It is the case when even better then expected. Great location, very clean, spectacular view. Highly recommend 👌

We spent nine nights in Steven's Surfers Paradise apartment, and it was fantastic. The apartment is in one of the high-rises that run along the coast in SP, and it offers a good view of the sea and the beach. It's very close to the beach (perhaps a one minute walk from the entrance to the building), and is also close to lots of restaurants. The apartment is spotlessly clean. It's not huge (about the same size as a large hotel room), but it's certainly big enough for a couple for any length of stay. It also has full, self-catering amenities, a nice bathroom (including a really good shower), a balcony and a TV with Netflix for any rainy days. It also comes with free parking in the building basement (really helpful as parking in public car parks in SP is expensive), and elsewhere in the building there's a small outdoor pool, a small indoor pool, a hot-tub and a gym. We had a great time there, and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing space and location :)

The view from this place is absolutely stunning. Never got sick of waking up and looking out all the windows. Steven was very quick with his responses and made everything super easy. Super close to everything and access to the car park was easy. Only thing was the neighbours who share the same entry/doorway, were coming and going at all hours throughout the night and the door was extremely loud everytime it opened and closed. They also woke us up a few nights from being so loud, the walls were extremely thin. Overall though, a great stay

Perfect location! Enjoyed the front view of the Coral Sea. Appreciated the chilled bottle of champagne the owner left for us on arrival. Almost every second day house keeping stopped by and offered clean towels. We had a wonderful stay

Steven's B & B is right on the gold coast! Surfers Paradise is just downstairs ~ and the building has free parking, which is the first choice for vacations ~

Awesome place. Only stayed for one night but I could happily live there, it was super cool and cozy. Liz was very friendly and helpful, and the place had everything you could want for some chilled holiday time: movies, books, puzzles and games.

We stayed in this gorgeous place for 3 nights and it's been our best experience with Airbnb so far. A lovely place to stay! Loved the uninterrupted views of the ocean and how close the beach is and walking distance to the restaurants and how close yet far it was to surfers. Would highly recommend for a nice weekend away.

The views were everything!!! It has a home feel to it and the touches made it that much more special. A really nice space for a getaway and the access to the pool and easier access to the beach was amazing.

Great place when attending event at Convention centre. All as expected with a very professional host.

My stay was to attend a conference at the Convention Centre which is conveniently just a short walk across the road. It was also conveniently located to the Star Casino where I attended a cocktail party during the conference. It is also close to Pacific Fair where the shopping choices are top class which i needed to attend to buy some clothing items for the said cocktail party. That said, the place was clean, tidy and well laid out with enough space and free power points to allow me to power my laptop and chargers. The bed was comfortable the internal sliding doors block out the light from the street outside. The host was also quick to answer any queries I had. This is probably the best place I have stayed in for a long time, including many hotels. Highly recommended.

Our stay with Ray White Holidays was a fantastic experience overall. The room had a great view and was in an ideal location, with the main beach just a stone’s throw away and a wide range of shops, attractions and night clubs within a 15 minute walk. The building had great facilities, and we particularly enjoyed visiting the pool and spa on the ground floor, as well as the rooftop on level 41. The apartment had everything we needed, including a smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube, and a stash of coupons available to redeem for food and attractions. The effective air conditioning was also very much appreciated during our summer stay! Would definitely recommend this location for a relaxing beachside getaway.

Everything was great! The space was very clean and spacious with a great view. The host, Steven was also fantastic. We arrived to a bottle of champagne and chocolates, and he also brought us fresh towels during our stay, which was nice. I would highly recommend the place!

Steven was a great host, he was very quick to reply when we had questions. He even allowed us to check our bags in earlier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Gold Coast and plan on coming back for a girls trip next year. The place was small but had everything we needed for our week stay. They even came twice and changed out all our towels and collected the rubbish. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend or week this is the place. Ally

Perfect location with a great view over main beach. Steven left us some Kit Kat’s even though we were only staying for 1 night. Note car park access height restriction 1.93meters. I have a Prado with Roof Racks and we couldn’t fit.

What an amazing stay. My partner and I booked this for a relaxing break before Christmas and it was exactly what we hoped for. From start to finish the communication was fantastic with quick replies always. Steve was so accommodating - we could drop our bags off and enter the room much earlier than check in time. There was lovely thoughtful touches throughout such as sparkling wine and chocolates. Fresh towels on day two of four which was perfect. The location is ideal for walking pretty much anywhere around surfers and easy for pickup and drop off transfers for days out/airport runs etc. The hotel itself (despite negative reviews on TripAdvisor making me nervous) was lovely. Our individual room was pristine. The hotel pool, lobby, lifts and corridors etc were the same. Staff were helpful when required although we didn't need them much to be honest. Pools are good as is the hot tub and sauna. Gym had relatively good facilities too. Lots of information and brochures available in the hotel lobby too. We really recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Communication with Pisces was easy and she was very responsive. Check in was no issue and she has a handy guidebook to the area to help! Place was clean and a great location that is close to all major centres. All in all, would definitely recommend and enjoyed my time there.

