This place is awesome! This was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. The apartment is very quiet, clean and close to many restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is, given that it’s so close to the airport.

Great guesthouse! Perfect for what I needed! Awesome suggestions for restaurants! Very clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. Only wish I stayed longer to take a bike ride. My only complaint, was the lack of hot water. Not sure if it’s just a small hot water heater, and I only took one shower. But it ran out before I was done. Other than that, this is a perfect Airbnb!

Loved my stay! I like the set up of the guest house, it is very creative. It has pretty much anything you need to have fun; bikes, beach chairs/equipment, cooler, etc. It is quiet and in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here a couple of nights so my boyfriend & I could go out and have some fun for my birthday. It was so cute! Pictures are accurate. Smelled really good! It was the perfect size for 2 people. It had everything we needed👍🏽 Would definitely stay again!

For the price, this place is a steal! Although the neighborhood was a little sketchy the inside of the condo was so much bigger and nicer than pictured! Large kitchen, bedroom, nice bathroom and utilities. Only complaint is the slight bug problem.

Great spot. All accurate information except for the area / part of town. Homeless everywhere, street has drug dealers or drug abusers walking up and down daily eyeing up your car or belongings you bring in. Other than that, great spot

Ryan's place has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The place and especially the bathroom is quite small, but thoughtful touches such as a luggage rack and towel hooks made it easier to navigate the space.

Enter very private, a small house complete with accessories, with relaxing access to the lake. Very close to the center by car. The owner is really friendly and courteous.

Great Value in an Excellent location!

The creative and imaginative space is well designed and the two of us enjoyed the stay immensely. Love the property and the waterfront views from the dock. We highly recommend staying with Ryan at Isla de Dij. There is a Beautiful heated pool, that we are going to try the next time we stay (did not have enough time to enjoy the pool this trip) The in-room amenities were a very nice touch and the bed, oh my gosh, it is sooooooo comfortable! We will definitely be back! Perfect stop over before or after a cruise out of Tampa. Excellent communication and great value! Five Stars all the way!

We only stayed one night but this place met our expectations in terms of location we needed and by being clean. We felt like having our own place. We didn't met the owners but the communication was good. The only downside was the pillows (too big) and the bed (too soft) that can be more confortable in our opinion . Would recommend :)

Upfront and hands down a great stay

Gloria's place is a great place to stay for your time in Tampa. The neighborhood got rowdy once or twice, but other than that it was a nice place to stay and felt safe. The suite had everything we needed for our time there, and everything was very clean.

It was perfect and private. It was cozy and comfortable. I look forward to staying again. I pray all my stay experience with Air B and B is like this one.

Perfect place near airport!

We had everything we needed! WiFi, TV, a shower gel and shampoo dispenser, and the place was sparkling clean. We were only 30 minutes from Honeymoon Island Beach, and we had a wonderful weekend.

Although we never met Barrett he was quick to respond and welcome us to his home. He had told us that he had been doing some work on his place, but we really weren’t entirely sure what to expect. But once you step inside, you will encounter a lovely apartment with the feel of even a bit of a quaint country cottage, that’s been newly remodeled and offers a cozy respite for a family of three. So step inside, make yourself some coffee, watch a little TV after you drop your leftovers in the fridge, and even escape the worries of the day with a huge soaker tub among all the other amenities one might only expect to find in a 5 star hotel!

Great value. Me and a couple friends needed a place to stay on a tight budget. Small and cozy. About 10 minutes from downtown.

This Airbnb is ultra cool on so many levels. My husband and I will definitely book again in the future. It is sparkling clean and Colette had everything we could have wanted for our stay. This is definitely one of our absolute favorite places, is close to Ybor, and is private, fun, and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Colette’s. It’s well-supplied and easy to access. Colette’s communication was quick and consistent, and she made a few great local recommendations. She was accommodating with check-in and check-out. It’s a short distance from Armature Works (Walkable during the day, but good to Lyft back after dark) and the beginning of the Riverwalk, where I spent a good portion of my 27 hours in Tampa! I would certainly stay at Colette’s place again.

Colette's place was exactly what a family of three needed after a busy day exploring the city and hanging with family. It has a fun outdoor area and located in a quiet location within arms reach of all the action. Great value and it's super clean!

Very nice place! Private, well lit, and secure. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we never felt unsafe. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions, and they were very accommodating to our early arrival. The location is close to a lot of attractions and very convenient. The only thing that could have improved the stay, would be having the TV in the bedroom. Other than that, great experience, and we would stay again if we are ever in the area. Don’t pass this up!

