Everything is perfect in this apartment: it is large, clean and bright, there is a balcony with a beautiful view of the city, a large and comfortable bed, all the necessary amenities and even more! To the metro go 5 minutes on foot, and if you are by car, then there is a guarded parking in the yard. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and banks within walking distance. Elena is a very pleasant and hospitable person, answered all our questions, told and showed everything.

The apartment is conveniently located near the subway station. The lighting is very good, the view is wide, and the living is very comfortable. The only thing is to suggest a little more space for the shower.

The smart apartment is located in the heart of Tbilisi, very atmospheric, well renovated, wise layout. Clean, comfortable, very warm (temperature adjustable to comfortable). The hostess is sociable, told in detail how to get, how to find, offered to help with the transfer.

Great house great location fast response

Super convenient with short walk to Liberty Square. The place looks just like in photos. Nino's communication is very fast, responsive and helpful. The bed is great, firm and clean (we haven't tried the single bed on upper floor tho. lol) Washing machine with dryer is just on balcony opposite to the room with load of 6 kg and 3 kg for dryer. :)

Quality-price ratio never had it so good. It's actually a joy walking up the stairs - surrounded by historic frescoes. Would recommend to anyone except those who have difficulty with vertical ladders - bunk bed. Even for them there is the option of a lower sofa bunk.

Bacho's place is stylish, cozy, and convenient! Less than five minutes from Liberty Square as well as plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, and attractions. Check-in was easy and Bacho was an excellent host, very timely in his responses. I really enjoyed staying here!

This is an excellent place to stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in an ideal location. Beds are comfortable, and the kitchen stocked with basics. I would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The apartment is exactly the way you see it in the pictures. The locations is in the very heart of the city: many of the main attractions are at very little walking distance (Georgian Museum, Opera House, Liberty Sq, etc). You can also walk easily to the old city. The apartment is located on the second floor of an old building and is fully renovated with very good taste, clean and safe. I recommend this apartment if you want to stay in che center of the city and feel safe (police station just in front of the building)

Spacious apartment with elegant design and a touch of traditional Tbilisi charm. Located in the old town, from where walking along the narrow old streets to the central square takes only 15 minutes. All this at an affordable price! I recommend this place.

The trip to Tbilisi turned out to be amazing thanks to Sergo: he always promptly answered all questions, gave a lot of cool tips before and during our trip to Georgia. I met at the airport and immediately had a short tour of the city center :) The apartment is not for nothing called "Real Tbilisi": it is located in a typical Tbilisi courtyard, a very colorful place. And Sergo gave us all appearances and passwords to establishments only for locals, where we tried khinkali, khachapuri, and wine at very nice prices. The housing itself is clean, pleasant and super stylish. By the way, Sergo makes a delicious wine, I definitely recommend to try it!

We are very glad that we managed to stay here. Cozy bright apartment with high ceilings and convenient location. Near the house there is a stop where you can catch a bus and go up the hill to the amusement park, or to the center of Tbilisi (which can always be reached on foot). A few steps away is a convenience store. The apartment is quiet and bright. It’s cool in winter, but if you turn on the stove, it will become comfortable. There were no slippers, not enough toilet paper and matches, but these are little things that you can always buy. The landlord Seyran is a very sociable, polite and attentive person. Thank him and this accommodation for a wonderful stay!

If you want to feel the spirit of the city and its history, as well as the color of communication with local residents, then I definitely advise you to visit Seyran. Everything is very clean and tidy, stylish interior. Walking to the historic streets nearby is a pleasure. Seyran is a very good person, he will tell everything and show, explain. If you are concerned about flying in during the middle of the night then no worries. Bacho organized a driver (to and from the airport) and has a very organized self check-in process which made it easy. He is highly responsive to all communication. The flat is clean, orderly, and in a great location. The stairwell also adds interest.

Very good experience in Nona's flat. The apartment has two comfortable double rooms and a big living room. Bathroom is really big and all the necessary are available. The pool is really a plus!we played some games. Nona has been really nice and keep our luggage the last day after the check out since our flight was very late in the night.

It was very nice there, it's suitable for 2 or maybe 3 person. It's pretty small but enough for the night for sure, very central, lots of things to see around.

Good place to stay in Tbilisi. Quiet courtyard, a beautiful view from the window of the Church of the Holy Trinity and the city. All within walking distance. Very interesting interior. There were six of us, and each got a room with its own twist. There is everything you need to stay.

Taxi from the apartment to Freedom Square 2.6 GEL, excellent location. Nice view from the balcony. There were four of us, it was wonderful!

