The landlord is very kind, and his reply is very timely. He often asks me if I need help or if I have any questions. He keeps a lot of food in the fridge, so guests can eat as they like, which is great. Since my bus did not leave until two hours after the prescribed check-out time, the landlord made thoughtful arrangements for me to delay the check-out for two hours and took great care of me. Oia is a very beautiful place and I enjoyed the evening here.

Dennis is a great host! He gave us very useful tip and help us with rides to the airport. The place was nice and a great variety of food and drinks are provided. We had a really wonderful stay!

Dennis’ place is perfect. Great view, right in the middle of oia and near markets, bakeries and restaurants. A great choice when booking in oia.

Great location with very nice view of both sunset and sunrise. The Main Street of Oia is just outside the house. So clean with great amenities like the illy coffee machine, but can be abit noisy with the restaurant being next door, you could hear dragging of furniture especially during closing time. Other than the kitchen staff and a few tourists, the front pouch is pretty private. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful cave house in Pygros. We were visiting in Nov so many of the restaurants were closed. However, there was still lots to do around the area. The bus is located with 5-7 mins walk and will take you to the main bus terminal to get around the island. Highly recommend staying here if you want to stay away from the craziness of Thira or Oia.

Dear Catherine, It was pleasure to stay at your apartment, we spent there a nice time. Also the location of your apartment for traveling within an island is the best. Moreover we enjoyed the small town atmosphere. Fotis was excellent guide in all topics. What we missed were the bathrobes nevertheless this was minor lack. I recommend the stay in Santorini at your property!

Absolutely beautiful apartment with amazing views of the sunset. The private hot tub is lovely after a long day of walking. There are a crazy number of stairs to get to the top, but it is 100% worth it. Use the port shuttle if you are coming by ferry. It’s very confusing to navigate and this made it so much easier! Catherine arranged this for us very last minute and was more than happy to help us with anything we needed. Doris also arranged an airport shuttle when we were leaving and was a pleasure to deal with. Short, but sweet stay in Santorini! ❤️

Impressive is the word that best describes this place. The place is beautiful and has everything you need to spend a great stay. Communication is great and Fotis's treatment was unbeatable. I asked for marriage in this place and received a great help from Catherine and Fotis, I highly recommend that you ask for the romantic dinner, it is too worth it! This place is in an area with an impressive view, outside the hustle and bustle of the center, you have to climb stairs but they are not so many and worth the view. After touring the entire island, my fiancee and I agree that it is the best place to stay (if you rent a car, it is a must to do so) I highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!

You will not regret it booking this. I stumbled upon Catherine’s place and I booked it almost immediately. Pyrgos is such an authentic Greek town. The views are incredible from the suites. Catherine’s assistant was such a genuinely nice guy made us feel super comfortable and if nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast on the terrace was amazing and the hot tub is just exquisite. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

This space is beautiful, clean, and stylish. The view of Santorini is incredible! It is located in a neat part of the island with lots of winding streets to explore. There is an car/atv rental super close to allow easy access to the rest of the island. We took up Catherine's offer of a private transport to and from, which was nice when we arrived by Ferry (since it was unexpectedly delayed 4 hours) but I think a bit unnecessary to the airport. It was 15 euro for this "private" transport (so 30 for the two of us). However, it was through a private company and not private for just us. It arrived close to 20 minutes late in the morning and was a bus full of people. I would recommend taking a taxi to/from the airport.

Host was responsive and helpful in arranging our transfer to/from the property. We had a small mixup with being double booked. The host handled this well and upgraded us to a much larger unit to make up for the error. All in all it was a beautiful stay and would definitely book again.

This is the best AirB&B we have stayed in so far - beautiful place, charming location and outstanding hosts! We didn't get to meet Catherine but Fotis made sure we felt at home all the time. We can't wait to be back in Pyrgos...!

We highly recommend this cute little terracotta house! The view is simply amazing... We also had a relaxing time in Oia in February. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed so there were few people in streets and this was the laid-back feeling we were hoping to get.

Amazing Place to stay, with Beautiful views - Even in Winter!!

Nicoletta’s place has one of the best view in Santorini, we enjoyed very much the stay. We were awaken by the sunlight come into the room and the balcony is also facing south so we had great sunshine during the day . She also give us very detailed tips about things to do here, we’re very thankful of her hospitality. If we come back here again, will definitely choose her again.

Nicoletta’s property is incredible. Everything you’ve ever thought about Santorini exists in this beautiful property: the aesthetic of the decor, the seaside view, the charm of the surrounding streets. It was like waking up in the middle of a movie every single day. In addition to the beauty of the property, Nicoletta’s hospitality was INCREDIBLE. My boyfriend and I stayed in Oía during the off season and were nervous about navigating the towns (a lot of shops are closed and there are significantly less people on the island). Nicoletta sat down with us and gave a list of every restaurant and attraction that was open. It made our lives so much easier! I know people say this a lot, but my boyfriend and I WILL be returning to Greece and it’s because of people like Nicoletta. Do yourself a favor and stay in this magical place!

Absolutely AMAZING experience! Hard to put into words. Nicoletta was remarkably kind, generous, and hospitable to us. Arranged a shuttle for us, met us at the shuttle drop-off to escort us to her home through the adorable alley ways of Oia, and gave us a fascinating narrated tour along the walk! She made thoughtful recommendations and responded within minutes to the few questions we had during our stay. She even volunteered to have our e-visas before we left for Turkey. House was INCREDIBLE with some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. Watched sunsets from balcony with excellent espressos from her espresso machine. Treasure of an experience. I will stay here every time I visit!! I also want to send everyone I know to her!

This was my first AirBnB experience, and I couldn’t be happier about my choice! Mariela is a really kind person and taught me interesting techniques, and I didn’t have any knowledge about watercolor. This experience is for everyone, if you don’t know anything about painting or drawing, Mariela will kindly teach you. It was a real pleasure to spend my morning with her, I felt relaxed. Even though it was raining, she found a way to carry out the experience and made me feel comfortable. You can note she actually IS a teacher (and a good one). Now I found an amazing and easy way to record my travel memories.

