A newly renovated Queenslander situated just a stone's throw away from the charm that is Caxton Street. Plenty of private areas for you to relax and unwind; being just a 10 min walk from the centre of Brisbane CBD. What more could you ask for?
3 out of 4 of the bedrooms of the house are available for short or long term accommodation. The other two bedrooms are listed under "Stunning Inner City Accommodation 2" and "Fantastic inner city accommodation". If you require more than one room you can go to my profile and book under the above listings or let me know when you make your booking. The house is Ideal for singles, couples or families. rooms rented together or separately. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , 2 loungerooms, a large, modern kitchen, laundry with all conveniences, pool and entertaining deck. All bedrooms have queen size bed and one also has a single bed. 2 lovely clean and modern Bathrooms with showers, the downstairs bathroom is shared with another guestroom. The upstairs bathroom is shared with the host. Check in time is 12 noon. If you need to arrive earlier you may come and leave your bags and enjoy the amenities of the house. It may be that your room may not be ready due to cleaning schedules. All this in a modern comfortable 4 bedroom house with pool, and parking available Close to The Barracks complex which includes Palace Cinemas and many lovely places to eat and drink. Walking distance to Paddington, South Bank, West End and the City. 200m walk to Suncorp stadium. The perfect place to stay on game night. 15 min to airport via the airport link tunnel. Easy access to freeways in all directions. Public transport is easy as I am situated 5 minute walk from Roma Street station which is the city's major bus terminal and ten minutes walk from Milton station. Buses to the city run up Caxton street which is a 2 minute walk. Wifi from fast ADSL2+ is included. I am very easy going and will try to help you as much as I can. Enjoy your privacy or join me for a beer on the deck. Please note. I am not always at the house as I work away. I have a manager named Jo who looks after the house.
Within a 200m radius you have at your disposal: Over half a dozen bars including Lefty's Old Time Music Hall & Brewski, Suncorp Stadium many restaurants that offer Thai, Indian, Mexican, German, Seafood and more. Palace Cinemas, Coles Supermarket and a mall with numerous shops.
  • Perfect accommodation, perfect position! Such a trendy looking house, great kitchen, comfy room, clean bathroom, and a pleasant pool for a quick dip. Our room opened on to a private outdoor area and we enjoyed a wine or two there. The accommodation is an easy walk from the beautiful river, the CBD, Southbank area and Suncorp Stadium. Lots of restaurants and pubs around.

  • Mark and Lee are great hosts. They were very helpful and friendly and, as we just moved to Brisbane, their place was a perfect temporary home for us while we were looking for our own place.   • The apartment was simply wonderful - clean, sunny and comfortable, with everything you may need and even more (like the swimming pool ;-)). Plus having our own separate bathroom was a nice perk, especially since we stayed there for almost two weeks. Lee and Mark are amazing hosts! They were kind, friendly and very accommodating. They answered all of our questions, were really easy to reach and to talk to, and they gave us plenty of helpful info about settling in Brisbane. It was a great experience staying in their place, and our journey wouldn't have been the same without meeting this wonderful couple!

In-fact all our beds are set up for a luxurious night's sleep and you should wake up feeling great! Full laundry with washing machine, dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board, to wash, dry and iron your clothes during your stay. Undercover, secure car park included that is nice and wide to get in and out of your vehicle with kids or items. Great pool and sunny area to spend time out in the Queensland sun. The apartment itself is spacious, light and airy and is well-appointed with all the appliances and equipment that you would expect to find in your own home. He's really helpful and more than happy to answer any questions and give advice about the local area.   • The apartment is really nice and just right across the street from beautiful river bank walkway. Its location is perfect and you can easily get to any hot spots within 15 mins and only about an hour away from Gold Coast so we made a day trip there and back same day easily. The place is very nice and neat inside and it's perfect for our family vacation. Dean is very responsive to our communications during our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!     Please enquire if you would like to stay over the Christmas period. Take the chance to stay in a gorgeous heritage-listed Woolstore apartment in the prestigious inner-city suburb of Teneriffe. With sweeping river and city views, it's the perfect location to explore the best Brisbane has to offer.
    After walking through the common area of the W4 Apartments, full of greenery and features from the original woolstore, you'll take the lift up to the top level. Your bedroom, with ensuite, has panoramic views across the river. It also has its own bar fridge along with everything you need to make tea & coffee. Downstairs you'll find the kitchen, living area, laundry and my favourite space, the balcony, which is perfect for watching sunset over the growing Brisbane skyline.
    The challenge is to find something NOT on my doorstep! Not only are you within walking distance to cafes, bars, shops and restaurants, you also have access to the city's best craft breweries and the most popular river walk leading to the 'Central Park' of Brisbane! Just next door to Teneriffe you'll find Fortitude Valley, the heart of Brisbane's nightlife, live music venues and China Town.
  • We stayed with Sally for 3 nights in her beautiful apartment. She was very fast at replying to emails before we arrived and the photos were very representative of the beautiful building and views. Sally was at the apartment to meet us when we arrived and was very welcoming and informative, providing advice as to what to see and how to get there. The room was clean and very homely, a fridge, water, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and leaflets with info on the building and area, as well as providing cards for local transport. The location was brilliant and we were able to get ubers/bus/ferrys with ease. Overall a really enjoyable experience with a really host who was personable and genuinely lovely to meet. Cannot recommend enough!

