This is probably the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. The apartment looks exactly the same as the pics show on the web. Bettina has generously offered many daily supplies which makes you feel much safer when you are staying outside. LOCATION couldn't be any better, with 7 days of our stay in this place we've literally gone all the must-go sightseeing within half an hour transportation. Besides all those great things, Bettina is a quick respond host and always talks nice and warm which I appreciated a lot （as someone who really hates to bother).

Lovely stylish space in a great location! A surprise bottle of wine was provided by the host which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this property!

My partner and I loved staying at this place as we felt right at home. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is really close to public transport and Darling Harbour. Great restaurants around the corner. Smack bang in the middle of where it’s all happening. Bettinas place is beyond clean and spotless. We had access to the gym, spa and pool and loved the added amenities. The building itself has a rich history and I definitely recommend reading the history of it! The apartment is actually part of a Hotel so it’s a really interesting apartment! Coles and IGA are down the road if you’re planning buy some groceries which is great. If you’re looking for a place that is beautiful, good priced and close to all the tourist attractions, book your stay at Bettina’s as it won’t disappoint. It’s close to EVERYTHING and easy to access if you’re from another city like my partner and I are. For overseas and interstate people: I would recommend taking an Uber from the airport to the apartment as it would be cheaper and quicker than taking public transport! Excellent location near Darling Harbor. Everything you need for a longer stay including kitchen with pots/pans and a washer/dryer. Bettina is incredibly responsive and accommodating!

Fantastic location!! We took a tour with Paul and really enjoyed it. Bettina and Paul are wonderful people who go out of their way for you. The apartment was spotless and they allowed is to check in early.

The flat was perfectly located for my ICC conference (a super easy 3-5 mins walk away) and all the delights of Darling Harbour. The flat is also equipped with everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable.

Bettina’s place was perfect location right next to Darling harbour and easy access to get public transport around the city. Bettina also kept in touch half way through our stay making sure everything was ok, really thoughtful. The apartment has all the amenities you could ask for. We would recommend this place to family and friends.

Studio looks exactly as the pictures. Super clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom so you don't need to worry when cooking or bringing food back to eat. The bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which I thought was an especially nice touch since not a lot of hosts provide that. WiFi is strong and reliable. Location is absolutely fabulous! So central with an overhwleming choice of cafes and restaurants as soon as you step out. The studio is right above a bakery so you wake up to the glorious smell of freshed baked pastries every morning. Got my tummy churning hard! Easy to find location and easy to access. No elevators though but just 1.5 flights of stairs so easy enough to manage. The exterior of the apartment building is very unassuming but t The studio is done up beautifully and is super super cozy! High recommended stay! Much better than a hotel! The space has so much character and is very good value!

Ariana is a great host and her flat is very comfortable and right in the middle of everything, a lot of cafés around, a few minutes to Kings Cross station, and you can walk to the Botanical Garden etc. Ariana welcomed me personally to make sure I have everything I need, I found that very attentive. I had a great stay and enjoyed it very much.

Great place next to Kings Cross Station and only a 20 minute walk to the Botanic Gardens and Mrs Macquarie’s Chair for great views of The Sydney Opera House/Sydney Bridge.

We had a wonderful overnight stay here before our cruise - can’t fault it! Apartment was immaculate, communication and check in instructions were clear and straightforward, and the place had everything we needed. Excellent amenities within the apartment and an incredible location which for us was an easy walk to the cruise terminal upon check out. Will definitely consider staying here again when I’m next back in Sydney!

Very simple room, but a very large space, quiet, clean & excellent location. Ea level has a ‘common room’ with showers, bathrooms, kitchen and lounge/TV area. This meant I wasn’t sharing amenities with the entire building which was great. Very happy. Would stay again !

Close to city and shops. Caught shuttle to from airport with a little patience. Room fronts on to kitchen which if busy,could make it harder to sleep. Ensure you get after hours entry security code to building if you're going to arrive late.

Perfect Location! I'm a very light sleeper and slept really well! (the noise from the streets is not that bad at all - would say very normal for this location in the heart of the city centre). Great for exploring the city, close to train station and clean!