Watching the sunset in a hot tub with a glass of wine. Pure heaven. A great place to relax. Bed very comfortable with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the sun. A home away from home. A great workout as you climb the 152 steps to enjoy the town of Oia. Pano was a great host and quick in replying to requests.

Panos' cave house is exactly as advertised, but there really is no doing justice to the view of the sunset and Ammoudi Bay. A wonderful place to slowdown and watch the boat traffic. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast on the patio is an incredible touch. The porter who helped us with our bags was very accommodating, and Panos arranged for all transport (have cash$ to pay for this). All in all, a terrific stay in an indescribable locale. This “cave” as they call these cliff side homes was PERFECTION! From arrival to departure we were taken care of with car service and bag service to the room, which includes toting the bags up and down many stairs. The woman who provided daily cleaning and breakfast to us every day was very friendly and kind. The sunset view is breathtaking and likely the best on the island. We are also far enough away from the tourists that you feel secluded on your own private villa.Everything was very clean and well decorated with plenty of places for food and shopping within a very close walk. Our only con was that it would be nice to have some sort of sign saying “Private Area” or blockade (gate, rope) blocking off our patio because we did have random people come up into our area multiple times thinking they could go through the patio to get to somewhere else. Many of them villas near us had this type of small white gate but ours did not. I am so glad we booked this!

The cave house was absolutely breathtaking and exactly what we wanted. Everything was beautiful and the best sunset views. I hope to return one day and stay for longer.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it so much that we decided to stay here again. This is prime real estate and the views of the sunset are amazing. Panos is an amazing host. He was very flexible and allowed us to store our luggage as well as arranging the transportation since our ferry didn’t leave until late in the afternoon.

We had a great time in Santorini, the villa was lovely. Amazing views and convenient to one of our new favorite restaurants in the world, Metaxi Mas (pro tip, make a reservation!). We really appreciated Daniel and the staff who arranged everything from the free airport transfer, to arranging the rental car, to the local tips of places to check out around the island. We came during the off-season, which was nice and quiet. We'd love to come again.

The place is beautiful with a stunning view. Warm welcoming from the host and thanks to be so helpful to respond to our needs during the stay. The location information is also very useful for our first-time visit in Santorini.

First the bad: They have an unfair way of pricing the nights. A couple of days after I booked, the price dropped 30% and Daniel did not agreed to change it. Also the location is not the best for Santorini. You will need to rent a car and drive 30 min to get to the happening. The good: The service and place is unbelievable. Also, if you are looking for privacy might be best to stay here than in the crowdy City Center.

This place was really great. We had awesome hot jacuzzi which we leaned are heads back looked at the starts at night. There is a smart TV which we used for moves and really enjoyed the service of a 24 butler

A few minutes walk into Pyrgos center, great views of the ocean which we enjoyed from the hot tub, the bed is really comfortable as well, has a small fridge with thoughtful breakfast items, felt very private, they picked up us from the port which we appreciated as well, the staff helping us were very welcoming and helpful

It was a luxurious experience to stay at this airbnb location! It was like staying at a hotel, with our receptionist reachable by phone 24/7 and our driver getting us back and from the airport. Great view and really enjoyed the hot tub. Loved the small touches with the complementary wine and yogurt in the fridge . Would definitely recommend!

This small boutique hotel is beautiful! The room was gorgeous, the Pool is so blue and the 6€ breakfast is delicious. Stefanos did a great job at explaining everything we needed to know, made excellent recommendations to get around the area and helped us book an amazing day tour to the Nea Kameni Volcano-Hot Springs-Thirasia Island-Oia Sunset. They were very friendly and helpful with things like transport and general questions we had. Recommended some amazing restaurants about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The only thing was that at night it got very dark and there aren’t any sidewalks. Very recommended to rent a car or off-road vehicle. The island isn’t super walkable unless you’re right on the beach or in the heart of towns. Other than that, It was a great stay!!

We couldn't recommend this hotel enough! The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming, our room was gorgeous with a fabulous balcony, there's a great pool, it's very close to Perissa Beach and the bus stop is right beside the hotel. Most of all the hotel is incredible value for money, highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING! We were so comfortable and felt right at home, it rained the main day we were here so we stayed at the villa most of the day. It’s so relaxing and such amazing views! We have stayed in 3 Airbnb’s this week and this was by far our favorite! ❤️

Words can’t even express how fantastic this stay is. Daniel and his team’s hospitality are world class, even helping us make arrangements around what was closed in the off-season. This gave us exactly what we were looking for; ATV rentals, breakfast in the fridge, a well arranged ride, concierge with a direct line and amazing recommendations, even some of Daniel’s favorite wine! My friend, who is the harshest critic I know, was at a loss of words. I would recommend this to anyone, our perfect one night in Santorini.

I’ve stayed at 5 air bnbs with in the last four months and this was definitely the nicest one! The house and pool were totally clean. The hospitality was excellent! They prepared breakfast for us and gave us a phone which we can use 24 hours if we had any questions! Great experience!

If you stay here you won’t want to leave! The villa is well kept, very clean and spacious. The host provides a phone so she can be reached for anything you need. The outside porch is private and equipped with chairs for sun bathing. The private pool is beautiful, clean and has jets if you like bubbles. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Santorini.

This place is beautiful! Looks just like the pictures. It has an amazing view and quick walk to Pyrgos. There is some construction going on down the road but you can't hear it at all and it won't affect your stay. The complimentary pick-up to and from the airport was really nice. We rented a car and they delivered it to the Airbnb. Great communication and the neighboring hotel staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Daniel's villa is modern and sparkling clean. The pool is perfect for cooling off. The patio is private, quiet and relaxing. The shower is large and modern. Our bed was beyond comfortable and we slept well. We parked at the front door which was very convenient. We highly recommend Daniel's villa.