Michelle's place was a cosy space for our brief stay in Tampa. It's a neat layout surrounded by the host's own artwork, which makes it feel really welcoming. We appreciated her thoughtfulness in providing some food and drinks in the fridge, too!

Michelle’s home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay with our baby. They let us use a cooler and beach toys for our day at the beach! If we’re in Tampa again, we will stay with them!

Bohemian Rhapsody. We loved staying in Michelle's lovely cottage in this quiet and mature suburb of Tampa. The cottage has a lovely bohemian character: the cute toadstool night lights in the bathroom, the art and posters decorating the walls, the characterful furniture, through to the special secret garden. This place is so cool, even the trees have dreadlocks! The swimming pool is large and heated, and in mid February under clear blue Florida skies, it was divine. The bed upstairs and the futon downstairs were both very comfortable. Michelle and David are the perfect hosts, very welcoming and with lots of helpful local tips. Homemade cookies, bagels, milk, juice, tea, coffee .. and more .. to welcome you. Toiletries in the bathroom; and other basics in the kitchen too. Highly recommended to other Airbnbers.

The space is quirky and adorable. We loved the extra touches. The pool was beautiful. It was a little oasis close to the airport.

Lourdes was a fantastic host. Place was clean and cute, a great value. We would definitely stay here again.

First off the convenience is unmatched. We had a 6:40 flight out of Tampa meaning we needed to leave very early and this little jewel of a place was perfect! Super clean! Nice little touches such as privacy gate leading into apartment, security lighting if you come in in the dark, parking was perfect. Inside was everything you need as far as shower toiletries and a blow dryer, which I appreciated because I was trying to pack as light as possible. A couple bottles of water cold in fridge just incase. Bed was more than decent for a nights sleep. Way nicer than any hotel at its same price point. This will be our go to Air bnb when flying out of Tampa.

You are wanting to stay in the Tampa area. It’s just the two of you looking for a quiet place to relax that’s also close to everything. You enter your dates and Fern and Nat’s place comes up available, go ahead and whisper ‘yes’ while doing a light Napoleon Dynamite fist bump and book the place. You won’t be disappointed. It was amazingly comfortable. They recently installed new A/C units that can make it whatever your perfect temperature is. Enjoy!

Only stayed one night before our cruise Vera's place was clean and easy to get to great location if you are going on a cruise only about two miles to port. I would recommend staying here if you are wanting to stay in this area we would stay here again.

Vera’s place is in the perfect location! We were able to get to every surrounding neighborhood and attraction in 10 mins or less. We did not spend much time in the guest house besides for sleeping, but the space was very comfortable. The bathroom is much larger than we expected and the bedding was so soft. Definitely recommend choosing the guest house!!

Very short overnight stop prior to joining a cruise ship. Comfortable, clean and convenient for my purposes. Nearby to cafés, bars and restaurants on Davis Islands.

If you’re looking for a wonderful spot that is private, incredibly clean, cozy, lovely touches to make you feel at home... this is the place! We had an event at the Convention Center which we opted to rent bikes nearby and it was only a 7 minute ride! You are just minutes away walking to several fabulous eateries and the area is extremely safe to meander while exploring the beautiful neighborhood! Should we need to return to Tampa, this will be our #1 choice for accommodations!!

Wonderful place on Davis island, just a few minutes away from Tampa general hospital. Place is clean and neat with thoughtful touches. Vera is a wonderful host and is very quick with responses. Great bang for your buck!

Heart of Hyde Park. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants. Quiet and gorgeous street. Safe area. Off street parking. The apartment had such charm and character. Very clean! Here is a very comfortable, clean condo located near Hyde Park. It fit well into our plans to explore Tampa and surrounding areas. Communication was excellent and we did not feel alone. My best friend and I came for a weekend getaway, and Saymara's place was perfect! It was perfectly clean, it smelled great, and the location was amazing - so close to the airport, close to the essentials (Walgreens, Walmart, Starbucks, etc.) and also a short drive to Clearwater beach. Saymara was quick and clear in communication, and next time we come to Tampa, we'll definitely be staying here again!

Cheap chill spot super clean and near everything in Tampa

The inside of this place was super cute. Pictures shown match the inside, no surprises. The host did well at communicating and on the cold day there proactively informed us about a space heater and extra blankets. The only negative was no front lights on when we arrived at night (which is easily fixed) and the water pressure in the shower is VERY little. My thick hair was not happy. Overall a great quick stay. If you’re coming in for a short trip and don’t plan to spend a lot of time at the place you’re staying this is perfect!