Unbeatable location, close to all shops, restaurants 24 hours and means of transport 1 block. Large apartment, space to open 3 large suitcases with tranquility. The building has no elevator, apartment on the second floor and the shower takes a while to heat up. But it was indifferent to our stay, we would definitely stay again. Enjoy!!

I just had a short stay at Andre's place. I found it had everything I needed for my visit. Communication from the host was easy, as was check-in and check-out. Easy, no frills, clean, and good value place in a central location.

Scott's place was in a very good location, so close to heaps of great cafes and less than 5 minutes to train station. Our favourite part was the awesome view from the spacious balcony, where you can see the opera house, harbour bridge and just watch the world go by. Easy and simple check in and great communication.

The Scott's place was incredible. The area, the views from the balcony or the studio, it was close to everything. We walked to all the beautiful places we wanted to see. The place was nice and clean, and Scott was very welcoming and accomodating. We would love to stay there again, next time we are in Sydney

Studio apartment which is clean and comfortable. Situated in a great area for transport, cafes, restaurants, takeaways and shops. Easy walk to Sydney main attractions, or easy to get around by public transport. An added attraction is the balcony which is comfortable to sit outside on, and amazing views over the harbour, top of the opera house and the bridge. All Scott’s recommendations were spot on.

Very good place.

Unfortunately due to bush fires, our train never made it to Sydney (the tracks were closed). We missed the opportunity to stay in this wonderful apartment. The host was absolutely fantastic, with excellent communication and fully refunded the cost of the stay despite us only being able to let her know late on the day we were meant to arrive. So kind!

Awesome stay at surry hills. Very near trains and buses. Very near to chinatown, and local attractions like The Rocks, Sydney Opera House and the Habour Bridge. Quite a safe neighbourhood as its only 2 mins walk to the police station. Alot of restaurants around, variety of food from kebabs, to fast food to fancy restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shane and Shauns flat. It is stylish apartment, which is totally clean. We absolutely appreciate their kindness and warm welcoming. We highly recommend their place.

Very easy to find (we took a Bolt and were at the place within 15 minutes from the airport), communication was perfect and the room was absolutely tidy. The bed was so comfortable, we wished we could have stayed longer. Totally recommended!

Great location, everything clean, well equipped - perfect

This apartment was clean and inviting on arrival. The location was perfect for our days of sightseeing and accessible to buses and trains, and lots of eateries within walking distance. The city views were amazing, and Scott was very prompt and easy to communicate with. An easy, affordable stay in the centre of Sydney! Very recommended.

Amazing place, clean and comfortable, everything is close, easy access.

Communication with Lin was very fluid; she was also very accommodating. The apartment is well located, close to public transport. The room is clean and neat. Small flat: the air conditioning is centralized, so if we do not agree on the temperature with our neighbors, it can be annoying.

Highly recommend for someone looking for an overnight stay, location is amazing, view over broadway is stunning and plenty around.

Really accommodating, took our arrival time into account and made sure we could leave our luggage before we had to check in. Space was lovely and quiet with the facilities you expect given the price. Great stay!

I like it very much and it is convenient to travel. It is only a 10-minute walk to attractions such as Queen Victoria Building and Hyde Park. It can accommodate four people and is fully equipped.

Close enough to walk to the Tower Eye, shopping, and the essential transportation hub—Circular Quay, where you can catch ferries to Manly Beach, the zoo, and Bondi Beach. Mirko has a stylish apartment that was both clean and spacious for this family of four. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to a stay in the city!

Mirko’s spot is a short walk from the most beautiful places in Sydney, and meters from the new tram line. Our family of four was very comfortable in the apartment, and loved the rooftop pool.

The actual atmosphere is better than the picture. I can see the trace that cared about every interior. I'm very attentive. And the host is kind and quick to answer. This is a place where you can relax without any problems. Next time you come to Sydney, I want to stay here without hesitation.

