Kat is an amazing host. Not only is her home in a perfect spot (close to supermarkets, Target, Best Buy) and the Greater Phoenix area, but she is incredibly kind. The community the home is located in is gated so there's protection for your vehicle and there's parking right in front of the apartment. Luck has it the parking spot that Kat recommends is just covered by a roof to keep your vehicle nice and cool in the Arizona heat. Her home is beautiful with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is spacious and she leaves room in the refrigerator for guests to store food. The guest room is beautiful with plenty of room, a comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. When she says the shower head is amazing she isn't lying! When she home, Kat is a great conversationalist and is always willing to provide suggestion about what to do in the area. I would 100000% recommend for anyone staying in Greater Phoenix area.

Very clean very close to airport and downtown is a plus! We we were only there a short time one night but the host and house were good, quiet neighborhood easy to find and the cutest little dog . Everything was decorated so nice and clean .. the bedroom and bathroom are small but great for one person maybe two.

Ms.Baerbel is the most gracious hostess I have encountered in my Airbnb experience. The property is beyond a 5 Star...it was so clean I didnt want to touch anything. I knew the host cared about your comfort when I noticed the cushion hangar, very classy. "Cozy" is an understatement when describing the room i stayed in. I highly recommend this hostess and property.

Baerbel’s home was inviting and very clean. She was happy to help in any way. The bed was very comfortable and the full bath was perfect. The description is accurate and it was helpful to have a separate entrance, use of the pool area, and access to the free local shuttle. I was able to use the kitchen and she appreciated the respect of keeping the area clean. I would definitely be a guest in Baer’s home again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Incredible space close to campus and restaurants. it was perfect for our trip and there was a clear communication with hosts and we were comfortable and really pleased with the tiny house.

Such a neat place! If you’re visiting the area, I definitely recommend reserving this tiny house! Great location (close to ASU, short drive to Phoenix and Scottsdale) and in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need including toiletries, microwave, hair dryer, towels, mini fridge, etc. The bed is nice and cozy too! Don’t think twice and just book this place! It’s so cute and overall a fun experience!

Maximizing a mini space to live in is a feat we read about the Japanese mastering. Well, Nick's place has grabbed a page from that utilitarian functional playbook and he's created a novel space meant to principally sleep and recharge in while visiting Tempe. All the room's details are well done and a stay here will remind one that comfort can be achieved in a minimalist way. To note: the loft bed is full sized.

Perfect place for solo traveler. Convenient, affordable and close to everything.

I am 27 and was traveling alone and needed a place to stay. Traveling alone for the first time was a bit uneasy for me. I read all the previous reviews and felt comfortable giving Jane's place a try. It is a small room, I'd compare it to the size of a small dorm room. But for one person it was exactly what I needed. The Hobbit door is really cool and I wish I had one at home! I met Jane and her husband when I arrived, they were very kind and talked to me about my stay. Jane's husband also offered some suggestions to me regarding public transportation. The room was very clean! I was able to come and go at leisure without any problems. I would recommend this place!

I was in AZ for a work week, stayed at Cozy Garden Studio mostly just for sleep. It's a truly brilliant use of small private space, quiet residential, easy driving access to everywhere, plush towels, full-sized fridge. Had the fan on at night, which completely erased the sounds of occasional slow train (no horns) and nearby airport. Little welcoming snacks/tea/coffee were thoughtful and the hobbit door was entirely charming. Jane responded quickly to any questions that I had, and having read the Reviews of others also were helpful to make my stay perfect.

This AirBnB is private, with a private entrance. Jane was always available with a text or call, so there was great communication. She also kindly accommodated my truck with trailer which cramped her curb. Thanks! I'm over six feet tall and found the toilet a little cramped, but that is my only consideration. Near a great Starbucks, and very close to ASU.

Clean and comfortable room in a cute house. I was able to use the refrigerator, kitchen appliances and backyard with a pool. The location is great being next to a big park and close to freeways. Monica is a lovely, sweet, hard-working woman who makes you feel welcome with her easy-going personality. My stay here was one of the best I've had and the week flew by.....overall an excellent experience!!

Great location, very easy check/out and helpful host

I stayed a week at Laura’s place and it was great. The bedroom was spacious and super close to the front door to the point it almost felt private. The unit is walking distance to anything you might need on Mill Ave, including a Whole Foods, and a movie theater. There’s even a Taco Bell Cantina. Bless. The only late night noise I encountered was really late night Friday and Saturday, but considering how much of a shit show Mill Ave was I’m amazed it wasn’t far worse. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and would highly encourage anyone else to rent Laura’s place.

Awesome, low-key and stylish. The apartment definitely has the space and amenities for a group of 4. If you're coming in form the airport I would definitely recommend it as a place to get some much needed rest.

Appreciated the early check-in and communication. Great location. Slept one night, so spent most of the day out. This served it's purpose of a one night stay before our flight the next day.

Our stay in Tempe was amazing! Leezah"s place was in a GREAT location and was very clean! The little extra's were wonderful. We were impressed so much that we plan to return again next year!

Leezah's apartment is well appointed and specifically outfitted for renting. The space is not occupied by a permanent resident (a plus!). It was perfect for our needs and is well located for day trips all over the Phoenix area. I recommend the ground floor apartment to everyone!

This is a really good place to stay but if your going in really late (2am) it may be a little hard to find parking ! Over all very good !

We’ve stayed at a couple of Chante’s properties. All of them are wonderful! The location is great and the whole property is really nice with an awesome back yard. I stayed with my daughter and the space was perfect for the both of us.