Thanh was a great host and made it very easy. The room was perfect with a nice bathroom and kitchenette. The house is located in a great spot that is close to entertainment, the airport and cruise port.

Cozy, comfortable very economical place. Perfect to stay for cruising out of Tampa. Us and kids fit great and the kitchenette was perfect. We used the hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave and made a family meal. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience

What a great little place. This was my first Airbnb experience and I was so scared of being safe and how it would actually look. Juliet calmed my fears, and it's a very safe place. The neighborhood was quiet, I didn't have one bother. You have your own gate, Door locks with key pad, then your room locks as well so I felt very safe. She left me some chocolates, water and some popcorn which i was soooo happy about. It has the most beautiful shower I have ever used. Plenty of towels and she responds almost immediately. If I ever have to come stay in the area again, I will definitely go back ♡

Patricia is a wonderful host. The room is as pictured. The bed is very comfortable so you will get a good night's sleep. The room was kept clean and tidy. The kitchen is always available and the shared bathroom was not a problem. Patricia prepares a fine Cafe Cubano in the morning.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with AirBnB’s. The living space was clean, cozy and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were amazing, bed was very comfortable, still plenty of space for luggage and things. Lockbox and entry were simple and parking right in driveway which was visible from bedroom window. I would absolutely rebook if in the area again!

This was a perfect location for us!!!! Less than 2 miles from the Amalie Arena and close to everything. If you’re into the night life , downtown old ybor is right around the corner. Amazing history - look it up! Busch Gardens is less than a 15 minute drive. And there is Jinny’s tacos down the road that you don’t want to miss !! We had amazing communication with the host and will definitely stay with them again.

Very nice place. Bigger than the pictures look and very clean. I was confused by the check in process but figured it out in the end. Id recommend it.

Location was everything! It’s only 5 min from the airport and there are so many convenient stores, gas stations, and two malls nearby. The host was quick with responses when we had questions and made check-in easy.

Great location near a shopping plaza with multiple restaurants. The apartment was perfect, very clean had everything you needed! Great communication with the host. Would recommend to anybody!

The host loves music very much, we are very happy, and the children can practice the piano.

This is a great place to stay! I would recommend it to anyone. House is quiet and cozy, and has plenty of space and privacy. Darin is a wonderful host. He works to provide the best for the tenant and make sure he/she is happy. I couldn't be happier.

Easy check in, safe and quiet neighborhood, good value, comfortable living arrangements. We only needed one bedroom out of the two given - but both were nice and comfy and the bathroom was clean (sink is cool like everyone else has mentioned!). The smart TV has a guest Netflix and there is a window box AC that you can tune to your liking. Didn't feel unsafe sleeping there or leaving the car alone in the driveway. Met Darin briefly, super nice and welcoming; communicated with Cami over text who was also helpful and pleasant. Would stay again!

Darin& Cami did outstanding job. The bathroom was really clean and bed was comfy. I really like that I had separate entrance to the home. I would definitely will come back.

In town for a family wedding, we opted for this unit versus multiple hotel rooms and were not disappointed. The unit was extremely comfortable, and let us have a more relaxing and spacious environment we wouldn’t have had in a hotel. It’s proximity to the airport, downtown, the wedding venue, and the bonus of having many dining choices in walking distance made it the ideal location. The unit itself was perfect with ample and very comfortable sleeping and leisure space, all clean, removing the stress of a cramped hotel space. I will definitely look for this place if I find myself back in Tampa.

Amazing place in heart of Tampa. Hanan was incredibly helpful and made checkin a breeze. Rustic charm inside with plenty of room. Loved the old books he had there. 100% would stay again.

Hanan's place is great and worked really well for my group in Tampa! The beds were comfortable. I liked how close it was to Hyde Park Village - you would walk or take a quick Lyft. It was close to our wedding location too. Thank you for such a great stay, Hanan!

A wonderful location. Very convenient to downtown Tampa, and great local character. Lots of space, and very clean and comfortable. Probably not ideal if you’re looking for a quieter weekend, because of local noise and proximity to dive bars, etc., but it was fantastic for our group. 110% would stay here again.

This place was great for me. I enjoyed the light coming through the windows in the living room as I listened to the rain. I just felt cozy. It's not upscale but it does the trick. Good amenities, good communication and I appreciated being able to come and go with ease. I think if the owner spent a couple hundred he could make this place exceptionally great. But it worked for what I needed and I am pleased. : )
