This was my first time staying in any AirBNB of any sort so I was a little hesitant. I am so delighted that I went with my first thought. Kathryn’s AirBNB was absolutely perfect! It cute, comfortable, clean (spotless) and convenient to everything. She greeted me with such a warm smile and made it very clear she was available and willing to assist me with whatever I needed to make my stay pleasurable. I have already book several more stays.

I have stayed at Kathryn's place a few times now and it is definitely a hidden gem. I was a little nervous at first that the road would be loud, but was pleasantly surprised at how quite it was (I actually woke up to birds chirping one morning!). Kathryn's place is not far from restaurants and local attractions. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the "dressing room" is large enough to hold an air mattress! The kitchen is well stocked with all of the supplies you need to cook elaborate meals! This is such a cute and cozy stay!

This place is a bang for your buck. Upon arriving, Kathryn was there and showed us around the location. She was always available if we needed help with anything. The place was very nice and welcoming. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is near lots of food and is an easy drive to wherever you need to go. Overall would highly recommend!

Kathryn’s house is close to everything and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well stocked with every kind of cooking utensil you need. The spacious closet is incredible. This house is an unbelievable value for the space and proximity to amenities. This is where you want to stay in Tallahassee.

Great place to crash on vacation

Judy & Owen were very accommodating to my late arrival and left lights on for me too! Their place was just what I needed after a long day of travelling- just wish I had a bit more time to enjoy the space & location! Dark, assuming you turn off all lights, and quiet at night. If you are a light sleeper as I am this is your place. Also very clean and cozy. The outdoor shower, though not common, was no issue. In fact, it was quite nice showering outside. The shower is beautifully done, nestled on the side of the building. The host also includes robes and slippers should you care to use them.

The man cave is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood very close to all of the midtown experiences. Judy’s place was very clean and quaint and we would stay there again.

The room is large and pretty as in the photos. The code system makes it possible to be completely autonomous. A fridge and microwave available but no dishes. The easiest way is to eat outside because there are plenty of suitable places.

This was my first ever air bnb experience and it was great! The space was warn and cozy while still being so bright and clean. The friendly kitties were also a great addition. My boyfriend and I would definitely stay here again!

Eamon's place is a great value for a great price especially for a solo traveler. It's clean and conveniently located and has a Great matress ( I am very picky!) I would definitely stay here again if I pass through Tallahassee. Also check out the Blue Tavern!

I stayed at Meagan's place because I attended a conference in Tallahassee at FSU. The appartment was nice and I appreciated the small yard. It is conveniently located. All in all it was a great experience!

This is a great spot for couples on a weekend getaway or someone coming into town on a business trip. It’s is very close to downtown and has quick access to many local favorite places and restaurants. I would stay here again and The host was very responsive and made the stay very enjoyable. Awesome place. Very quiet and private. The Airbnb has everything you will ever need. The view from the balcony is superb and we really liked the neighborhood. There is a lot of attention for details and cool amenities. I really recommend you read the guidebook. Not only is it helpful, but a very fun read.

Great place to stay in Tallahassee

Jennifer is a great host and has provided everything you need. The guesthouse looks exactly like the picture and it's very clean. She communicates quickly, and willing to help anyway she can. I didn't get the chance to meet her, we had our total privacy. It's in a very wooded area and the balcony among the trees is very serene. I love the layout of the furniture, and the shower head is awesome! It's only a five minute drive to restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend staying in the Woodlands guesthouse!

They really maximized the space. It’s got everything I needed: space for my suitcase, a desk, area to read, a large bed, cooking basics, etc. Perfect for business travelers. I slept well!

Susan’s home is absolutely lovely and her guest suite is the perfect size for two people. The guest suite is clean with great additions such as Netflix and reliable WiFi. I loved the maps showing where previous Airbnb users have traveled from to her home! I would recommend this guest suite.

I was in Tallahassee for an interview and was looking for a nice and quiet place to stay. Susan’s place definitely fit the bill! I came in to a clean space with lovely personal touches, including a note wishing me good luck on my interview! The space is in a quiet residential area that is still pretty close to the city center. The personal access code to the door is very convenient. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Tallahassee!

Well maintained home for on-budget travelers

A solid experience from start-to-finish. The self check-in instructions were very easy. The shower was excellent (high pressure! :)). Eamon was very responsive to messages. There were other guests in the other bedrooms, and everybody respected each other's privacy. I have no complaints!

The house was such a stylish and cute place. We had a parking space. The room was very cute and VERY clean which is important to me. The helpful touches of extra blankets or towels were great. There was free wifi and cable, she had a coffee maker and microwave and refrigerator in the room available for us to use. Fantastic touch! Would stay again and definitely recommend. 10/10

Michelle is an amazing host who does anything and everything for you. Night one she greeted us in her driveway and helped us with our bags. Her space is great with everything needed for a nice stay. Michelle went above and beyond with us, helping us with many things as we had just moved to Tallahassee from Colorado and needed to find a place to live. A very cozy and homey place to stay for the night. It was a hot night, and the covers were very breathable. When we came in, we saw the cutest little frog in the driveway! And we loved that we had our own entrance. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to stay, then stay here! Bethany and William are superb hosts. The place is completely comfortable for two people. The kitchenette off of the bedroom is adorable and has nice little touches for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. They totally did us right. The remote control for the lights remains a bit challenging, but being that we were 50-somethings staying there, maybe our learning curve just wasn't that great. Don't let that stop you.

