don't even have to go far to enjoy some of the World's best pizza. Cooked in a pizza over right in front of you, Creekbread is without a doubt a local fav! Sourced from local, in season ingredients, the taste is always on point and you will not be let down. The space is huge and suited for bigger parties. A great place to take the family.”

Apres Ski Bar
“Large pub that is bustling in the afternoons in winter and summer. Often has live music on the weekends in the afternoon. Big patio and you can tie your dog up around the side of it. ”

Japanese Restaurant
“Even if this place was sub-par we'd still go here because it's one of a few sushi restaurants in town, but guess what! It's VERY GOOD -- and this is coming from a sushi junkie who used to live in Vancouver, the sushi capital of the world. We are so lucky here in Squamish to have Sushi Sen. Make a reservation or get there early or else wait in line! :/”

Burger Restaurant
“The Watershed Grill – 41101 Government Road. Monday to Friday 11:00AM to Midnight. Saturday and Sunday 10:00AM to Midnight. Rustic with a fantastic location on the river, which is gorgeous on a warm, sunny day. Fun Fact: Bruno Mars team stopped by during the Squamish Music Festival to pick up a pre-performance burger and fries.”

Brewery
“A brewpub that is probably the best known here in Squamish -- iconic for sure, but a bit of a tourist trap. The food is OK but the space is big and nice and feels like that cabin in The Hateful Eight. Enjoy frequently rotating taps pouring a well loved, great craft beer selection. The patio is also nice on warmer days!”

Bakery
“By far our favourite bakery in Whistler and maybe B.C. Purebread opened up a few years ago and it continues to get bigger and better every year. There are two locations in Whistler, one in Function Junction and one in the Village near Olympic Plaza. They have fresh bread, cakes, sweet loaves, savoury pies, cookies, croissants ...... and pretty much everything delicious you can think of. They even have a large and varied selection of vegan and gluten free options so rest assure there is something for everyone. Serving Campos coffee (from Sydney) you can even sit down and enjoy a brew in your new fav spot. I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed. ”

“You must try the 'Stud Muffin' breakfast sandwich. This has to be one of the most popular cafes (and sandwiches!!) among locals. Starting up in Mount Currie Pemberton, we are so lucky to have Mount Currie Coffee Co. in Whistler now too ! Great coffee, a variety of baked goods and sandwiches, open for breakfast and lunch.”
