Dom jest otoczony zielenią i zlokalizowany jest w cichej, spokojnej okolicy. Dom jest podzielony na dwa mieszkania, u góry mieszkają gospodarze, a dół jest wynajmowany dla turystów.

There is a bus and tram stop near the apartment (500 m). The airport (12 km) can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