I really enjoyed my stay at Zanadu. James and Lai were quick to respond to questions and generally very helpful. Their place feels a lot more like 'home' than the average AirBNB apartment and that's a nice touch when you travel for work on a regular basis. It was as advertised and there were thoughtful touches re the amenities in the kitchen, bathroom, power adapters etc. It's also really handy to the city whilst not being right in the middle of the CBD. All in all a really good stay and highly recommended. Jules

Really amazing location and home decor

I really enjoyed my time here! The apartment is located in a great neighborhood with many interesting bars and restaurants, and was just a short walk into the CBD. The space itself was really unique and stylish, and was comfortable enough to feel like home for the two weeks I was there. The kitchen was also adequately equipped to stay in and cook on nights I didn't want to dine out. Communication with the host was also excellent. I had a small issue with the apartment, and they were quick to help out and resolve. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great location, very close to Central Station, walking distance to the Art Gallery and other attractions. The area has a lot of character and so does the apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to reach, friendly and accommodating. Overall it was a great experience.

We are former Airbnb hosts so we know how things should go in an Airbnb stay. We had a great stay with Ollie. This is a host who goes above and beyond to help his guests in any way possible. The apartment is well equipped with everything you can possibly need for your stay. There was also food in the fridge, coffee, eggs and cereal. The shower is great in the apartment with nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bed was comfortable. WiFi worked well. Anytime we had a question or needed help, Ollie made himself available. The location is very good and in a quaint neighborhood with stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this Airbnb. You won’t find a better host than Ollie.

Bianca's charming and modern studio is located in historic Surry Hills and surrounded by restaurants, bars, supermarket (Metro), bank and pharmacy, all within five minutes walking distance. Walking to Central railway station needs only five minutes. Big Bus hop on hop off stop is about 8 walking minutes away, hop on hop off is the most easy way to tour Sydney's attraction spots. We admire Bianca's hospitality, she personally greeted us and helped to carry our luggages. She had tea, coffee in the kitchen and bottle water in the refrigerator, room temperature was set at comfortable 21 degree C. The studio was just remodeled, everything was very clean and pretty comfortable for two people. Kitchen had coffee machine, toaster and electric stove, all brand new. Bath room was modern and big. If we had any questions she would get back to us no late within a half hour and gave us a lot of useful information. Bianca is such a perfect host we have no hesitation to give her and her place a five star rate. Sydney is a beautiful city, we will definitely to visit it again and will stay in Bianca's place once more.

A great and stylish place to stay with affordable price.

Bianca's place is amazing! It is in the best location in Sydney - so central (2 minute walk from Central Station), trendy and surrounded by cool cafes and restaurants, plus a supermarket a 2 min walk away. It's a 10 min walk from George Street and 20 mins to Darling Harbor. And for the location, it is soo reasonably priced. The apartment is fresh, clean, newly renovated and a decent size (the fridge, kitchenette is great). And has aircon! The bathroom was also huge! Bianca was amazing with her communication - she always responded instantly. Check in was a breeze - it was just like staying in a hotel room, but better (not many hotels offer a kitchen or balcony!) and so much cheaper. This place will get snapped up - we loved it so much we wanted to book another night, but it was already booked out! We will definitely be back.

Place is exactly how it looked in the photos. Perfect for 2 people as there is enough space. Everything we needed was there (toilettries, towels, microwave,etc) plus it is very near the central station. Lots of bars/resto downstairs but we did not have any issue with noise. Highly recommended place to stay in SYD!

My stay in this apartment was very pleasing! First of all I want to point out convenient location. All the needed facilities are nearby: shops, Central Park mall, Central station, cafes and coffee shops and pharmacy. The apartment itself is good as well. Supplied kitchen, clean rooms, a lot of storage, large living room. Design is also very good - flat is well furnished. The host was very kind and allowed me to check out in the convenient time. He answered my question very quickly. Overall, self check in, my stay and even check out were very smooth and pleasing. Thank you!

Great location, great communications

I’m not a big fan of company managed Airbnb’s but this space is nice and in a very convenient location, was lacking a lot of the small touches that all of the Airbnb’s we have stayed at in Australia have had, such as at minimum coffee and tea. But the apartment is nice and the bed was comfortable, it’s very easy to get to public transportation and a quick walk down to darling harbor.

A good apartment in Sydney CBD

The house location of Jared SSP is very good. From the airport, you can take a small train to the museum station, and it will take about 5-10 minutes to reach it, and the place of the house is easy to find, next to the fire station. 5 minutes walk from the house to Hyde Park, about 20 minutes walk to the Sydney Opera House and Darling Harbour, you can also walk to Chinatown to eat. Overall, the location is very good.

