Shopping Centre
“I Love it here as it has over 50 high street stores, cafes and restaurants. Our anchor stores include M&S, Primark, Debenhams and Next. We also have a Vue Cinema, Casino and Bingo venue on site. Parking is ample and free - all day, every day. They are open until 7.30Pm every weekday. Westwood Cross strives to maintain a clean, friendly and safe shopping environment. There are designated disabled and parent and child parking spaces located around the whole of the car park as well as 5 electric car charging points. The car park is under CCTV surveillance and is patrolled by both Euro Car Parks and our own security team. ”

Historic Site
“Discovered in 1835, Margate's Shell Grotto is an astonishing find; 21 metres of winding passages decorated with 4.6 million shells. The walls are covered in images of gods and goddesses, trees of life and patterns of whelks, mussels and oysters. Some think it is an ancient Pagan grotto, others that it is simply an ornate Regency folly; but with no definitive explanation or history, the Shell Grotto is Kent's greatest mystery. “If you stumbled upon this place, you probably wouldn't go in... it's an incredibly odd looking industrial shipping building at the end of a harbour arm. But walk inside, and you get a cool atmosphere, a real mix of customers and beautiful seafood reflecting the catch of the day. You can also park right outside if you can navigate around the fisherman. ”