I could write an entire novel about how wonderful our experience at Daniels home was, but I’m going to try and keep it short. It was perfect. Daniel was quick to respond and very helpful with local tips and so on. He’s arranged the coolest deal with a boutique hotel very close by. Basically you get a private home with 5 star hotel customer service. 1.) private shuttle back and forth to airport. 2.) breakfast delivered to your door every morning. 3.) concierge service (they booked our Catamaran sunset cruise, our ATV, reservations at restaurants 4.) house cleaning came everyday and made the home instagram worthy again 5.) ordered delivery food service for us 6.) they even wash/dry/fold clothes if you ask Don’t get me started on the home itself. Huge comfortable king bed, 2 large shower heads, Netflix capable tv, large kitchen area, DEEP HEATED INFINITY POOL, incredible view of the island, and ridiculously private. Just stay here. The pictures are already really good at selling you, but if you’re on the fence, just do it. You will not regret it. Stay at Daniel’s Santorini Villa. Recommendations: Volkan on the rocks (great food and sunset) Aroma Avlis (really good eating experience and also winery) Melitini (very good small plates in Oia) Seaside (we had sushi here but the menu was very expensive, really cool atmosphere) Johnnie Coffee (very close to the villa, relatively cheap, great quality food) Do yourself a favor and book the catamaran sunset cruise that the hotel recommends. Best experience we had on the island. Thank you again Daniel for being instrumental in one of the best, most memorable weeks in our lives. We will always recommend!

I had a fabulous time! The studio is perfect and the view amazing. Jackie is an incredible host and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I highly recommend staying here!

You won’t find a better host or a better view!

Paradise View! This is one of the best accommodations we've had so far. Not exaggerating but the view is to die for. I think staying at Jackie's place is one of the highlights of our trip. Will never forget waking up with the sea and the caldera in front of us. We didn't meet Jackie but she's been a very kind host. In terms of communication, she would sometimes respond within 1-3days (this was days/weeks before our booking with her) but when we were already in Greece, all our messages were responded to instantly. In fact, all our concerns during our stay were all addressed and we highly appreciate those actions. Expect that you do have steps to take going to and from the house, sometimes steep ones, but you'll encounter this anyway anywhere in Santorini. Not an issue to us but maybe for some people. We also requested for her to book a transport for us to and from the port/airport (our driver was so great!). Upon arrival, there was a porter who carried our luggage. Con: There was a thunderstorm on our second day so we had to roll down the cover for the balcony and that thing made a lot of noise. Sometimes it was startling. We also kept it down the whole night because the water might go inside the studio if it rained again. Overall, not sure if this review gives justice to the place but I swear I didn't want to leave and will surely be coming back.

Jackie's is a charming studio is right under the famous blue domes of Oia with a beautiful view of the caldera. We had the most wonderful time spending quiet mornings and evenings on the small balcony with the gorgeous beautiful view of the sea. Jackie was extremely helpful in arranging a pick-up from the airport and a porter to bring our luggage to the studio. We would love to stay with her again!

Perfect location. Make sure you meet colleague at second atm at bus stop as there are many. Huge help having porter carry our bags also.

The most romantic place in the world!:)

This apartment is a lovely and cosy studio - perfect for the 2 of us - literally right beside the Blue Domes. The views from our balcony were stunning and sunsets from the shared terrace were so amazing. Every morning, we would watch the sunrise from our balcony and drink coffee and eat breakfast; the studio's kitchenette is ample for making coffee and cooking breakfast. The studio is behind "private residents only" ropes so you don't have to jostle with tourists for the sunsets and was actually nice and quiet. The stairs down to the bathroom were quite steep but we enjoyed using the rope. There are many stairs down to the apartment but definitely manageable for us with all of our packs and luggage. Jackie was a great host; very prompt communication and clear instructions for us to find the place depiste our 3AM arrival. I highly recommend Jackie's place!

Spectacular home located in the charming village of Pyrgos. The cave pool and shower as well as the upper level hot tub were a nice feature and we made sure to make use of them during our stay. Many nice cafes/restaurants within walking distance and the people were lovely. The sound of the church bells was a nice surprise and added to the armosphere. As another reviewer noted, the outdoor area is incredibly slippery when wet (especially with the morning dew)...if we get the opportunity to visit again we will definitely bring slip-resistsnt shower shoes.

Truly a breathtaking view and a wonderful place to stay! Anna was very helpful and so was the host. If I came back to Santorini I would most definitely stay here. Fair warning the floors are VERY and I mean VERY slippery when wet I was being cautious and I still managed to sprain my foot pretty badly after the pool on the first day. Also the washer and dryer are difficult to use if you don't know Greek. Anna is willing to assist with this but we did our so late at night I didn't want to disturb her so best advice do it in the day when it's a more appropriate time to contact her. This photos don't do it justice so do yourself a favor and book now you won't regret it!!

The accommodation is simply wonderful. It is in one of the most beautiful villages of Santorini, Pyrgos. It also has beautiful views over the town and the island. Wide variety of dining options right there. As for the house, it is very clean and decorated with style. But what makes it unequaled is the cave pool. Something unique!!!

We had a truly incredible stay at the Maiya cave house. Anna was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The house itself was sparking clean, spacious and in a central location to the bus stop, market and several cafes and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit Pyrgos again in the future. Would absolutely recommend Yiannis’ home.

This is really the best experience in this trip! The landlord is very warm and intimate, the room is super comfortable, and all aspects are very clean! The pool is also great, in short, it is recommended that you come to live and feel the quiet beauty of Santorini!

WOW WOW WOW! This place is absolutely incredible. Location couldn’t have been better, Pyrgos is the perfect balance between not too busy and not too quiet. Beautiful restaurants on the doorstep, views to die for and not to mention the cave pool! Super close to the airport and within easy driving distance of all the big beauty hotspots. Stunning village, stunning villa, don’t hesitate to book this place - you won’t be disappointed!

Great views and hospitality! We went for our honeymoon just for a couple of days and it was wonderful. Within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, and an easy bus ride to other parts of the island. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day.

We loved staying at Villa Armonia. The view was incredible, the unit immaculately clean, and soaking in the hot tub was a wonderful way to wind down the night. The breakfast was fantastic, as well.

