You live in Starnberg, in the district of Percha on the edge of the nature reserve, surrounded by meadows, forest and the nearby Lake Starnberg. The 90qm duplex apartment is newly renovated, high quality and lovingly furnished. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the lake in 10 minutes. It´s about 20 minutes to Munich by car or 40 minutes to Garmisch. Hiking, swimming, skiing, cycling or city tours - there are numerous excursion destinations in the Fünfseenland.

Cozy apartment with separate kitchen at Lake Starnberg for a maximum of 3 persons. My house is situated in a quiet location in a private street. The apartment is bright and cozy on the 2nd floor of a semi-detached house overlooking the countryside. Starnberg-Nord S-Bahn station (650 m away), several supermarkets (also organic), bakeries and other shops can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Starnberg Lake and downtown Starnberg is a 15-minute walk away, where many restaurants are located.