  • My partner and I stayed for an entire week at Sally's, and we can just say it was the best it could have happen to us. We're going to be in Brisbane for at least 18 months so this Airbnb was for us to find a long term place, so for us was really important how nice and welcoming she was. She waited for us with a box of chocolates (we got there on Valentine's Day) and then she opened a bottle of sparkling wine and chat with us. The apartment is amazing, it looks exactly as it does on the pictures. It's really clean and tidy, and we loved the decoration and furnitures. You can sleep with the aircon on so its really nice and you have no noise at all. The location is awesome, we actually ended up finding a place really near Sally, in Newstead. Is close to everything and there are a lot of bus stops, actually what we loved the most was the possibility to go to the city or the Uni by city cat (a ferry that goes through the river). We definitely recommend you to stay with Sally, she is funny and interesting and can help with anything you might need during your stay. Overall: she's awesome, we didn't wanted to live, defined will be keep going out for drinks with her. She made our first Brisbane experience unforgettable.

  • We absolutely loved our 5 week stay with Sally while working in Brisbane. She was the best host one can imagine. Open, friendly, funny, welcoming and nice to have an evening meal, a drink or movie night with. The private room with ensuite bathroom is very comfortable with spacious wardrobe and a small fridge of your own. The view of the Brisbane river is fabulous. Downstairs kitchen and living room are yours to use, Sally encouraged us to feel free to cook at home and relax on the balcony with the amazing view of Brisbane skyline. You can use her washing machine and dryer as well as Netflix and Stan which is super convenient. The pictures show everything accurately. Teneriffe is the perfect area to stay with lots of cool cafes and restaurants only a short walk from the apartment. The access to public transportation is only across the street: bus station and city cat ferry terminal. Could not have imagined a better place to stay. It really felt like home. We recommend staying with Sally and will most definitely be back!

  • Tenerife is a great location, very hip, boutique brewery within easy walking difference and restaurants. 30 mins from CBD via river ferry anda 40 min walk. But if not on business trip, perfect. The room is small, but clean and modern with its own ensuite. Apartment tastefully appointed. Room is on a different level to host's living spaces so there is a sense of privacy. Sally was also extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. And happy to share her space for guests to watch TV and use kitchen. Would highly recommend for short stay.

  • The room is not so big, but it perfectly suits the needs of a couple. It is comfortable and definitely tidy. The bed is so nice!! The bathroom is spacious and really clean. The location is also very good: about 650m from the train station and 300m from the bus stop. The owners are easy-going people and were attentive with our needs. Even the cats are friendly, they did not give any worries. Me and girlfriend had a good time at Kayla and her husband's place and we definitely recommend it for others!

    Settled in the middle of the Fortitude Valley with amazing views of New Farm and the City. Public transportation is only 100m walk that can easily take you all over Brisbane.   • Grace and Ben's home is so lovely, well decorated, and comfortable. Grace met me downstairs on my late evening arrival and showed me to the room. Everything was set up: fresh towels, tidy room, and clean home. The location was excellent and Grace had printed out a map and information with recommendations for coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It was nice being able to take the map with me to walk around when I was looking for dinner. I was visiting for business so didn't explore too much, but it was a quick jog to the water and lovely to run along the river in the morning. I also swam in the building's pool every morning, which was empty and peaceful. It was perfect. Grace and Ben are gracious, generous hosts and I look forward to staying with them again when I'm in town.