Absolutely STUNNING property! Beautifully decorated and with everything you could possibly want or need. Wonderful touches include music playing on arrival, welcome card with house and neighbourhood information. Extremely communicative host make you feel welcome and valued. Honestly, I can not fault Ed or the property, everything was perfect.

Outstanding place and outstanding hosts. Location is great in Surry Hills, surrounded by a multitude of cute little coffee shops and great restaurants. The flat itself is spotless, very thoughtfully arranged and super swanky. Edmund and Damian were super helpful and accommodating. They set up the place in a very thoughtful manner for their guests’ well-being with a number of very nice little attentions (eg hair conditionner, guides, coffee pods etc...). Could not recommend enough this simply amazing place!

Great host, great communication and great warehouse pad! Easy to access central location, can’t ask for anything more

Beautiful apartment that's centrally located in Surry Hills. It was incredibly easy for my wife and I to get to anywhere in Sydney via Central Station and we had a great time exploring all of the wonderful restaurants, cafes, and bars that are in Surry Hills. If you want to stay in Surry Hills while in Sydney, you can't beat this apartment.

Edmund was an amazing host. My husband and I landed early AM and Edmund arranged the cleaner to let us have early baggage drop and check in. We also had an afternoon flight and since there were no guests checking in we were able to do late check in and store our luggage. Edmund was very thorough with his check-in details and gave recommendations on nearby coffee shops and restaurants. We loved Surry Hills and would definitely come back!

Great location nearby lots of restaurant, supermarket within walking distance. Easy to go central and explore the city. Just feel weird there’s a label inside the lift saying these building is not allowed Airbnb but we’re staying...so....plus missing hanger inside washroom and air con remote control is difficult to use may need to replace a new one. Other than that everything was awesome

Excellent location to everywhere including restaurant, trams, super market, darling harbour etc. The house is what you can see exactly from the posting image. No surprise :) and space was good enough for 4 of us. Highly recommended

Such a quaint little place that is perfect for 2 people! The Aldi being around the corner is crucial and the quick access to buses and trains is 🙌🏼. If you have a lot of luggage just make sure you get dropped off at the key box then walk around vs lugging it around

We found Vickie’s studio was a great location from which to explore Sydney. Surry Hills offers a wonderful variety of restaurants and shops. Public transportation is accessible and easy to navigate. Having a laundry available was a real plus.

Very well located (super central, close to many buses and restaurants, grocery store steps away). Good use of the space given the size, and recently renovated . Has got everything you need for a short to medium length stay. A tiny bit noisy given it's on the ground floor. Safe area (police station in front). The pool on the rooftop is not really maintained, it's usable but not a selling point (better off going to the beach which will take you about 35min by bus). We appreciated that the studio was had coffee,tea, granola and basics (oil, spices,etc) provided which makes it easier to cook it need be. Vickie was easy to communicate with before and during the stay. Would recommend given the location.

Nice clean space

This is an ideal apartment in a great location, being only a 25 minute walk from Circular Quay. Everything that a travelling couple needs is provided. The bathroom is lovely with a fabulous shower. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Victoria, the owner, is keen to assist if you have a special requirement. When we return to Sydney we will definitely contact Victoria to request staying again. Highly recommended.

While the space is rather small and the furnishings rather basic, it has everything one needs and the location is fantastic. Terrific value.

45-floor rooftop Okay, the pool is suntan during the day, and it's okay to swim. I need $ 1 for 4 coins and $ 1 for dry.

Scott's place is a great spot to stay in Sydney. Everything was as described. Moreover Scott is also a great host so communication and follow up from pre check-in to check-out were so easy and seamless. Definitely will consider again for next time.

Beautiful space. It was a hotel with a beautiful alley. The hostel was also clean and beautiful, with nice cafes surrounding the hostel. Too much detail and detail in the brochure helped me a lot.

Charlottes apartment is in a great location and is really comfortable and clean! We would stay again if we are in Sydney again!

A beautiful clean and stylish studio space. Great layout for a small space, with loads of light and big windows. Super comfy bed and pillows and all the amenities needed for a short work stay. So much nicer than staying in a hotel! Close to great cafes and bars located just downstairs and in the lane way. Thanks for having me Charlotte.
