Great attention to detail in this cottage - Real oak floors, great paint job & trim work. Plates all match each other! and silverware are all matched. Kitchen cabinets are beautiful too. Cottage has good privacy once inside. Great art work and attention to overall feeling and balance of decor. Wife is trained in Feng Shui and she says "good Feng Shui!" Good lighting. Nightstands on both sides of the bed were appreciated! Great, fun bedding : fluffy and luxurious with wonderful pillows. Great, quiet dishwasher and good fridge. Well-stocked kitchen with most things we needed.

Chris's guest house is adorable, so comfortable, and super clean. It was exactly what I needed for a little getaway. Restaurants and supermarkets were about an 8 minute drive. The house was filled with everything you need. Honestly...you don't even need to leave. I look forward to coming back in the summer and take advantage of the nearby beach.

We had a great time at this adorable guest house. It was extremely spacious and bright with a very homey feel. It rained one of the days we stayed here but the home was so cozy it was really the tranquil weekend we needed!

Chris’s guesthouse was amazing! It was fantastically appointed & incredibly comfortable, in a great location! Chris made the experience very easy, from a thorough check in description, very quick responses, and a house stocked of thoughtful items (coffees, teas, water bottles, shampoo, etc). We stayed off-season and found this summer house cozy and warm in the winter! I highly recommend this property!

Bryan's space is lovely. The bedroom is comfy, the kitchenette has a good amount of space, and the bathroom is lovely and beautiful. Yes, there is a bath tub in the living room, but once you slip into that warm bubble bath, looking out into the night sky beyond, and watch a movie from the tub, you'll find yourself wondering... maybe all living rooms should have bath tubs!?

Bryan's place is in a great secluded location, but still only a short drive from several restaurants and less than ten minutes out of Sag Harbor. Check in was a breeze and Bryan was super accommodating, readily available for local advice and had stocked the fridge with some essentials prior to our arrival. The enclosed dog run makes this place a must for anyone traveling with pets.

We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary in Bryan’s space. He was very thoughtful, providing snacks and breakfast along with maps of the area and bird seed for us to take on a hike he told us about before we arrived. The place was super well located and since it was dog friendly, our dog had a great time enjoying the area and playing in the backyard enclosed dog run he had. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to return!

Bryan’s a very welcoming host, nothing too much trouble. The space is very cosy, well set up and in a nice quiet part of the Hamptons. Sag Harbour village is very close and is a wonderful little village. Would definitely stay again!

A girlfriend and I picked Bryan's Artist apartment to attend a girlfriend's wedding. When we arrived it was a lovely quaint little little place. Sadly we only stayed a few hours, as per request of the bride she wanted us to stay with her at the Inn, as we had not seen her in over 10 years. We felt awful and knew we would not get a refund, but the bride gets what she want's on her big day. Bryan was amazing, he actually reimbursed us a portion of the money, which he was not obligated to do and he brought us an item we had forgotten to the Inn, which required a ferry ride. He went above and beyond, it was so appreciated! We will be back!

Thank you, Bryan for providing me with a quiet, comfortable spot to decompress. I love this little apartment and I would come back in heart beat. It has everything I needed and was close to the areas I enjoy most. Thanks for everything.

Amazing find in Sag Harbor! Bryan was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The apartment felt just like home, and our dog loved the fenced in area behind the house!

I liked that Bryan's place is close to the bay, I enjoyed spending time there, watching sunsets, and taking my dog for walks. The place itself was fine, it had a bit of a musty smell though which stayed in my clothes even after departure, but it's fine for a couple day's stay. Thank you for your hospitality Bryan.

A friend and I stayed here while getting out of the city for the long weekend. It was cozy and the perfect crash pad in between activities and at night! Would recommend choosing to stay here while you explore Long Island!

Good place!

Lovely stay at the bay. This area between the bay and ponquogue bridge could not be more picturesque. Just a quick walk or drive down the road to beach or town. The room was much more spacious than anticipated. Particularly the bathroom was nice and open with a sizable tiled walk in shower built with a bench. There bath/shower products and though I always bring my own, this stood out among the thoughtful amenities. Along the entry, a long sofa table with coffee maker and tea leave room for seating. Underneath it, a fridge and microwave are a couple more convenient touches. Had a fantastic stay in HB.