Many Gluten-free Breakfast Options! I did not check packaging, but also did not get sick (I have Celiac). The breakfast is included with the room, and is more like a small restaurant Sunday brunch that you would find in the US than the cereal and yogurt cups on foam plates that are more the norm at US hotel chains. Real dishes, fresh espresso (the real boiler brewed variety), different options daily, hot/cold foods, juices. Terrific. Oh yes, and the room and the Hot Tub were fantastic. I am still grieving the loss 😭😭. This is the perfect choice for relaxation and privacy (sniff).

The moment we arrived I told my husband we would have to come back again some day! The location was absolutely perfect for us, we loved being so close to the center of Oia without being right in the middle of everything. We felt truly welcomed during our entire stay. The views from villa 1 are amazing! Highly recommend this room. All recommendations from anemomilos about what to do during our stay were amazing!!! Stay here!

We loved this villa! The view was outstanding, the place was so clean and big. There was an impeccable kitchen, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They offered great tips for things to do on the island. The sunsets at night were out of this world. The hot tub was perfect at night, sipping wine and gazing out at the water. What a gorgeous place! My husband and I had the best break away and the view was breathtaking - I'd recommend villa 2 (yellow) for sure. The staff were very accommodating and so friendly, made us feel really welcome. We had a couple of Instagrammers try to come towards the villa front to take pictures (pretending they were staying there!) but not enough to disturb our time there. The sunset was so amazing we stayed in one night and had dinner. Take me back!

The yellow villa was a wonderful place to spend our getaway - excellent location, clean and well looked-after, and our host Dimitris was incredibly welcoming. Having an amazing view of the sea and night sky from the nice warm jacuzzi out front was a particular highlight!

Fanis & Tina are great host! Thanks for the nice gesture to provide us the option for free upgrade from "little stones" to "3 stones"! Both villas offer breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and great photo taking spots in Imerovigli. Also, thanks Catherine for guiding us through how to make food catering services for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner if we feel like not going out to eat and we did tried the service for our first night and food delivered within 45mins and food is great! Hot & Delicious! Reasonable priced too! Communication with the host Fanis & Tina or even Catherine (the "runner") was with ease and fast response. Absolute no fuss, friendly and accommodating. Catherine even helped purchased a boutique of roses on request for my proposal at the private rooftop terrace ! It was a success! Thank you so much! =) Highly recommend to anyone looking for a awesome view , prefer to be away from crowd yet driving distance to Oia, Fira or rest of the island for accommodation stay!

Pictures do not do this place justice. What an amazing experience for my wife and I to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. They were very kind by leaving us a bottle of wine in the room as well. My husband and I had our wedding ceremony on the balcony. Fanis and Tina were very helpful and welcomed us to get married at their villa. The view is breathtaking and made for a beautiful back drop for our wedding photos. Katherine was a huge help in making reservations and giving us tips. Easy check in and check out. I definitely recommend anyone who plans to stay in Santorini to stay here. You will not be disappointed. We had a wonderful experience!

The host arranged transportation for us from the airport (for a fee), and someone even met us to help carry our bags down the stairs and alleyways to help us find the place. Catherine met up with us in the evening and gave us recommendations for things to do and got us dinner reservations. THE VIEW THOUGH!! Worth every single penny. Getting to soak up the view on the huge patio was the highlight of our trip. It was the perfect place to sunbathe and wind down in the evenings. The place was a good size for three adults, and clean. We couldn’t get the A/C to work and they immediately sent someone out to take a look at it (it was some setting that we had missed). We greatly appreciated the quick response. It can get a little loud because of the walking path, but that’s what earplugs are for :) the only con is the beds are pretty uncomfortable. All in all, I highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay here again. The view is absolutely priceless.

Stunning view!

This room is in a breath-taking location. The warm hot tub on a breezy Santorini winter’s day with the stunning view over looking the water was unbelievable. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town with SO many restaurants that all sounded delicious. And anything else on the island was accessible via taxis, very reasonable! We explore Oía and even went to Santo Winery for the day (highly recommend seeing both). The host was so responsive and helpful with local tips to explore around Santorini for our short stay there. The optional pickup from the airport and in-room breakfast were wonderful perks we opted in for and well-worth it!! Couldn’t be more thankful for having experienced Santorini the way we did and it was 100% because of the host’s recommendations and the wonderful location of this room!

My husband and I were so happy during our stay here. A beautiful home in a perfect location. Most everything you would want to get to is within a walkable distance and when taxis are needed, the staff is more than willing to help organize excursions or rides. The hot tub is lovely and they did a great job cleaning the space daily. Would highly recommend and would be happy to book again!

We stayed 4 nights on Santorini and have felt wonderful in the house. On the "island mountain" one has a fanatical view to the sea. In the nearby village of Pyrgos and with the tips before Penelope you will find true treasures to feast! However, a car or scooter is a must, otherwise you are a bit out of the ordinary if you want to get away from it all but perfect! We'll be back!

Both our hosts were very accommodating and super friendly. Maria made us breakfast every morning. Her homemade bread and orange marmalade are the best! The villa is beautiful. We actually stayed in 2 different rooms. Both were clean and spacious with our own private pools. I would definitely go back and if they’re booked next time I’ll still go there just to say hi to them.

From before landing we felt welcome, Penelope and his team made our stay a difficult memory to forget. The breakfasts were really homemade, we were not hungry for the gourmet experiences that awaited us, they provided all the paperwork to make our trip to Santorini ... a honeymoon like no other. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi daily and the weather accompanied us without much wind (a constant in Santorini and more in September). We will return without hesitation! THANK YOU ALBUS TEAM.

This house and everything that comes with it is absolutely fantastic. The location is amazing, very quite and right in the center of the island . You can go walking to Pyrgos where you have everything or go by car and take no more that 10 / 20 min to get there. The listing already makes available included in the price a lot of services like transfers or private umbrellas on one of the black beaches. Make sure you ask them to your host . Apart from the fact that you cannot cook in the house it contains everything. Shampoo, shower gel and body milk are made available every day , the room is cleaned everyday and then there's Maria , Maria is this absolutely lovely lade that ,amongst other things, prepares you the most insanely good breakfast everyday and delivers it to you. Make sure to ask a lot of everything . Lastly the pool is great, also cleaned everyday and with the water always at the right temperature. Overall and amazing experience that I recommend strongly.