Nice stay at Isabel's place. It was spacious and clean. My flight was delayed by 9 hours and I arrived around midnite. I had no trouble checking in. The temperature was fairly cold during my stay. The thermostat was easily adjustable for comfort and there were plenty of extra blankets. Isabel's place is an easy drive to downtown Tallahassee. I would definitely consider staying here on my next visit to town.

The trailer was just what we needed. An economical place to stay while we visited the area. The kitchen had pots and pans as well as dishes and silverware. The fridge & freezer were a good size for all our cold food. It would be easy to miss the entrance because it is right after you turn onto the street, but Kristen gave us good directions and we got it on the first try.

We had a great time at Suzannes air BnB. The place is very clean, nicely decorated and in kitchen and bathroom you have everything you need. The place is nicely decorated but without being too much or being cluttered. The style is awesome. In the kitchen you have everything you need for breakfast or simple cooking. In the bathroom there are plenty towels and some other things you might need like shampoo, showgel etc. All in all we had all the privacy we wanted but without being an anonymous number in an overpriced hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

The check-in process was so easy and seamless thanks to the clear instructions provided. Jabare was very responsive. I slept so well on the comfortable bed. When I walked in, the room reminded me of a hotel room, but better. As an FSU student coming to town for a weekend class, this was a great value stay with a much better experience than what I would have had at a “value” hotel. The private entrance and bathroom were great to have. I would definitely stay again.

Jabare's place is in nice neighborhood which is an 8 minutes walking distance to restaurants and 12-15 min walking distance to shopping stores such as Target and etc. The neighboorhood is calm and quiet. The place is clean. My bedroom was nice and enjoyed staying in it!

I was a little skeptical to use Airbnb in a college town like Tallahassee but staying at Hiram & Monica's place completely changed my perspective. It was sparkling clean, cozy and inviting. The directions they listed were very descriptive and we were able to have a seamless time for a one night stay. My mom even went out and bought bath salt and took a bath because that is how much she approved of the cleanliness of the airbnb! I highly recommend!

I travelled up to Tallahassee with a friend to see my daughter. This home was a perfect place for a beautiful and memorable weekend. It was immaculate. Everything that you would need was there and beyond. I loved that they went above and beyond with the special touches like having eggs, bread, waffles, butter, orange juice, water, coffee and tea. My favorite part was the huge balcony to sit outside on. Perfect place to have your morning coffee or glass of wine. Narim was a great host and highly recommend this place.

My family and I spent 3 days at Nariman's house. The house was clean, furnished with everything a family might need and the location is just a couple miles from downtown. Nariman is a great host and we will come back in the spring.

This property is by far worth every penny it will cost you to stay there. The home is beautiful! Nariman even had bottled water, juice, coffee, and snacks available for us to enjoy at our leisure. The home is very comfortable and very well decorated. The master bathroom was amazing! We really felt like we were at home! Additionally, the owner is very pleasant. He made us feel comfortable when he arrived to show us around the house. He seemed very genuine.

Can’t say enough about how nice and clean the house is. Location is great and we felt very comfortable and at home there. Will definitely book here again.

This property was a delight! We were going to Tallahassee for my daughter's graduation, so I needed to have enough room for my parents as well and this beautiful place fit the bill! Nariman was a great communicator and met us at the home as we arrived. He showed us around and pointed out the amenities and had food and beverages for us as well. Although only a two bedroom house, it is updated and roomy and very comfortable. The bathrooms (and the whole house) were clean and welcoming and afforded enough room for two families. The home has two porches and that's where I found my dad out reading in the morning, just enjoying the quiet and peace of the property. So nice. We felt safe and tucked in a neighborhood, which amazingly was a very short distance to the university. The beds were comfortable and there was a variety of pillows to choose from. Extra blankets and pillows too, which was nice since my daughter was with us as well. Nariman's wife is an artist and her work decorates the walls beautifully. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!!!

My stay was wonderful! Communication was very easy and fast with no issues other than some noisy guests next door (I’m a heavy sleeper so I wasn’t bothered at all). The space was exactly like the pictures and was very clean throughout the entire place. I was practically 3 miles or less to everything I wanted to see/do. If I’m ever in the area in the future I’d definitely look to book here first!

Folsom was very communicative and helpful and responds right away to answer questions or if you need anything! The house is in a great location close to restaurants and bars and has plenty of parking and easy to get in and get settled. Everything was clean and presentable.

What a wonderful stay. We had our own entrance and upstairs suite. Staying with Craig was such a treat. We had friendly conversation on a couple occasions but we had full privacy to come and go and be left alone if we wanted. It was perfect. And the location can't be beat for checking out Tallahassee! Very clean and great location. Fast communications! Bring earplugs as the walls are thin and you can hear the people upstairs and an eye mask to block out the outdoor light of you like sleeping in pitch black. Highly recommend, very comfortable.

Good room at a great price! Close to FSU's campus so it's a good option for those visiting that area.

Awesome, little town home! My classmate and I were in town for a campus visit to FSU and were looking for affordable places near the campus. This place wasn’t too far away and you’re close to great eats and coffee. The place itself is clean and Alicia and Michael were great!

Very spacious, comfortable condo. Two full bedrooms and bathrooms, all clean and we'll equipped. Lots of small but generous extras like toiletries and coffee were appreciated. The unit is half of a duplex in a quiet subdivision of similar units. The neighborhood is very quiet. Excellent access to main roads, but far enough away from areas of traffic and congestion.

We had a great stay here. Thoughtful and responsive host. Nice quiet neighborhood. Snacks upon arrival and well appointed home.

very comfortable house with amazing hosts! they were extremely accommodating and even left water bottles and breakfast bars. plus, smart TVs in every room is definitely a plus.