Perfect little suburban hideaway near beautiful bay. Makes a perfect getaway any time of the year. Elizabeth was sweet, communicative, and attentive and was able to make recommendations for places to check out in the area. I hope to stay again soon!

Great location, perfect secret place for a week end off season...

I went to sag habor for a quick weekend with my boyfriend. We loved the space and were in walking distance from town and the beach. Would love to visit again sometime in the future.

Roisin's place was perfect for a winter weekend away from the city. We used the fireplace every day and the location could not have been better. Will definitely be back soon!

Everything was amazing about this place. From the fireplace to the jacuzzi and the huge bed! Me and my girlfriend had the most relaxing time ever and Roisin was an amazing host! We will definitely be back!

Great place for a weekend getaway

Roisin’s apartment is a quick drive away from Main St. in Sag Harbor in a very safe, quiet area. There is a private entrance to the apartment and convenient off-street parking in the driveway just steps from the entrance. The apartment was beautiful with a spacious bathroom and master bedroom. Everything was spotless. We came for a long weekend in the winter (February) and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Andy’s place is beautiful and chic! It is perfect for a weekend getaway in the Hamptons. The cottage was very clean and warm (in February). It’s a short drive or a quick walk to the restaurants and shops in Sag Harbor. The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe. I highly recommend Andy’s place!

I came with four friends for a girls winter weekend getaway from the city. I expected the home to be beautiful but there were so many touches that went beyond our expectations. The hosts were good about being in touch and everything went very smoothly. Since it was winter, the house provided everything we needed. The beds are comfortable, you can charge your phone everywhere. There are magazines and games. It was so cozy and relaxing. The room with the TV is downstairs and a little smaller than I expected, but we all fit fine and enjoyed watching Netflix. I’d absolutely come again! Great for friends or family.

We had the most magical time in Sag Harbor! Six of us went for a cozy New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. From the decor to the vibe of the house to clearly communicating with Riley, every single need was met. We loved it in the winter and can’t wait to go back this summer! A perfect getaway from NYC, with everything you could ask for in a cozy home in the Hamptons!

Our family of four stayed for four nights and absolutely loved the place. Every little detail has been thought of and the location is perfect for exploring the area. My boys loved the entry level living space, separated just enough from the main area to let them make some noise without bothering the wife and I upstairs. My wife loved all the tiny amenities and how well they were integrated with the house, such as phone chargers in every bed room that are so tastefully installed you don't even see them till the moment you go to plug one in yourself. I loved the upstairs living area, with its broad coffee table that easily fit our 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle and gave people room to stretch out. Would 100% stay here again when visiting the area.

Great cozy spot in Sag Harbor — highly recommend for couples or small families. We were there over the winter break and really enjoyed our stay... the place is nicely decorated, clean... with lots of thoughtful finishing touches (marlin and goetz toiletries, beach towels, sonos speakers, welcome gifts etc.) host was also super responsive and easy to communicate with ... we hope to be back again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here. The amenities from the Alexa integrated Sonos speakers, access to Smart TV streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc), comfortable beds and living space were all top notch. Riley provided welcome information, things to do in the area, and easy check in/check out experience. Great time, hope to come back some day.

This place is the reason I love airbnbs so much. There were so many special touches from muffins and cookies upon our arrival, toiletries, waters and seltzers, local map/info, backpack for adventuring, etc. The space was sparkling clean and in a good location not far from town. Such a great home base to explore Sag Harbor and close to the ferry to Shelter Island!

Jim’s Hampton’s home is exactly as described - charming and classic. It’s cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped. Our group - coming from the City - especially appreciated the train access. Jim is extremely responsive and we had a fair amount of questions. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Jim's place. The house is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway from the city. Check-in was completely easy, with a keypad to let yourself in when you arrive. It has 4 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 2 with 2 twin beds, so it easily sleeps 8. The rest of the house is spacious - there are 3 bathrooms, a good-sized living room and kitchen, and dining room table that sits 8. We were there during the winter, so we did not utilize the outdoor space, but it looked beautiful with a large yard, pool, and deck with grill. All of the place was clean and it was well-stocked with towels and other amenities. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The house is located right in Southampton - just down the road from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the Jitney stop. I walked from the Jitney at night which I would not recommend - there are no street lights or sidewalks! But it is an easy walk from the train station at any time of day, and in the future I would take a cab or Uber from the Jitney stop. The house is about a 10 minute drive from Cooper's Beach and a 15 minute walk from Stop and Shop and Tate's Bakery. We had a lovely sunset walk on the beach and nice morning walk around town with Tate's in-hand. Jim was very easy to communicate with - he responded quickly on AirBnB messenger and was very friendly.