BEST ACCOMODATION IN SANTORINI! STOP LOOKING FOR, BOOK THIS! We were planning a few days rest away from working in a sweet place for me and my wife and this is STUNNING! Location is PERFECT, less than 10 minus by car to anywhere, you are in nearby of Pyrgos, you have a gas station very close and convenient open until late afternoon / evening, pharmacy and ATM in 100meters....the villa is a very very private spot but if you want to enjoy the crowd town in 10 minutes you are in Fira...20 to Oia....so i can really say for me it's the best spot on the island! The villa is a luxury complex, with parking outside, breathtaking view on Akrotiri, amazing super private pool with hydromassage and right heated....during the night we would not use it bcs it was a bit windy but we enjoyed a lot when come back from the sea.....we relax in the villa few hours before going to dinner/sunset. Outside space is amazing..it will leave you breathless. Wifi is super I've use it for sending some wetransfer big files, there is also Netflix on a samsung smarttv so it was perfect! Interior of the house is very minimalistic, clean and beautiful designed, we love the work of this architectur. Bed is very confort and you have a little fridge and a small kitchen without stoves, you don't need it....just icy withe wine and fruits and you did it! Bathroom is beautiful, low light ambient, you feel like in a spa. Lee the manager was very very friendly and super responsive, she let us check in a bit earlier as we asked, and she provided us all information not only at first warming welcoming but everyday she was asking our plans and if she can help us.....this is real appreciated....amazing way! We love you! Maria the amazing housekeeper is lovely, she bring us the breakfast all days at time we decided, she's so friendly and cute....bravissimi ragazzi!!!!! Next time in Santorini maybe we gonna book the larger villa with our friends! but for sure we will come back here!!!!!!!!

This is my favorite ever AirBnB. We stayed two weeks which is longer than the usual guest (I'm told) in Oía, but never once wished for less time there. Not only is the location beautiful with a stunning view of the caldera to wake up to each morning, the house itself is very cozy with lots of comfortable space. The showers were fantastic, the kitchen more than enough for a holiday. Giannis is extraordinarily helpful. He helped set up our transfers, our car and our catamaran trip (which, btw, far exceeded our expectations!) and this was extra good because it would have been difficult for us to find the cave house the first time without it, but only because we were not familiar with the village's layout. He responded quickly and thoroughly every time we had questions and even took took the time to call us to check in to see if there was anything else he could do. His associates, Dana and Dimitri, were also incredibly warm and helpful with plenty of suggestions for out-of-the-neighborhood restaurants and beaches. The whole experience with Giannis and Hector Cave House changed our holiday from merely great to amazingly memorable. Thank you, Giannis!

This place really was spectacular.. it looks just like the photos. We had very high expectations and we were not disappointed. My wife and I stayed here towards the end of our 6 week honeymoon and this was our favourite accommodation of the whole trip. The thing that really put this ahead of the others was the hotel like service. Giannis was extremely responsive and attentive from the time we booked until the time we left. He arranged airport pickup and had his staff meet us at the drop off point and carry our bags through the small paths and stairs to the house. They gave us a detailed rundown of the area and activities and we received the same treatment on checkout. If you want to stay in a spectacular place while in Santorini this is the place to stay.

Hectors cave house is an amazing place to stay. Waking up and looking outside every morning was a joy we will never forget. The path outside gets so crowded because you’re in the area everyone wants to be so it’s nice to be able to escape the crowds and enjoy the sunset and views with privacy. The space inside is big and beautiful. A memorable stay we will never forget, one of the best ! One of the best experiences was enjoying your morning on the terrace with a beautiful view of the caldera. Extremely calm and peaceful to watch the sunrise. At the same time we were close to the busiest area in Oia, not too far from a the best sunset view. You can also relax from a long day of walking in the private heated jacuzzi and watch the Caldera. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The suite was absolutely perfect for my husband and my stay on Santorini. We felt like we were staying in a luxury island hotel. The room is quite large with a beautiful bed, shower, and the hot tub was perfect. We made sure to use it as much as we could while we weren't exploring the island. A phone was left to contact the front desk if we needed any help and they were very good about responding to us when we ran into a small issue with the water heater (which was quickly fixed). The village was also perfect as it was close to some of the more tourist-driven parts of Santorini so we could go and explore, but let us get away from it all to relax and enjoy each other's company. We would definitely recommend staying here and would do so again if we found ourselves back on the island.

The sunrise from the Jacuzzi at 35⁰ is one of the best memories that I will take from the island of Santorini, its always friendly people and the sunsets at the foot of the apartment make this place a place with extraordinary charm. A different and very cozy accommodation for how big it is.

Staying in this place is an experience in itself! It is so beautifully done, and looks even better in real than the pictures. The location is very convenient, right across the local market and the Imerovigli bus stop. The plunge pool facing the sunrise and the large breakfast tray every morning made it worth every penny spent. The hosts also arranged taxi for our pick-up from the airport and communication was very smooth. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to stay in a quiet, peaceful part of Santorini!

This was the perfect trip! Our stay here at Natalia’s place was spectacular! Cost effective, friendly and clean! The host even helped us with a great car rental for about 55€/day! Was fairly easy to drive around. Just be cautious of the narrow roads and you will be fine! Worth it! The boutique hotel was very romantic and clean. Loved the decor! Was exactly how the picture looks! My boyfriend also proposed to me here in santorini! So I will never forget this trip! Amazing and big thanks! ♥️

Best place to stay. The photo is pretty and price satisfactory. I wasn't able to check in originally, but it was cool. The location was good as it was right in front of the bus stop. But the host does not answer the app message, there is a difficulty to call directly.

I had a lovely stay at hotel lodos. They were kind to offer pickup arrangement from the airport which was great. The driver was the best, and I was able to arrange a ride with him back to the airport as well. The room was clean and spacious. It wasn't too far from the local bus stop only about 0.9 miles walking. Thank you for a great stay.