The apartment is in a good location, within walking distance of the metro, shops (there are non-stop), on foot you can get around many interesting places. The hosts immediately answer the questions. My main requirements regarding rental apartments are: central location, sparkling cleanliness and fast responses from host. G-Vineria met all of them, therefore I do highly recommend this place! Other pros: quick solving of issues, stylish and cosy design, house wine just by the door, easy check-in. Some minor cons: hard-to-open lock on the entrance door, absence of disposable slippers, cutlery set of 3 pieces each (4 would be more convenient).

Very good landlord. Due to the outbreak of the flight several times in a row, I negotiated with the landlord several times to allow a full refund. The landlord was very nice and lend us her subway card. The room was cleaned by the landlord personally. It was clean. You need to go uphill to housing, but this was not a problem - firstly, we were glad to lose a little calories after the famous Georgian khachapuri-khinkali))), secondly, you can always call an inexpensive taxi to the house, if you are really tired for a day . Nice little apartment, everything is fair in the description. If you arrive in the evening, you may not find it right away in the dark, but the instructions from the owner are detailed, just read carefully.

Giorgi’s place is very centrally located and close to all the main attractions, so one can easily walk everywhere. The place is very authentic and Giorgi is very easy to communicate with and is a very hospitable person.

Apartmant has a really great view on the river and the city. Place is just lovely and spacious. David was very helpful, we even had a chance to meet him and person and he recommended us several things to see and do. Overall - great place to stay, close to many things!

Great location, close to the center of the city. This studio apartment is very stylish, decorations are beyond tasteful. For the price, the place is amazing, plus you will get some really exciting selfies! The only thing is that the walls are thin and it’s easy to hear the neighbors, but it’s not a big deal as the house and the yard is quite most times. I still recommend booking this place! The apartment was clean, with some very cool piece of furniture and very well located (you can walk everywhere!). The self check-in option works perfectly and Gvantsa was so nice to let us leave our luggage in the apartment till late, as we had a night flight. The only thing you may want to know is that the apartment is a little bit smaller than in pictures but it is just as beautiful as it seems. If I go back I'll definitely stay here again!

These are three floors of happiness for a photo and a convenient location, all on foot, downstairs and a restaurant (local). If you are a lover of a comfortable and authentic holiday, these apartments are for you! I fell in love with them☺️

George is a wonderful host: he was always in touch, provided us with convenient instructions for checking in and left a compliment :) The apartment is well located - there are many cafes, a factory, a stadium, parks nearby, there are no problems getting to any point of the city very quickly. Everything went great.

Had an incredible stay with my boyfriend, some days we didn't even want to leave the apartment because of its cozy and romantic atmosphere. The wine that we were greeted with was absolutely splendid and a great way to start our stay in Tbilisi. The location was really great, everything you need is right around the corner, I definitely recomend that you visit the coffee shop across the road, this coffee shop filled our breakfasts with easy, delicious and aromatic mornings by the window. I couldn't ask for a better stay.

A quirky, cozy flat in a very central area of Tbilisi. You can have the experience of staying in a flat with an inclined floor (the floor is on a slight hill!), which is pretty cool, if a little disorienting. We appreciated the free washer on site.

Same as the picture The interior is so pretty and comfortable. It was especially nice to have a washing machine. But it's off in the middle of the bed The rest of the neighborhood was quiet and nice.

My partner and I had the best time staying in Keti's flat! All communication was smooth and easy. She was very kind and let us check in super early in the morning, which we very much appreciated. The apartment is big, nicely decorated, full of natural light, very clean and well heated. We had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect, close to lots of great restaurants and bars, but on a quiet street in and old and charming building. This has been one of our favorite airbnb-experiences. Hope to come back again! x

I very often visit Tbilisi and for the first time I decided to stay in the Sololaki area. Keti has a beautiful stylish apartment in the heart of the old city of Tbilisi. I was delighted with the authentic design - Georgians have an innate sense of style. Near the house there is everything you need and even more :) I would like to note separately the presence of hot water and a wonderful shower head - believe me, not every Apartment can boast of this, even in the most expensive neighborhoods. I would highly recommend this apartment. Ketevan is a super friendly and nice host. Fast communication. The apartment was super clean and comfortable and very very well furnished. I just loved to be there! It's located in the heart of Tbilisi. Close to everything what you wanna see but if you wanna go a bit out of the center the metro in Liberty Square its just few min walking and with that you can go basically everywhere. Nice restaurants, bars and shops are all around and if you wish to try the nightlife in Tbilisi it's also just around in Rustavelli metro station :) I wish to come back very soon!!!

A very delightful place which is ideally situated for easy access to the historical centre. The apartment is charmingly bohemian in appearance but very modern in terms of the amenities - it was very well heated and the bathroom had everything one could want, for example. Even though the main stairwell to the building is a little bit rickety, this only added to the experience. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best AirBnb we've ever stayed in Tbilisi! Very recommend! It's the same as it's shown in the photos. Very beautiful, cozy, stylish and modern. It feels like home. Only that some of the light in the bathroom didn't work but still okay. We love the kitchen space and every facilities provided. The smart TV is amazing, you can watch Netflix and YouTube with that. My boyfriend enjoyed the two balcony very much. Very nice and amazing place to stay. Nana gave all the information and travel tips we ever needed. That's very special.