During your stay if you would like to contact us for any reason, it is as simple as asking in person, sending an airbnb message, picking up the intercom or sending a text/or email (which we get straight away) so please let us know. I hope you are excited about your upcoming trip to Brisbane - as it is certainly the place to be, there is always something happening and the location here is certainly amongst the action. There are so many things to see and do locally. We are in a beautiful tree lined area of gorgeous houses in a beautiful pocket ('the prestigious' Teneriffe Hill) although so close to everything, it is surprisingly tranquil and quiet. We also have a beautiful fairly private park with city view and bush walks located just around the corner, it's a great place to chill out with free BBQ area and playground overlooking the natural landscape, the bush tracks show you some native Australian fauna and flora. River walks are near by and are a great way to get around as well. There's so much to do within this local vicinity (easy walk away) that you will be spoilt for choice. Set amongst plentiful award winning cafes, bars, markets, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, nightlife, arts centers and a huge selection of many different restaurants, all within an easy walk away. There are seven (large and small) supermarkets within a 15 minute Walking Distance There is plenty to do here, in fact, you can walk to many different local attractions and facilities. At the end of the block is a local market with cafe section which is worth a visit. In fact, walk in any direction and you are bound to stumble upon cafes and shops etc of a high standard. Literally a five minute walk is the City Cat Ferry stop (these are very converted in Brisbane) and are wonderful to take you peacefully into the CBD, while you stand on the back of a high powered Catamaran boat (from 6am til midnight) and take in the sights as you travel the Brisbane River (AKA the River City) There are also lots of other buses that leave from even closer to our location. Next to the City Cat stop are the express buses into the CBD (called 'City Glider') in under ten minutes in peak hour. There are also other buses even closer to our location. If you want to go into the CBD then you can easily get there (to drive in peak hour is 5 minutes) walk in 25 via the river and under the Story Bridge. Or, if you want to enjoy the local attractions, there are certainly plenty of them within a 15 minutes walk. Next to the City Cat stop is Vernon Terrace, which is populated with lots of bars, restaurants, cocktail and beer specialist places, definitely worth a look. At the City Cat stop we then have a River Walk that takes you across the top of the water down to New Farm Park, a beautiful park on the River, home to the fortnightly large Farmers Markets and the PowerHouse which is a funky converted building housing plays, comedy, bands, art, talks and so on. Also, about ten minutes walk from our place we have the brand new Gasworks complex, complete with large Grocery Store, an organic market, chocolate restaurant and great cafes and eateries and worth a mention. The amazing historic Waterloo Hotel has been reopened and is very popular. The bar/restaurant has an Art Deco feel and is great to enjoy. From the house in the other direction, we also have the famous James Street within a five minute walk. It is lined with things to see and do, including palace cinema, pizza place, bars, restaurants, clothes stores, boutiques, farmers markets, cafes. Definitely the place to be seen and get seen, Can get quite busy on the weekend and people from Brisbane flock to this area. Not only that, we also have 'The Emporium' which is close to us and is filled with wonderful restaurants of the highest quality and amazing boutiques and stores. You can also walk to Fortitude Valley, which is the night life and weekend market district, which also has China Town Mall where there is amazing Asian Restaurants at good prices. In Fortitude Valley, there is a pedestrian mall with 24 hour food places and all your usual take away places. There are also some great places to get $8 steaks with all the usual accompaniments so it's worth a look. The weekend markets are fun and there are a few '$2 shops' here as well if you need any basics including discount souvenirs. Brunswick Street, Connects to our street easily and is lined with restaurants, bars, art galleries, take away food, burger joints, IGA, Night Owl Convenience store open 24/7. Next to the intersection with Brunswick Street and Kent Street (Our street) is the outlook of the story bridge where you can enjoy the park and amazing view and also start the *short cut into the CBD* from our location, where you take the footpath direct, which goes under the Story Bridge itself and through to the center of the city via a River Walk (ten minutes from park) You can take the City Cat (five minutes walk from our place) to lots of great locations around Brisbane including the famed South bank which is really wonderful including a huge swimming pool and a man made beach as you look at the city skyline, surrounded by free BBQs, amazing parkland, performance center, art gallery, museum, science center, gallery of modern art and state library, it's easy to catch the city cat back to here and it's open really late. Also, don't forget the FREE inner city Ferry! If you have any need to know a place to eat, just ask us. We also have a huge amount of menus out for your to look at (as well as brouchers of things to do) so be sure to check them out. There are wonderful getaways with an 1 hour or so's drive....and beautiful day trips to think about: options include dolphins, islands, rainforests, beaches, swimming and more. If there is something particular you would like to do be sure to mention it to us as we may have some insider info for you. We have lots of information about things to see and do so if you