No wonder Casablanca (Jeanne) is a super host, we are from SP capital and we know Rio de Janeiro reasonably well. We stayed at Casablanca1, (alias the whole set is spectacular), it is a wonderful view of Vidigal beach, that delicious noise from sea when sleeping, the casablanca1 is nice because it is next to the door and therefore, you do not need to climb many stairs, (believe this makes a difference when coming back from the party ... lol) Well ... as soon as we got to Casablanca, we went to the Flor do Céu restaurant by the Italian Tobias who is right there on the hill 2 brothers, just go up an endless staircase (I suggest taking a towel to dry ... lol), in addition to spectacular gastronomy the view is beautiful, we went to Portela's rehearsal in Madureira and combined everything with Mauro (including picking us up and taking him to the airport) he is super attentive and very good people. Access by car has to be done on the Vidigal road, at the door of the hill, but don't worry, it's super good, since those on foot, there is an access ramp that practically leaves in front of Casablanca, rent scooters, this makes it easier much. Uber there, it is better for the guest to go to the Sheraton hotel, because usually the drivers of the app get confused and think they have to go up the hill and cancel the race. Casablanca1 has everything for your stay, nice kitchen structure, take a little something to put in the fridge, calling food by app takes a long time to arrive. Finally ... Leblon is on the side (15 min walking, 5min scooter), enjoy ... Jeanne is super friendly and I'll be back more often ... SUPER RECOMMEND #casablancario

Excellent apartment in Copacabana. The cleanliness is impeccable and Ricardo's service is excellent. The ap has everything we need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and laundry area. It is ideal for couples who like to travel in comfort.

Cozy, well located apartment very comfortable for two. Close to lots of eating places, 2 min walk to the beach. Easy access from airport, half hour by Uber under 60 reals.

The apartment is one block from the beach and although we do not feel insecure at any time, it is not located in a picturesque street. Super clean and very well decorated. Check in / out was very simple. The communication with Ricardo was very good.

My partner and I lovedddd staying here! We stayed for 5 nights to conclude our first visit to Rio for Carnival. Upon arriving, Paola greeted us and gave us a tour of the space and noted that we would most likely have the pool deck to ourselves (which we did) and that she’d let us know if they were going to want to use it before doing so. The view was amazing! Sooo great! Every day & night waking & sleeping to that view was the best thing ever, even during the rainy moments. The location was great & safe! 10min walk to Ipanema & Copacabana, in which supermarkets and restaurants were easy accessible along the way. My partner is 6’5” and I am 5’10” and we were able to rest ok in the bed and watch Netflix from our tablet in-between us. It does get a bit stuffy in the chalet but the AC unit helped and the awesome breeze from being so high also made the stay more comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here! We are planning on doing so again during our visit next Carnival. Mucho obrigado Piero & Paola!

Rustic charm with a view to die for!

This place is pure heaven. It’s very simple in terms of amenities, the bathroom is a few steps below the room and the room itself has enough space to contain the bed and luggage, but the terrace is very big, the pool is great and the views are nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to this every morning was a real luxury. The host, Piero’s wife Paola, is a lovely person that went out of her way to make me feel welcome and was an excellent conversation. If you have a thing for amazing views, warm hosts and somehow unconventional places to stay - this is it.

This is such a wonderful place. The day we went up to Christ the Redeemer, it was too cloudy to see anything, but having this view at all times made that just fine. Waking up to that view every morning is just wonderful. Having the pool there is great.

This place is amazing, the view above Rios feels like a dream!! The host Paola was super nice and welcoming.

Treat yourself with an unforgettable stay in Piero and Paola’s chalet! The views, the pool and overall experience is mindblowing. Piero also gave us wonderful restaurant tips. Cannot wait to come back!

The apartment is located in an excellent location, close to restaurants, subway stations and several tourist attractions, such as the historic center, Santa Tereza and Lapa. The location is safe, comfortable and has leisure options during the day and night, in addition to being very close to Santos Dumont airport (5 minutes by car). The apartment is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and decorated, it has a beautiful panoramic view to the center, from where you can see the arches of Lapa and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Márcia offers excellent hospitality, with a generous reception and prompt responses. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in the Centro do Rio region.

