A newly produced (2021) and well-planned apartment building in two levels of 38 sqm with the sea outside the window. Magical views with generous south facing windows and secluded location. Large terrace with roof and barbecue barbeque outside. Throughout natural materials in stripped-down Nordic style that blur the border between the outdoors and inside. The house is secluded on the lake plot of the island of Tranholmen, 8 minutes by ferry to Ropsten. A car-free idyll separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. Winter time footbridge to the island.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. The location is great to explore Stockholm. Quiet, charming area, only 15 min walk to Stureplan in the city center and with great communications nearby. Also very close to Djurgården and parks Humlegården and Hagaparken. The studio apartment has its own entrance and consists of a spacious hallway, bedroom and bathroom.