The West Coast has a very good location, a blue roof in front of the door, and it looks very comfortable. West can watch the sunset and the east overlooks the Holy Island. There is a feeling of caves in the door, so be careful. The facilities are very complete. The fly in the ointment is that the bath water temperature is set, and the bath water temperature is different.

A beautiful location, a very friendly welcome, breathtaking views, but unfortunately during our stay of 3 nights we were awoken at 07:45 by the sounds of hammer drill (work from 07h45 to 13h construction of adjacent house). We would have appreciated being informed of this inconvenience that prevented us from taking full advantage of this magical location.

We stayed at Giannis place for five nights and couldn't have been more pleased. Nick is a super host and would check on daily with us. The view is the most beautiful thing to wake up too. Nick made sure we had a taxi to and from the airport, he prepared a list of things for us to do and see.

Giannis’ place has an awesome view! Right behind the “blue dome”. We even witnessed a couple doing their wedding photos right on the dome. Our stay was at the end of the season so we were able to enjoy the view and take our own pictures without the crowds. Showers were modern and relaxing. Jacuzzi was a tepid temperature but had great pressure in the jets. Place was clean and comfortable. A/c worked excellent. Transportation was arranged for us upon checkout to the airport. Communication was quick and easy. Would love to have stayed longer- hopefully in the future!

All I can say is WOW! First off, Nikos was our host and he was amazing! He was always answering our questions, helped us book several excursions and gave us awesome tips! Then there is the view. The view alone is definitely worth staying here. Beautiful view of the caldera and of the famous blue dome! If you stay during the high peak season, you will have alot of people pass through taking photos or doing their photoshoots but honestly it isn't that bad. Especially if your gone throughout the majority of the day. We went during the off season and some of the days we got a good crowd of photoshoots around the place but it didn't bug us. And then you share a balcony with the other airbnb they own, but it's a great way to meet some nee people! And again if your out all day, you won't see them. The location is in a perfect spot. It's nice quiet town, but you can definitely walk to Fira and Thira pretty easily. The place was cleaned every day with fresh towels and beds made. I highly highly recommend staying here.

The best views of the caldera with incredible twilights to look forward to!! A cozy cave house that felt isolated and private

This cave house is in the most scenic cove in Oia. The view from the porch and steps are incredible. It is pretty far down the cliff face from the ridge which makes it private with very few if any day tourists walking by. However, there are a lot of steep steps, so think twice if you have mobility issues with stairs. We utilized help from Fanis & Tina to provide a driver from the airport and porter (Tim) to carry luggage down to the villa. Communication and logistics were good. I gave Tim a well deserved generous tip, he’s a work horse and very friendly. Fanis and Tina provided a concierge, Catherine, who was helpful booking activities and making dinner reservations. She was very responsive and communicated well with us using WhatsApp texting. The villa had a welcome bottle of local white wine which was a nice touch. The cave house is very unique and depicted well in the listing photos. This is a great place to stay in Oia so do not hesitate booking. Have fun!

This place was fantastic! It was beautiful and clean and has a great view of the sunset from our patio. The only thing I gave 4/5 stars was accuracy (through no fault of the owners) I was hoping to swim in the pool out front thinking it was heated. I went in October and was not able to use the outdoor pool, so if anything I would advise going there during warmer seasons if you want to use the pool! Besides that my wife and I had a phenomenal time exploring the city through ATV, finding a close grocery store, hitting up local restaurants and using the indoor tub, which was much bigger and better than we expected! We also got quick responses and great advice from Penelope who was there to recommend restaurants, ATV rentals, and caldera catamaran tours (best part of the trip). Highly recommended if you want to explore the beauty of Santorini but would like more privacy than Fira and Oia can provide!

Very nice place that is quite roomy. Nice quiet location away from the touristy areas. You will likely want to rent a car if you stay here, but it is easy to rent and driving on the island is very easy. Penelope took time at check in to orient me to the island and let me k ow what are the best attractions and best restaurants. She also let me know where not to go, which is important. She gave me her WhatsApp so we would have a quick and easy way to communicate and always answered in a timely fashion if I had a question. Maria was a wonderful smiling face every morning delivering the exact breakfast I requested at the time I requested. She was friendly and nice to talk to. She made the place even more homey.

Staying at the Queen Albus Villa in Santorini was an incredible experience for the whole family. Penelope and her coworkers were amazing hosts, coordinating our transportation to and from the airport, our transportation to Oia for a sunset dinner, and ATV rentals for our time on the island. They were always available whenever we had questions, and gave us great tips for restaurants and places to visit for sightseeing. The villa itself was gorgeous--the patio and pool were perfect for relaxing outside and enjoying the sun, and the inside was comfortable, dark, cool, and quiet at night. And last, but definitely not least, the house chef and caretaker Maria was an absolute and unforgettable delight. She personally embodies the very best of Greek hospitality, and prepared some of the best breakfasts that I have ever had. If you get a chance to stay here, take it!

Queen Albus villa is perfectly situated in Pyrgos Kallistos village in the middle of the Island of Santorini. The village is beautiful, and the views are astounding with beautiful Sunsets over the caldera. The villa itself is very modern, and as described. There were 5 of us and it was suitable for our needs. The master bedroom is huge with a plunge pool adjoined. Though we didn't use it much as was a bit chilly. But that was personal choice. The host Penelope, was very welcoming and knowledgeable about places to see and restaurants etc. Lovely lady. Also, Maria, the cook/housekeeper was a treasure and was always happy to see us and couldn't do enough for us. The villa is situated near a busy road and garage, but for such a small Island this was to be expected and did not detract from the beauty of the villa and location, as we were out most of the time anyway. I would recommend a stay here.

Such an amazing place! This is how you experience Santorini. We were very glad we went during the slower time of year as the crowds were very manageable and it was very quiet. The concierge, Catherine, was so helpful and not only helped set up some awesome activities, but also gave us great recommendations for places to eat (The Cave of Nicolas is a must!) There was breakfast included and was brought to our door every morning and it was so much food and so filling. Grace and I can't recommend this place enough!