The apartment is located in a central area near subway stations and trains to move. It is super comfortable and has many kitchen items. It is as seen in the photos! And regarding her hostess, even though I couldn't meet her, the attention and communication with her was excellent before and during the trip. I recommend it!

It is a very comfortable, clean, safe place, the location is very good, close to cultural and entertainment places, you can walk to Flamengo beach, lapa, Selarón stairs, tomorrow's museum, Aqua Rio. Even near Cinelandia metro which becomes very useful to go to ipanema beach, etc. Marcia is very aware of the messages and communication is fluid. Definitely recommended.

This is a no nonsense location great for exploring Leblon beach and the surrounding neighborhood! There are fantastic shops and bars all over and is quite cozy.

We had a lovely time in Rio. The apartment is in good location close to the beach and restaurants. We had our morning coffee in the balcony with the view of sugarloaf and Copacabana beach . Very lovely and kind couple.

The apartment is perfectly located at the Copacabana with an extraordinary view. It was very clean and is equipped with everything you need. We felt extremely safe, and enjoyed the morning cafe on the balcony with a great view over the Copacabana beach. The check-in was very easy and when we arrived, we could immediately get the apartment although it was not yet check-in time. The communication was always kind and very easy. Miguel and Maria were really great hosts and took the time to give us advice or just talk a bit when we met in the hall. Whenever we come back to Rio, we will for sure rent the Apartment again; we could not imagine a better place, directly at the Copacabana beach. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Miguel received us with great attention, hospitality and friendliness. Some doubts arose in moments prior to hosting, but we always had quick responses from our hosts. The details present in the accommodation completed the excellent experience we had when staying at the place.

STAY HERE. Look no further. I did SO much research - this place is a dream. Yes, you have to rent a car to get up the mountain, but the journey up is part of the experience and the view and the orchid farm are worth it. And rental cars with Luma are affordable as long as you drive manual. The details in the cabin are 5 star. I honestly didnt even want to go down into Paraty one of the days. Just stay and lounge with the beautiful views.

The photos are a faithful portrait of the place. Incredible experience from arrival to departure. Denis was very receptive, he received us very well. The breakfast in the measure with cold cuts, eggs, local fruits (he leaves everything arranged in the fridge for you to have the freedom to prepare yourself). The chalet is beautiful. From all rooms you have a beautiful view. It is even worth waking up early to watch the sunrise. Despite many windows and glass doors, privacy is guaranteed. The chalet is at a very high point surrounded by vegetation. All equipment works perfectly, utensils to measure (all super clean when we arrive). It has a steep climb to enter the property, but Denis himself passes the instructions. A great option to rest and contemplate nature. We highly recommend it.

The chalet and mountains surrounding it are so beautiful and peaceful that you will forget all about going to the beach. It’s more beautiful than the photos. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Denis is an excellent host. He is very organized, thoughtful, and communicative- he even carried our bags to the chalet in the pouring rain upon arrival. He gave us many tips on where to eat, which beaches to visit, and how to make the most the most of the chalet. He provided a few breakfast items for us like seasonal fruits and eggs from the property- which we really appreciated on account of the chalet being a bit remote. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the heart of Paraty and an hour to drive to the best beaches. There is no WiFi- so it’s a good opportunity to disconnect from the world and slow down. Staying here is more than a place to crash at the end of the night- it’s a once in lifetime experience!

It was an enjoyable experience, and we loved the place (the best Airbnb ever). Denis is impressive as a host, always available and ready to assist and to provide tips. He loves Paraty and will be the best reference for you to have the most out of it. The Chalet was clean, ready and full of extras that Denis provides to make you feel at home. The view, the amenities, the hospitality, it all makes this place the best choice I've made using Airbnb in Brazil. An enchanted hill, a unique space for those who enjoy peace

The Chalet is AMAZING, as shown in the pictures! Denis exceeded our expectations with the added touches. He was very responsive and assisted in communicating with Ubers and helped us make transportation arrangements for our next designation, and provided recommendations for restaurants, which were incredible! We were welcomed with many organic fruits grown on his property which were delicious. Highly recommend!

Diego's loft has a privileged location! Great restaurants close by, a huge mall and the beach just steps away. Super clean and comfortable for 2 (up to 3) people. The bathroom is great, with a good shower. And Diego responds super fast and is extremely solicitous!