Yvonne & Dan's place is in a fantastic location, the walk into East Hampton was just the right distance. The house was ideal if you don't want to eat out all the time with a full kitchen. Heating was zoned, two huge televisions and immediate hot water in the shower. Yvonne always responded within 20 mins for check in and out. Cannot wait to look this place up again for our next trip.

I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in East Hampton. The cottage is walking distance from Main Street. The cottage itself is beautifully redone and was stocked with everything we needed - including coffee and Tate’s cookies! Parking was also a plus.

Yvonne & Dan's Carriage House is the perfect East Hampton Airbnb for a long weekend/ week for two. There were lots of little touches and amenities such as Tates cookies and coffee waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for cooking and dining in. The space is clearly very new and well designed and was the perfect little duplex for us to relax in. It's also a great location, walking distance to the East Hampton shops and restaurants and a short drive from the beach. Yvonne and Dan were also very helpful hosts and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again!

The cottage is stylish, impeccably clean, and well appointed. The space feels new and has all the modern conveniences you could want including a very nice and fully equipped kitchen. There are many beautiful houses in Sag Harbor, but in addition to its beauty and the enchanting setting it offers, it is truly cocooning, inhabited by a charming and available couple, never stingy with their advice and friendly attentions. Staying at 320 Main Street is a bit like visiting family, only better!

The perfect place for a quiet getaway. The home is spacious, well-appointed, and beautiful - just a few minutes walk from several lovely beaches, perfect for a morning run or afternoon stroll. Fantastic views of the water from the house itself. Great kitchen for cooking with a large dining table for family style dinners. As we were there in the winter, amenities like the fireplace, steam shower, and hot tub were an added bonus for cold weather. It's a short drive from East Hampton (including the train station); we never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a taxi service.

And even helped walk us through the sauna operation. The house has a luxurious feel with cool decor, the amenities are so nice especially the pool of course, it's clean, and great for families/groups traveling together. Theresa is very responsive and the check-in/check out process was very easy. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely like to stay at the house again!

Anton and his wife are such lovely human beings. Their home is so charming and was the perfect mini getaway for my boyfriend and I for NYE. We wanted a chill relaxed home-away-from home to ring in the New Year and Anton’s home was perfect. The location is so convenient too - just a few blocks away from downtown where all the cute little shops and restaurants are. And the view of the water from their back deck is quite something. Thank you to the two of them for a wonderful stay and lots of pleasant conversation.

Sag Harbor was not our first choice, but it was close to Montauk. When I was browsing through places and found Anton's place which caught my eye. Reading the reviews and looking at pictures, raised an interest to the place. Our first impression was not what we expected. Anton and his wife were very hospitable and welcoming. The room was very best and clean. Specially during winter it was nice cozy and comfortable. We had a good night sleep and a good breakfast.

Anton has an incredible place in the heart of sag harbor. Incredible hosts and made me feel like home. Thank you and can’t wait for my return.

The view from his place is stunning and the location is perfect for a short stroll into town, and a base to explore nearby attractions. The room we stayed in was lovely with a big en-suite. Anton’s wife provides an excellent breakfast too. We would love to return sometime!

Jen’s tiny home is super cute and exactly the cozy and sweet getaway my boyfriend and I were looking for! All of the touches throughout the house were very well thought out and made it very homey. The location was within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. We wanted to visit the Hamptons/Montauk during off season times, but I hope we can come back and experience this home with all it has to offer during seasonal times!

Fantastic location, Jen was so considerate and even shoveled our walkway during the snowstorm. Very peaceful, quiet and private. Plenty of space for a couple with a clean kitchen with all the amenities. Such cute style, like a dream cottage from a fairytale book.

This place is perfect. Wish we had found it sooner. We traveled with our 1 year old and it worked great for us. We used our travel blackout curtains to help with the skylight and she napped like a dream. This place has everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended!!

Great place everything was perfect!

Cottage nicely decorated and very well equipped. The provision of bicycles, sunbathing, and more generally all beach accessories is very significant. The house is well located for exploring Southampton. We regret that Jen was not more responsive to answering our messages, some of which remained unanswered.