This is the best stay of my entire life.... I seriously can’t believe there have ever been any negative reviews ever. This is such an amazing location (the best actually) that if you stay anywhere else you are missing out. We made a trek over to the castle one night because people said that’s where the best sunset is 😂... we quickly ran back to the hot tub because let me tell you... you can watch the sunset over the water anywhere in the world but only from this spot (alone without tourists) will you get the best view of the sun setting behind those blue domes. We had breakfast delivered to our door every morning complements of the host... seriously amazing breakfasts with eggs, bread, pastries, fresh juice, and yogurt or Arroz con leche... we were impressed. Also reviews of hot tub said it wouldn’t be warm but we were there in October and it was perfect even in the morning when it was a little cold outside the water was so warm and comfortable. The views in this place were so outstanding, the bed was super comfortable... but the best part was that Christina literally arranged everything from dinner with a view to picking up our rental car, and transfers it was like we had a travel agent that came with the stay. This villa is under priced and my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

Wow, best experience ever! I took a lot of time to find the most prime air bnb for our stay in Oia, and this delivered and exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect—secluded, roped off from the tourists above, with views of the blue domes, different colored houses, and sea below. We literally never left the Jacuzzi, perfect temp for morning noon and night. Communication was amazing, nice touches throughout...it was pricey at the time that we booked, but worth every penny. This is the place to stay in Oia!

Not in the heart of the town but that’s okay. We liked that it was quite. 7-10 minute walk to the centre of town. Highly recommend staying here! I would definitely come back.

It was super clean and close to town (only about a 10 minute walk or less). The pool was amazing as was the service. George provided a lot of suggestions for things to do. Anytime we wanted to book something like the boat ride or a car he was always super helpful and accommodating! Will definitely be back ☀️

Low season in February, the rooms are particularly cost-effective. Invincible sea view room. Unfortunately there is no kitchen, but the sea view can make up for everything

Excellent stay. The view is stunning. You can watch sunset from your room. Kostas and Yiannis were very helpful. Due to the nature of the terrain, expect many stairs. I recommend using their luggage service to carry your big bags from the parking area to the room.

It was an amazing stay. They went above & beyond to give me tips of places to visit, eat, etc. Very welcoming. There was a heater & a/c in my room, coffee maker, crackers, jams, dishes, toiletries, bottle water, etc. They helped me with my luggage from the parking lot to my room. The views were the most amazing views I have seen. Watching the sunset from the confort of my room was the best decision & best perk. I was there in December during their off season & it was like having the whole island to myself. Great location & easy access to everything. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to go back. Heaven on earth....it was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't believe the view as I sat out on the terrace day through night. Loved spending my time in Santorini at this villa. Yes, there are many stairs, but it is so worth it! I spent countless hours just sitting and looking out into the Aegean Sea in awe. Would definitely recommend staying here.

WOW. Just wow. This was an amazing place to stay. The location and the view were spectacular. DO be prepared for many steps (anywhere on Santorini, really). Also, DO take the offer to have a porter carry your bags for you. Take my word for it! Kostas was our point person, and he was absolutely fabulous. We visited in the off season, so many places were closed. He showed us on the map which places were open, and gave us so, so many personalized tips about what to see and do on the island. Our stay would have been so very different without his help: where to eat, how to get around, what not to miss, and more. He was so valuable, I can't imagine a trip to such a new place without having such a guide. The room itself was exactly as described. It is a small loft, overlooking the caldera. As romantic and beautiful as can be. We loved it. If you are looking for a place for two on Santorini, look no further. This is where you want to be.

I had stayed 2 night. The room is very clean. Amenity is perfect. It takes 5mins from main bus stop (Fira) on foot. There is bakery across the street, and the supermarket and some coffee shops nearby. I highly recommend this room. Thank you for everything :) Stayed for 2 nights. It was very clean and easy to spend, and I felt the security around me was good. Amenity was substantial, too and was not troubled with life including supermarket near. You can also walk to the bus stop which is a means of transportation. It is located in a very convenient place.

This was a perfect place for a quick 2 night trip to Santorini. The location of this hotel was perfect. It was close to everything and walking distance to the main square where there was food, bars, and so many shops. Chrysa was amazing and she was able to tell us so much and made it easy to get around. The hotel was cozy yet the perfect size for you and a travel partner. I highly recommend.

We spent 4 days in Santorini! This condominium provides great value and great location! It is very close to the town, food and the beautiful walking path from Fira to Oia! 5 minutes walk to bus station and bus takes about 15-20 minutes to Pyrgo and 30 minutes to Red beach and other locations. Room is small, but very clean. Staff is very friendly and provided useful tips during our stay. Staff also arranged transportation from/to airport for us, it made very easy for travel!

The place was really good. Staffs are nice and helpful. Great location just a few minutes walk to Thera. Be careful, there is no lifts, if you have a very big suitcase, you have to carry it up to the room by stairs.

Look no further - if you are looking to stay in Oia and be in the middle of the action and have a close proximity to everything Oia has to offer, stay here! The bed on the main level was amazing! We did not use the bed upstairs as it was only the 2 of us. I am hoping I can find the bed and purchase it for our home it was that great! The location is wonderful - you get to watch all the action below on the main pathway through Oia from the deck/balcony. It's a prime location to peacefully watch the sunrises and only about a 1 minute walk to the main sunset watching spot. If you walk further towards the windmill, you'll find some more spacious sunset watching locations which I would recommend. This location is also blocked from the wind so even on a super windy day, you don't have it too much and can enjoy sitting on the balcony. They have an amazing maid who comes and cleans the place daily and they update the towels and sheets every other day. You truly feel like you're getting the hotel experience, but with the luxuries of a home including a kitchen if you don't feel like eating every single meal out. The kitchen had all the cooking basics which was great for us as we ate breakfast here each morning and cooked a few lunches which we then ate on the balcony. Kyriakos, the owner of the cave house, stopped by on our 2nd day and helped us plan out the remainder of our trip which was super helpful as we didn't plan anything ahead of time. I truly can't say enough amazing things about this location! We will most certainly return and will stay again at this cave house!