would like some inspiration, let us know what kind of holiday you are looking for and we will make some suggestions and show you some flyers. The easiest train is Brunswick St Station (Fortitude Valley) which is where the night life is, this is one of the central major stops meaning you can go in pretty much any direction from here via train (including the Gold Coast, Roma Street Bus Terminal and The Airports) The train to the airport is a special train and is $16/each. If you would like a lift to the airport it can be arranged for $30. These local places I've mentioned are so close, if you aren't walking there, you are looking at around a $5 - $10 taxi COOKING You get to cook for yourself and enjoy the top of the line kitchen with granite benchtops and everything you will need to cook. Not to mention the BBQ in the outdoor garden BBQ equipped with party lights and music facilities and Insect Vac protection. Please ask to use BBQ. WALKING DISTANCE TO SUPERMARKETS: (Small Organic Market and Deli 5 minutes, Woolworths 10 Mins, IGA open til midnight 10 minutes, ALDI 15 minutes, Coles 15 minutes, Organic Market Gasworks 10 minutes, James St Fine food Market 10 minutes plus 24/7 convenience stores all walking distance. Fantastically affordable room in a very central location in New Farm/Teneriffe (a very desirable area) where you get to enjoy all of the aspects of the million dollar home. The room is located on the lower level of the house with a newly renovated bathroom, fully equipped modern kitchen with granite bench tops, breakfast bar, stools, gas stove, refrigerator, double sinks, dish washer, water filter and a full range of appliances ajoining a open plan leather lounge, flat screen TV, and stereo. The front door leads straight out onto the tropical gardens and private gas BBQ area at the rear of the property. The room has timber floors, a double bed, built in double clothes rack and draws, TV with all cable channels (foxtel) window, blinds, bedside table, desk, art work and lamp. We are in a residential area and yet within a very close walking distance from many different restaurants and entertaining establishments, we are in a quiet tree lined pocket of this desirable inner city suburb. Enjoy the beautiful greenery view from our upper level deck. Enjoy the bush scape serentity of Teneriffe Park, just a three minute walk will have you getting back to nature where you can enjoy a bush walk, playground and BBQ with some city views. Take a stroll along the teneriffe river walk taking you from the house to the renown New Farm Park, one of Brisbanes best parks which fronts the river. Want to eat out? We have three onsite BBQs, a cafe on each corner, a multitude of restaurants spoils you for choice all walking distance away, we have many different menus available for your perusal. Free street parking on Kent Street, out the front of the house (unlimited this side of the street, two hours the opposite side of the street) Want to Catch Public Transport? The most fun is the City Cat, a fast catermaran boat, will wizz you up or down the Brisbane River, taking in the sights where you can stand on the open front or back deck and feel the wind in your hair. There are heaps of bus options including the central "City Glider" a bus stop on the corner, so many bus options: Buses include the 199, the Night Bus N199, 196 (Brunswick st and Kent st) 193 (chester Street exit) as well as the city glider (express bus into the CBD from the Tenriffe Ferry/City Cat) The closest train station is Fortitude Valley ("the valley") 15 minutes walk away. We also offer airport pick ups or drop offs for $30 one way. Want a great view? The end of our street has a great view of the famous Story Bridge, on the top of the cliffs which offers a magnificent view, there is a park on the corner, with picnic tables and the ambience is great, day or night (there is also a public exercise station) this is often the backdrop featured on local TV shows. Want to go for a walk? Take the river walk to new farm park and back, walk to the valley in 15 minutes, walk to the center of the CBD in about 25 minutes, take a bush walk through the lovely local secret park called teneriffe park or anywhere you shoes choose to take you. If you want a big walk, you can walk to the top of the cliffs, under the story bridge, down to the city, through the botanical gardens and over the foot bridge to the famous Southbank. Want a coffee? Enjoy the sites of New Farm park, the amazing local hotspot, the New Farm Bowls club, where you can do barefoot lawn bowls with a mixed age crowd and enjoy very affordable drinks and food with a great view of the Brisbane River. There are summer moon light cinema in the park showing movies after dark, relax on beanbags, watch a film and have snacks and drinks. The amazing Powerhouse Arts Center is an amazing venue for all kinds of performing arts, including comedy, performers, arts shows complete with riverside restaurant, take the river walk to New Farm park to get there. The Judith Wright Centre is also walking distance and has on many various shows. Or simply relax in your room (or lounge) with your own TV with foxtel (cable television) with a large variety of channels including movies, there is fast WiFi throughout the property and you can relax on the amazing deck or the BBQ area down the back. The riverside boardwalk provides a nice stroll to New Farm Park and the Powerhouse. The boardwalk continues to snake along the river into the city. Teneriffe itself is a hub of entertainment with a plethora of options for restaurants, cafes, bars and boutique microbreweries. The London Club, Brio Cafe, What The Fork, Zero Fox and The Claret House are all downstairs. The acclaimed Italian restaurant Beccofino is metres away. A bottle shop and authentic Italian Gelateria are also just over the road from the building. The Gasworks shopping centre is just minutes away and also boasts a number of fine dining options.