Quaint, homey, clean rooms. Almost everything is a few minutes away by car. Not much to walk to but a sweet little ice-rink-and-minigolf place.

Apartment was in great condition, check in was easy through Airbnb. Booked the day before with no issue. Host upgraded me to a queen sized bed. Had to check out very early due to a family emergency, there was an Express checkout box so I did not have to wait for staff to show. Called the office with the intent to leave a message about my express checkout and had someone pick up. Have booked here once before without air BNB and am happy I came back

Great spot for a Sag Harbor/Hamptons getaway. David’s place is extremely cozy and close to town. We came during offseason and thought it was a great value. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place, especially the second floor suite, and sparkling clean. Everything worked, and Lisa was great to deal with. She left lights on for our arrival after dark and responded quickly to our couple of texts.

Our stay was during the Christmas holiday and Lisa was great to add some holiday spirit with decorations. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans. The entire house was great, it is close to the beach, and to the town of Sag Harbor. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend the house to others.

Style and comfort in fashionable East Hampton. We spent 2 wonderful nights here in January 2020. The place is well thought out and beautifully designed. We were even able to make use of the bikes and the helmets to cycle to the beach and town on an unseasonably warm January morning. Staff very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Such a cute spot and the manager really made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed the stylish decor and the complimentary smores by the firepit since we were there in the winter! Journey is like a motel in that the rooms lead straight to the outside but definitely way classier. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfy. I could imagine this place could get noisy in the summer since the walls are fairly thin but in the winter it wasn't a problem. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Journey East Hampton! Juan upgraded us to a suite at no charge. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I also appreciated the continental breakfast in the morning. I hope to come back when the weather is nicer and we can enjoy the outdoor space.

Juan, the GM, was very hospitable and accommodating , and we enjoyed the space there and being able to take the bikes for a ride down to the beach! Loved the decor, shower and the comfy bed! The perfect place to stay for a weekend in the Hamptons. Close enough to East Hampton and Amagansett that we were able to take advantage of the free bike rental and take in the sites that way. The space is beautiful and feels very cosy. The beds are amazing.

The house was clean, modern and in a great location. It's a good place to stay when exploring the Hamptons or spending time with family and friends in a quiet but central location. Check-In/Out with the lockbox makes everything easy. Good hosts.

The location is not to be underestimated. The house was amazing, but it's location and surroundings are even better. Nestled just north of the highway, this home is close to everything. What's even better its it's surrounding. Words and tranquility await at this home. You'll be completely surrounded by nature. Upon our arrival a deer came out and walked right up within 15 feet of us. It was a real sight! The house was great. Can't wait to stay again. That pool was calling my name

This place was great. Very clean, thoughtful extras, well decorated, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Pool looked great but it's January. Open and spacious, wish it wasn't a business trip b/c it's perfect for a family or two but mid week rates were very affordable.

I booked this home for my brother and his wife and baby over the holidays and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great because it’s just a short drive into town yet it is very quiet and cozy. Upon arrival the house was very clean and exactly like the photos. I would definitely recommend this for a cozy winter stay out East and I’m sure it’s even better in the spring/summer months!!

Michael was a wonderful host - communicative and responsive - and his apartment was absolutely stunning. We could appreciate the attention to detail on every piece of the design and layout that all made this a comfortable and superbly high quality apartment to stay in.

Looking like it was renovated six minutes ago, this immaculate and perfectly-decorated home wowed us from start to finish. Michael was a great host, and we appreciated the water in the fridge, the fluffy towels and bathrobes, and the comfortable vibe. The house is about a mile from the center of town. After the first few blocks along a busy road, it's a nice walk through residential Sag Harbor. We had a great time staying at Michael's place, and if we ever return to the Hamptons, we'll be sure to book with him again.

Stayed at Andy’s cottage with my wife and our toddler for two nights and we couldn’t be happier. There’s a full kitchen in the cottage to keep food refrigerated and cook meals for our baby, and washer dryer if needed. In addition to the main bedroom there’s a smaller bedroom with a single bed, which was a nice surprise. We’d love to come back. Thanks Andy!

Lovely place close to all the main attractions in Sag Harbor. Extremely responsive and easy to work with. Check-in was a breeze. It was too cold to use the pool but I can imagine what a perk that would be. Would book again!