Location, Location, Location. This apartment is right in the heart of Surfer's Paradise. The 22nd floor has amazing views of the ocean, hinterland and surroundings. Two minute walk to the beach and Cavill Ave. The apartment was spacious and clean and was perfect for two couples. Fantastic pools, indoor and outdoor. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, when we next visit Surfer's. Thanks Barbara and Adam for your hospitality.

This studio is outstanding. The location can't be beat. We felt totally safe with our little kids and enjoyed being so close to the beach. The views are so great. From the balcony we were able to watch the Christmas concert held on the beach. Steven was very attentive to any questions we had and went over and above. He even left special treats and toys for our kids. Definitely hope to stay again!

This is a fantastic apartment right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The view of the beach alone is worth every penny. Check in was okay but slightly annoying it being off site. Being picky, for the price I’d expect some slightly better quality kitchen amenities but overall a great apartment.

I didn't expect much at first, but the accommodation was great! At first the room is large! It was so nice to have been at Beckpackers. Again, it is neat. I felt a lot of house cleanliness! Friendly host! The only drawback is that it's not very close to trams! 10 minutes on foot? Still, I lived without inconvenience! Oh, and the way to the hotel is very beautiful :) I wanted to use it later.

I was worried because I didn't speak English, but thank you so much for being kind! I used to be alone, but it was great to stay alone. 10 minutes or 15 minutes from the tram station. I just walked around and the neighborhood was quiet Thank you for watching Next time I was on a Gold Coast trip, it was great to stay here.

This penthouse was awesome. The view of the ocean is breathtaking, and the place itself was very stylish and clean. Bonus points for the beautiful huge singing bowl near the TV. We'll definitely try to be back soon!

Peter and Sean are very friendly and have a beautiful, safe and clean home. The check-in process is very easy and it is not far from the center. Would highly recommend to stay there :)

Peter and Sean are very good. The house is very clean and tidy, and the location is also very good. It's only ten minutes' walk from surfer paradise, and the roadside at the gate can park for free. You can see the sunset in the garden. It's an unforgettable experience to lie on the grass in the garden and look at the stars in the sky at night. If I have a chance to come back to the Gold Coast next time, I will definitely come back. Thank you, Peter and Sean, for catching the plane too early in the morning to say hello.

Can’t fault our stay at Peter’s place. Everything was as expected, and the location was great. We were also allowed to drop our luggage prior to check in which we were very grateful for! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wow! Absolutely Breathtaking views, fabulous location, beautiful apartment and truly wonderful host, this experience has been excellent from start to finish. Shaleah’s prompt friendly responses to all our enquires, checking to see if we needed anything and extra and tips on local knowledge was so reassuring. Check in was a breeze. We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment and were so sad to leave. Sparkling clean and exactly as described you will not be disappointed. Absolutely awesome apartment! The views are insane, day and night. Well decorated and still quite cozy in the living area. One thing to note is the glass window in the bathroom of the master bedroom that looks out directly towards the bed. This wasn’t an issue for us but it may be an issue for others. The apartment is really spacious and has pretty much everything you need. Q1 is in a great location to take advantage of the local sites and businesses. Shaleah was such a great host; friendly, helpful and always had prompt responses. Check in/out was fast and easy too. Highly recommend.

We have been traveling arround Australia for 6 weeks and stayed in many apartments, I have to say this is undoubtedly one of the best. The hospitality shown by the host when we checked in was fabalous, pointing out all the places to see and things to do. Now for the best bit, you are on the 44th floor, with views over the oceans and the city - breathtaking and the apartment is HUGE and clean

You will get value for money, great views and superb location. Tram is straight out front and you have access the the amenities the hotel offers if you so desire. We loved our stay & will definatley return.

You have a private room with own bathroom in a two bedroom apartment. Aaron and Sonia have their own room with en-suite. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious, with views out over Cavill Circle and the beach. Amenities only 2 minutes away: grocery store, cafe', eateries, bars and retail shopping. Can't go wrong here. Enjoy.

Aaron and Sonia are very welcoming. The location is perfect, right in the center of it all plus a outstanding view of surfers Paradise.

This place was perfect for my needs (attending a conference at the Novotel). Clean, tidy, private bathroom. Cool hosts, good vibes, great, open conversations. Location very central in Circle on Cavill. No lock on bedroom door but I felt safe here. Recommended! Thanks Sonia and Aaron! :-)

This is the place to be in Surfers paradise. The view is to die for when walking outside the balcony. everything was cleaned and hearing the sound of waves at night in bed was amazing. I will definitely come back here :)

Steve is an awesome host, everything including communication and the apartment from start to finish was excellent. The accommodation really made our holiday extra special, I highly recommend and would love to return again.

Super clean and cute apartment for our week on the GC. Steven was always reachable and helpful! Location was perfect and off street parking super handy. The chocolates with the fresh towels were super sweet too!

This place is gorgeous. Its beautifully done up with amazing beach views. The hosts are quick to respond and friendly. They go above and beyond what you get from a normal airbnb. Will definitely book with them again on our next trip to Surfers!

Location, listings are great! It is convenient to have free parking in the basement of the building! Lots of great shopping around the location! The only small disadvantage is that the toilet water pressure is a bit insufficient! Although I haven't seen Steven himself, the response speed is very fast and accurate!
