Welcome to our nice, non-smoking and hypoallergenic guest houses in central Sunne. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedlinen and towels are included at the time of stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and carbonated drink upon arrival. The cottage has a nice south facing wooden deck with food furniture and barbecue. Grass spots for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne Sommerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Wifi, TV, with 16 channels in addition to basic selection. 3 parking spaces (2 on gravel down by the river) 1000 meters (10 minutes) walk to the paddle & tennis court outdoors. The racket is available to rent on site. 15-minute walk to Selma SPA. 20-minute walk (3-minute drive) to the golf club, Sunne GK. 10-minute walk to the swimming area at Fryken. 9 km, 11 min drive to skiing in Ski Sunne. 40 min drive to Hovfjället. 1.5 hours to Branäs.

Beautiful turn-of-the-century house on Sandgatan 14 in Sunne Welcome to this newly renovated bright and beautiful villa with four rooms and a kitchen with a central, family friendly and quiet location. The house consists of two floors and is fully equipped and furnished. Appliances and other equipment are from 2019-2020. Cleaning is done by the tenants themselves before check-out. Towels and linens are not included. Cleaning can be ordered after the rental for a fee of 2500 SEK. Towels and bed linen can be rented for 1400 SEK.