I’m originally from Phoenix, and when I stayed at Heather’s place I felt right at home! The sleep space was cozy and comfortable, and everything was clean and Heather was super hospitable. It’s in a great location especially if you’re wanting to spend time between Scottsdale and Tempe. Heather was helpful thorough my trip and was respectful, especially since I was working and coming in at odd hours. Would recommend to anyone

Heather's place is exactly what she says - quiet, clean, comfortable. It's located just a couple miles from local attractions, easily within walking or Uber range (bus stops are also close). Heather is wonderfully communicative and quick to respond to messages.

Susanne's place was really great. In addition to our private bedroom, we had our own separate bathroom, as well as access to the kitchen, living area, TV, hot tub (although we didn't use). It was centrally located and she also gave us some tips on some things to eat/do. My wife and I would definitely recommend!

This condo was clean & personal. Lots of towels, bedding & supplies. Host was welcoming & answered my question right away. Great location right by Papago Park. It was perfect for our girls getaway to the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show! Took my 2 daughters & one friend and the condo was great for us! It's a 25 minute drive up to West World but we didn't mind because we got to drive right through the red rocks on our way & there are lots of restaurants. Old Town isn't far either. The resort has a nice pool & hot tub! It felt secure & quiet. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We rented a car, and this condo is basically within about 5 miles from everything we came to Phoenix/Scottsdale to do. The unit itself is kept up nicely and has everything you need. Zita also provides a binder with recommended places to see and eat at which was helpful. Highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s. Her home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located. I was taking a workshop at Scottsdale Artists’ School which is just 3 short miles away, straight down Scottsdale Rd. A comfortable space, it provided everything I needed. Nicole has created a hospitable, cozy home-away-from-home that warmly greeted me in the evening where it was easy to relax.

Nicole’s place was absolutely fantastic. It was very easy to check in and she was great to communicate with. Her place was central to every where we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

We loved loved our stay at Nicole's Cozy desert oasis! It is in a perfect location, close to so many cool things like papago park, Desert Botanical gardens and old town scottsdale. We loved how cute the space was decorated and it was even a bit bigger then we had expected. The only thing is I wish there was a little bit more light in the corner of the room where the shelves for clothes are because it was hard to see even with all the lights on to unpack over there and hang up clothes! but obviously, a small thing and over all it was 10/10 and we will be back some winter in the future we loved it so much and would recommend it to family & friends!

This unit is in a very nice gated condo complex that is beautifully landscaped. The unit itself is clean, nicely appointed, and great for short or long term stays. It is convenient to downtown Tempe, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay there again!

Patty’s place was perfect for our three night stay for Spring Training. We had a rental vehicle so the location was perfect and central to everywhere we went. I’m sad it wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the pool! All in all we had a great stay at Patty’s place!

Great place if you have a value mindset. It is close to everything and you can't beat the cost.

I was on my own for a week here and Sandra's place fit me perfectly. It's in a great spot to catch the free public transportation both to Tempe and Scottsdale and hang out there everyday. I didn't need more than the room and the bathroom so this was exactly what I was after.

Unfortunately I had to check in 2 days later cause a flight cancellation from Italy. Sandra has a very comfy room in her own house. Very clean, she provided everything for a nice stay.

Miriam's house was very comfortable. It was convenient because there was a supermarket nearby. Cats and dogs were very cute and the feeling was healed.

I had a late night flight and miriam was super cool with us getting in late. When we got there check in was easy and one of their cats was there to greet us. If you love animals you'll love this place. If you don't, you . It's an affordable place. If youre looking for reasonably priced placed to stay and enjoy pets, this is the place.

The place was very clean and cozy. The kitchen had all the things needed to cook several meals. The bed was super comfortable. Location wise, the apartment is minutes away from Tempe and there were many places to eat or buy groceries. Kevin was very responsive to our requests and even tried to accommodate our request for hotter water in the shower 😊. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at his place when in the Phoenix-Tempe area!

Cozy spot, great location! Easy communication and check in. Great parking access and quiet neighborhood. I loved the shower head, very nice and luxurious shower pressure plus had a visual color light temperature gauge, loved it! Definitely want one now for my shower. Loved all the full size appliances and fully stocked kitchen from wine opener to toaster to drip coffee maker and all the fixings for it!

Lovely spacious home that is perfect for a family vacation!! I came in the winter so wasn’t able to use the pool but enjoyed the peaceful backyard! So much space!!! Plenty of extras in this home and host is quick to respond and help. I highly recommend!

This home was great. Super clean and fresh. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Located close to local food and shopping. It was also very close to natural areas for outdoor hiking and exploring (Usery Mountain Park and Tonto National Forest). Highly recommend!!!

This Airbnb is a fantastic location if you’re needing to stay near ASU for any reason. It’s very close to the light rail and only about a 15 minute walk to the edge of campus. Charles was very helpful and quick at responding to messages and queries we had and made check in and out very simple. The apartment is a really decent size and perfect for a couple of days stay as it has full cooking amenities and Charles has provided lots of basic equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. The entire place was also spotless! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again! Highly recommend

My stay at Charles place was nothing short of excellent. The home was clean and cozy. I felt right at home here. Charles was great at communication and even gave us some local tips on some nice restaurants nearby. His home is also conveniently located in the heart of Tempe. Everywhere is only a few miles away. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Tempe, choose Charles place!

The pictures really reflect the space accurately and Charles is very personable. Sensitive travelers might want to know that there is a large sky light (which is great for natural light during the day but also let's in a lot of light at night) and the AC unit is quite loud too. Should those be factors you'd like to consider. But it is an easy walk from the light rail and close to nice, cheap restaurants and grocery stores.

Every aspect of super host and description was accurate. A spotless little studio apartment with walking distance to ASU in a quiet little corner of Tempe. 10/10 would rent again. Thanks, Charles!