The house was clean, well-located, and easy to access. We were there for the Sag Harbor Music Festival and were able to walk to all of the music venues. The house is furnished well, given the small space, and the kitchen definitely met our needs. Not fancy, but very nice for two persons.

Andy’s cottage was fabulous. Just the space I needed for a last minute work trip. She communicated quickly and had the place ready. It was private and had most amenities I anticipated. I will try and book again on my business trips.

Andy was a great host and we had a wonderful time at the cottage. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor deck space with a grill in the backyard, as well as the shared access to the pool. Also, the location was fantastic! Andy's cottage was less than a 15 minute walk to downtown Sag Harbor, which was lovely for walking around and visiting the local shops and restaurants. It was also a 15 minute drive to East Hampton Main Beach. The cottage had everything we needed for a week-long stay and was a great value. While the place is on the smaller side, we expected that based on other reviews and found the cottage to be cozy, not cramped. I would definitely recommend Andy's cottage for a couple or group of three to have a nice relaxing stay in Sag Harbor.

Andy's place feels like a homey little nest. Every single thing you look for will be there whether it be a coffee maker or a washing machine. The location is perfect and a lovely walk to Sag Harbor through quiet neighborhood streets.

It is fantastically beautiful with Anton ... the hospitable welcome and stay was very pleasant and we got a lot of tips for the Umgebung.Kann recommend the accommodation very clear. The location is top and quiet.

The house and surroundings are lovely, and we really enjoyed the relaxed vibe. It was just a quick walk down Main Street to the center of town. Anton and Lindley were incredibly warm and hospitable, helping us make the most of our long weekend. We'd definitely return!

Nanette & Jaime's place was great and conveniently located in btwn the hamptons and the north fork! We really enjoyed our short stay and think its a great house for relaxing. It was impeccably clean, and all of our questions were met with a speedy response! We definitely will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here it was very clean and so beautifully decorated and really enjoyed getting to relax in the hot tub after a long day. This place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Nanette and Jamie were excellent hosts. They took time of their day to tell us of all the amenities they offer. It was Valentine’s night and gave us all the privacy we needed after that! Definitely coming back to try out that jacuzzi when it’s not as cold!

Lovely place! We recommend Claudia's appartement. It is wide, well-furnished, clean and cozy. Claudia is super reactive and the neighborhood is nice. There are no real windows (since it is a basement) but we knew it and did not tarnish our experience. Thank again!

We just returned from an impromptu weekend getaway and we had a great relaxing time at Angie’s place. The location is amazing - minutes from the Main Street. The home is minimalist yet very stylish. The kitchen is great and so is the living room. The beds were comfortable. A plus is that the house is dog friendly! Would def book again!

Xiao's place was really clean, very beautiful and super spacious! We had everything we need! We felt rested after our time there. The house is surrounded by trees and very close to different beaches. It is also really close to East Hamptons, Sag Harbor, and Montauk, where you can have nice meals and walks. We are sure we will come back! Thank you, Xiao!

Everything was as expected. Cozy warm well taken care of. Would recommend for people who want to stay in Hamptons or near Montauk. Close to a lot of restaurants and sights. Only issue was leftover food in the mini fridge that we ourselves had to toss. There is a slight ant issue in bathroom floor on clothes, towels, etc. Bed creaks when moving around at night. Other than those slight issues, it was perfect.

Modern, clean and tranquil! I had a great stay in Xiao’s place. Peet’s coffee and a selection of Harney’s teas were great perks! Would definitely return.

We had a great stay at Stuart's house in the Hampton's. We had one initial issue when we arrived which he had resolved within 30 minutes. It's a beautiful home, incredibly comfy beds and a lovely setting. It's a quick 7 minute walk to the beach, and a short drive to both Amagansett and East Hampton. He was great to communicate with, and gave a lot of information on the local area and where to eat etc... We would definitely recommend to others as well as staying again ourselves.

Very clean, everything was there that we needed. We enjoyed a quiet weekend with our family, starting fires in the working fireplace, and walks around the quiet neighborhood.

Easy driving distance to stores and restaurants and the space itself is beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities. We had a wonderful winter getaway with our three month old at this house. It is exactly as describe and the location is terrific. Making a fire each night in the fireplace was our favorite part!