We had a great stay at Diego's stylish petite apartment - the location is top with a good sushi place just next door. Very safe area with many nice bars and around 10 min walk from the Leblon beach.

The apartment is WONDERFUL! Super clean, well located, well equipped, functional and has a view of daydreaming! With air conditioning in the two main rooms, it helped a lot because of the heat. There is no washing machine, but there are clotheslines that help with the beach clothes ... The refrigerator is mini, so it is worth planning your shopping. Other than that, he is close to everything and Luiz is very friendly and attentive! We really want to come back more often!

Rio de Janeiro is beautiful and the trip just got better with a hostess as amazing as Rose! She was attentive in every small detail, gave us local tips, left the apartment as cozy as possible and even left pampering. He treated us as if we were family and was super attentive since the rental closed. We love the apartment, super well decorated, well located, safe and quiet place with several pharmacies, bakeries and markets nearby, in addition to being 3m from Copacabana beach. Lisiene’s apartment is amazing and provides a great base for exploring Rio! The interior is bright and airy, the balcony is spacious and the ocean view is incredible! Lisiene was very communicative and was present upon arriving at the apartment. The apartment was excellent with stunning sea views. We walked to and from Leblon from the apartment and felt perfectly safe. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lisienne is a great host, she is attentive and kind. The apartment has a great location when you want to be close to Rio but still in a nice a calm place away from traffic and hustle. The view is fantastic, the terrace great for evenings with a glass of wine and the small beach below is like being in a different part of Brazil with only locals and fantastic fresh fish from the barbeque at the Little bar. Short Walking distance to Leblon and Ipanema which is full of nice restaurants and pubs. Local transport close by and easy to get a cab from the Sheraton down below if you wish. Definately a place to recomend for staying in the outskirsts of Rio.

An incredible view, noise and sea breeze all the time and Lisiane's hospitality is the icing on the cake. We love every minute we spend in that place. Leblon beach is accessible on foot along the shore which makes walking even better with the view. Certainly one of the best accommodations I had in Rio.

Brilliant place to stay. Having a sun terrace is a real bonus! Lisiene is a really kind and thoughtful host - it’s just the small things like there being beers in the fridge when we arrived after a long flight. The area definitely feels safe and fine. Only thing is it’s a bit difficult to get an Uber to come to the house but if you call it to the Sheraton and then run down it only takes 2 mins. Definitely recommend this place!

We were very, very happy with Lisiene's apartment. A dream location away from tall buildings and the noise of large avenues, between the song of birds from Le Matin and the superb view of the ocean. We always felt safe and the proximity to Vidigal was never a problem. We took the local shuttles used by the locals and the reception was always present. Yes, thanks to Lisiene and her family, we had a wonderful stay. The week has passed too quickly and we will come back longer next time. So many wonderful things to see in and around Rio. I recommend this area the walk is short to the center of Leblon and very pleasant. From bars or lanchonetes and tickets to the sophistication of sushi. For those who like to cook the kitchen is very complete. There are also very close markets where you can buy all kinds of supplies and food. There is very frequent public transport on Niemeyer Avenue. The proximity of the Sheraton hotel makes it possible for one to take a taxi. There is a delicious beach in front of the house. Prainha de Vidigal, you can see from the balcony, we went every day after breakfast, although it goes down a steep staircase is very enjoyable, usually its waters are clean and calm. Excellent internal apartment with garden with all the comforts and details, very good location and security. 4 blocks from the beach of Ipanema. Two blocks away is the main avenue where all the commercial businesses are. 3 blocks from a supermarket along the main avenue. Two blocks down the subway to travel across Rio de Janeiro to Barra de Tijuca. Next to the apartment there is a bakery with passing articles (soda, water, noodles, cream, etc.). In the corner of the apartment there are bicycles to rent through the Itaú Bike application at only 5 reais per hour.

The apartment is impeccable! Very well located. With everything you need for a family vacation. We are two adults and a little one and we had a great time! It has everything you need for a few days of vacation and to travel along the river because the subway is approximately 4 blocks away (the OSorio station) and it helps you to move from one place to another or Uber (which in our case we use it a lot because it suited us)