I liked the apartment: clean, new, convenient by location. The only thing I would like to add: a shower holder. It’s a little uncomfortable to wash and hold a shower in your hands at the same time. I do not think this is a big minus, but if it were - everything would be perfect, as for me.

The location is quite central, lots of supermarkets nearby and 3min walk from bus stop. Also George is a communicative and responsible host! Even welcomed us with homemade wine even though I never got to meet him. He responses very fast always. Good for value!

Hello! Guys!! Who is looking for coziness and warmth at home to you here !! The real feeling of coming home. The apartment is special. The interior of the apartment has been preserved since the time of construction, and has something in common with modern times, the repair is fresh, the flooring, some wall decoration is preserved, which makes it unique !!! It even seemed to me that the owners managed to maintain a special aura))) The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary up to the dishwasher. Our arrival was early, in spite of this we were settled, the heating was turned on which pleasantly surprised. Self chek inn feature too! The location of the apartment is convenient near the market and pharmacies and transport stops. A taxi will take about one dollar / three lari to the old city. Right under the KFC house. The apartment is ideal for a couple or three people. Thank you Sali and George for the warm welcome, we will definitely be back !!

Beautiful space in great location! Nik was very helpful, responding for messages very quickly. Studio is looking great, exactly like on pictures, only shame that fireplace is not working. Location is perfect- many restaurants around and you can walk easily to all attractions. Bathroom was a bit smelly but I believe it’s because of the building- apartment was clean. Highly recommend this space. If you don’t mind the noises outside.

The apartment is on a night life street and above a restaurant that likes to play music. The benefit of that is that you can have a couple of people over and be loud all night without bothering anybody. Comfy little apartment, close to the metro. Communication with host was seamless.

We stayed for the location and liked it very much. You are on a busy street and attached to a hotel so it can be noisy but it was worth it for us for the great street we were on. Shower water is hot, place is clean and trendy, building history is very cool, plenty of spare blankets if needed. For the price it’s really great. The best for us though was the host, Nik. He was very responsive and extra helpful. He picked us up from the airport very early morning for only a small fee, helped us get SIM card and cash, and spoke to us about Georgia through our ride. A few days later he brought us on a day trip as our guide and was super informative and interesting. He knows so much! On the last day when we wanted to do the baths but the website wasn’t working to book, he called to book for me. Then he let us check out late since there wasn’t a check-in that day. Excellent excellent host. We would stay here again.

Niks place was so cool and in a very central location. There were many bars and restaurants in the street below and good walking distance to the old town. Nik was great with giving us local recommendations and very very quick at responding. Couldn’t recommend his place enough- we hope to come back one day. Thank you so much Nik! Byron and Jess :)

Perfect location, right next to one of the sights - biggest church. You can walk to the city center, or take a taxi and be there in 5 minutes maximum. Spacious appartment with 3 isolated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and modern design. The host is very nice, we thought that checkout is 1h later, and the host was very kind to leave us in the room for 1 extra hour :) Thank you, Tamaz! Highly recommend.

The house is so amazing, location is so great. Near to the supermarket, train station. And the house so comfortable, it feels like your at home. Even the free towels it looks like new.. better than the hotels.. sparkling clean. Definitely will reccomend this house for a 5 star..

The best, most atmospheric and authentic apartments I've ever been to. Clean, comfortable, the location is super, and the view from the balcony is simply amazing!

Bacho's place is in a beautiful location, and is a lovely space. It's perfect for one or two people. The check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. A word of advice: there is some construction happening in the building that might disturb your sleep - I'd address this with Bacho before arriving.

This particular apartment is in the heart of the city center and is great for accessing the many attractions Tbilisi has to offer. The apartment is stylish and modern, which provides a comfortable living space for any visit.

Eka’s place is great! It is the perfect size for a solo traveler or for partners. The apartment is in a great location and there is so much to do around the area. We really appreciated having a washing machine in the apartment, as well. Check-in is super easy and Eka was very helpful with arranging a car to pick us up at the airport. I would stay in this apartment again, for sure!

The rooms are well decorated. It is also close to the city centre. Easy to check in.

It is modern apartment in a nice area in Tbilisi, there is a nice bar right next to it too (in a park next door, bar is called Kantora) so that was convenient. 24/7 stores literally 1 minute away and the Liberty Square and Galleria mall 3 minutes away. Great apartment, great view and location. Two steps away there is everything you need: a grocery store, a pharmacy, fresh bread and the subway. And the bed turned out to be the best of all, from which it was sometimes difficult to get out - very comfortable :–)