It provided a very comfortable home for our 3 night stay, and we loved having a swim in the pool each morning. The gasworks shopping centre is also a short stroll down the road and includes a variety of fine dining experiences and a local Woolworths.

  • Simply put Ashley's place is great. It's well designed and decorated 1 bedroom apartment with a large and well lighted living room (the photos might give the impression that it's not but it is!!) placed in a 3 stories old wool manufacturer transformed into a series of apartments. It is a great place for 1 or 2, located at only 5min walk from a Cat river boat stop (allowing you to go to the CBD & shopping malls in about 20min or to the GOMA in about 40min door to door), a 20min walk or 6-9 AUD Uber ride from the area where all the nightclubs and bars are (Brunswick St) We found the apartment well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals or breakfasts but the entrance of the building is sitting in a raw of 5ish restaurants and bars (open until 23:30) where you can have breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner at a reasonable price (10-20 AUD/person) As a guest Ashley was perfect. Very supportive to get us the key, give us advices on the things to do, very reactive and allowed to leave our bags the last day as our flight was at 20:00. I couldn't recommend more Ashley's place. Next time I go to Brisbane I won't look any further if his apartment is available:)

The beds are soooo comfy and they really have thought of everything the little touches everywhere did not go unnoticed. Absolutely would recommend this gorgeous house. If you stay here be sure to make the trip to Eat Street Markets only about 10 minutes away, and make sure you drive to the top of the hill for that view! Also, we absolutely adored having the big wide street of glorious old houses to park in, not like cramped crappy hotel parking with only one space! Loved every second of our stay. Thank you so much!

    The apartment features an extra large living space, TV, polished floors, open plan kitchen, two bathrooms, security building with CCTV, air-conditioning & internal laundry. The main bedroom offers a luxurious king size bed & there's also another queen bed located in the second loft bedroom. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 but can accomodate up to 6 by using the lounge suite which turns into an additional bed if needed.
    It's centrally located amongst all of Teneriffe/New Farm's best cafe's, restaurants and bars. You can pop downstairs and enjoy some of our local favourites such as Beccofino for Italian, Samson & Sophie for coffee, The Sourced Grocer for brunch & drinks at The Powerhouse.

A perfect spot to keep you stay in tune with the city while enjoying the quieter neighbourhood. There is a gym and a pool table at the building. We enjoyed the additional benefits too.     My place, is a renovated 1920s Queenslander. You have access to the entire downstairs section, (master bedroom, private bathroom, rumpus room, kitchenette and pool) 6 minutes walk to the Brisbane River for Public Transport access, City Cat, bus. Restaurants, movie cinema, take-away gourmet pizza, convenience store, take-away liquor cellar are located within 5 minutes walk and a further 5 minutes by car to the vibrant Oxford St precinct (restaurants, cinemas, shopping, bars, supermarket).
    As my guest, you will have access to the entire downstairs section of my home. A spacious, comfortable and inviting bedroom, fully air conditioned, awaits you at the end of your long day. To freshen up, adjoining the bedroom, is your own private bathroom. Containing a large shower and vanity, you can take your time to wash away the remnants of the day. Ample to room to move around, will enhance your experience during your stay. If you just feel like relaxing, a large rumpus room awaits. A comfortable lounge, widescreen TV, fridge and bar (no beverages included) are some of the facilities available to allow you to fully chill. A kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery is also available should you feel like a snack or light breakfast. Stepping outside, you can enjoy a dip the in-ground swimming pool or relax on the surrounding timber deck.
    The Hawthorne area is just 2km from the CBD, Southbank and Fortitude Valley precincts. Approximately a $20 Uber ride or 20 minutes via a CityCat ferry, will have you enjoying these vibrant parts of Brisbane. You will also have convenient access to major sporting venues like, The Gabba and Suncorp Stadium. Should you wish to stay local, the Hawthorne and adjoining Bulimba area offers cinemas, numerous restaurants & bars, supermarket and boutique shopping. Some are just 5-8 minutes walking distance from my home. Although this convenience is close by, if you wish to stay in, a nice quiet and tranquil environment awaits. This is the beauty of choosing my home whilst you next visit to Brisbane.

    Welcome to one of the most coveted spaces in Brisbane. My luxury two-storey home is incredibly spacious and expansive, making this a stately modern home perfect for families and groups. Located in quiet New Farms, my property guarantees privacy and seclusion, but remaining within reach of the centres like Brisbane CBD (15 min by bus) and Chinatown (15 min by bus). A stay at my house will give you a taste of premium Northern Australian living - Palatial, opulent and basked in the Australian sun.
    Upon entering my luxury two-storey home, you will find the kitchen. This wide workspace is equipped with high-end kitchen appliances from the world’s leading manufacturers, and is surrounded by high-capacity pantries to store everything you need to conjure up a meal. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay. There is also an expansive breakfast counter, accompanied by high wooden bar stools. The large dining table has a clean wood and glass design, and serves multiple purposes, whether it as a space for a quiet intimate dinner for a couple, or as a workspace, in utilising the high-speed unlimited WiFi provided. Further on is the living room, furnished with large, plush sofas, from where you can comfortably view Australia’s variety of broadcasting services on the large flat-screen television. To maximise your comfort, my home has air conditioners so you can regulate the temperature for your satisfaction. There is also a wooden piano, which you are welcome to play throughout your stay. From the living room, the patio can be easily accessed, giving you greater freedom and ease of movement throughout my property. Upstairs, I have three bedrooms which can house up to six guests in my 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Each bed has hotel-quality linen and bedding that will provide respite to any weary traveller. To ensure your satisfaction, all bedding is professionally cleaned every stay and if replaced regularly In every room, there is ample space to store your luggage during your stay, and there are also air conditioners to enhance your stay at my home by helping you sleep comfortably. Off the main bedroom, there is a small balcony from where you can relax in private while gazing over the Brisbane cityscape. Most bedrooms are equipped with assets which also provide you with the best experience while staying in my home. They have smaller flat-screen TVs where you can watch Australian broadcasting from the comfort of bed, and there are bedside tables with lamps, with which you can read and fall asleep by after a long day of exploring Brisbane. My home is also equipped with two bathrooms, and I have a total of two showers and one bathtub. The luxurious bathrooms are furnished with faux marble tiling, and high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft cotton towels provided for you. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink. The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board. My home also has multiple large outdoor areas, which can be used to entertain and to host dinner parties. The main area is the large wooden patio that can be seen immediately once you enter the front gate. Surrounded by high walls from the outside, this area is secluded and is a premium deck for entertaining, which is enhanced by the shaded outdoor dining table. This dining table is directly outside the living room, providing you ease of access throughout the property. The other outdoor area is on the second-storey, and includes a retractable cover, for use year-round in spite of weather conditions. I have provided an outdoor barbeque and wicker furniture to enhance your stay at my home. Ample street car parking is available in front of the house. My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend. It is also close to Brisbane’s cultural, business and social centres, including Brisbane Chinatown (12 minutes by bus), Queen Street Mall (16 minutes by bus) and the performing arts theatre, Brisbane Powerhouse (16 minutes walk).