Right off the main road in Oia. Balcony has great views - perfect for drinking wine during sunset and avoiding all the crowds.

Kyrakios was a tremendous host with a sparkling clean, beautiful home and sat down with us and gave us great tips on where to eat etc... and this location is only a 30 second walk to the Oia Castle where everyone goes to watch the most magnificent sunset we’ve ever seen!

Highly recommended! The space is a perfectly authentic experience for Oia and Santorini, and has a wonderful view of the Caldera. It was immaculate, and well appointed for comfort. The only thing to note is that the space is fairly open and semiprivate with one room on the first level and an open [and very small] staircase to a loft, and no doors. It was private enough for my friend and I to travel but something to be aware of. Tania was a responsive and helpful hostess, arranged for luggage service and transfers that made travel a breeze. I would definitely stay there again.

Unforgettable views! The location is terrific right off the main area, right by all the cute shops and restaurant and all popular picture spots. We could easily walk down to Amoundi Bay or the sunset point. They host was great at recommendations and organizing all our transfers. It’s was just as pictured, very clean and spacious! We will definitely be back!

Tania’s place is amazing!! Exceeded my expectations. The space is beautiful and very roomy. We sat on the terrace every morning when we woke up to watch the sun rise, and every night before bed to watch the moon light up the bay. The staff at Lucky Homes was very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Place is exactly as shown in pictures, private terrace with jacuzzi is the best part. Breakfast was great and even the lady serving it was very humble. Giannis was very helpful and always on front with every query we had. Overall it is a nice place to stay at Oia.

This airbnb is very small, but lovely. For two people, it's the perfect size. The hot tub and private terrace are so nice, but just be aware that they are located immediately below the main pedestrian road in Oia, so there really isn't any privacy. Nonetheless, the view is amazing, and it's still your own private hot tub, which is pretty awesome. Prospective guests should also be aware that there is a bit of a crazy staircase leading down to the actual apartment. It's only like 10 steps, but it would probably be difficult for anyone who is older, or has knee issues. Giannis was very helpful and quick to respond to messages, and was able to arrange rides to and from the Santorini airport for us. Overall, we had a lovely time here!

Great location, beautiful views. Well worth it to pay for pickup from airport. The driver was right there and easy to find. When we arrived, Anastasia (who was our contact for the week) was right there with two guys to carry our bags. She made herself available via text at all times. Very easy to communicate with, made us dinner reservations- super helpful. Breakfast every morning was great and huge servings. Stairs down to the bedroom area may be difficult if you had mobility issues.

We loved hanging out in the hot tub and being just a few steps away from everything in Oia. The room is very small, but it's enough space for everything. A large breakfast is served every morning just outside of the room. Of course, the view is wonderful. The people running these suites are attentive and helpful. I actually thought that the incredibly steep steps to enter were fun! As one notable downside, the room has almost no privacy at all. At the top level, your deck and hot tub are just feet from the busiest path in Oia and people are constantly stopping there to see the view. Inside the room, your only windows are directly next to another room's deck and hottub where you can hear every word that's said. One morning, a stranger attempted to enter our room at 7am thinking it was the reception (there is no reception). Knowing this, I would choose a different location in a future stay to have more privacy and peace when sleeping.

Very well located, the room is below the terrace, a bit small but makes up for the location and view. The best of the apartment is the balcony with two sun chairs and a wonderful jacuzzi, we spent hours in the jacuzzi just watching the view. It is very worth it!

Love this place and the host makes it even better because he’s always available whenever you need advice and assistance with anything. Great location and I would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great stay. Everything was immaculately maintained, both the common areas and our room. It was well located within walking distance to the main areas of interest and the bus depot in Fira, but removed from the crowds and noise. The common areas were beautiful with many plants and a nice pool. Our room was comfortable with a balcony that had a view of the sea. The breakfast was terrific with a variety of choices. The owner was easily available, with suggestions and information helpful for your stay.

Elias was an amazing host, very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with booking ATV’s and taxis to and from the airport. Really took the stress out fo the small things and made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Location was perfect and accommodation was awesome. Would stay again.

This is such a perfect place to stay in Santorini. It is quaint, beautiful, and has breathtaking views of Santorini. It is very clean and accommodating with all amenities that you could need. Very relaxing and the place is in a perfect location for a short walk to all shopping, restaurants, and local tours. We saw other places that friends were staying and our villa seemed much more personal. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing and authentic experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ersi Villas! The location was perfect, right in the Firostefani neighborhood near restaurants, grocery stores, bus routes, and views of the sea. You can easily walk to the downtown part of Fira and access the trail to Oia - which we'd highly recommend! Elias was always available, replying to messages promptly, receiving us graciously at check-in, even organizing our dinner reservations at a favorite local spot! We had an amazing time in Santorini, and it was largely due to our comfortable and relaxing stay at Ersi Villas.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff very attentive and pleasant, the room very clean and modern with all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. Great detail to have every day 4 coffee capsules at your disposal. The exterior of the room is wonderful. We went out for breakfast every day and hit a bath in the pool. Without a doubt one of the best places where I have stayed. I recommend it 100%.

Iakovos is an amazing host who responds quickly to messages and is super helpful with local tips and even booking atvs/transportation. His recommendations were very good we felt like the only tourists in them. The space is absolutely beautiful and well-thought out. Also, the location is actually very close to public transit. Would hope all airbnb experiences are like this.

Very nice stay at Iakovos suites, we had such a great time, the room is well equiped and it is really pleasant to rest there; little detail that has its importance: several lights, well spotted, give the room a warm atmosphere. Iakovos gave us many tips to move around and we had the chance to make the most of this side of the isle. A five stars experience :)

What a lovely place. Situated on a quiet road, the complex has a lot of space, all squeky clean, and excellent views of Fira and Imergovigli. The pools are nicely kept and would be very welcome in warmer weather. Just a few minutes down the road is the Akrotiri lighthouse which is a must visit for sunset viewing.

A very nice place, no noise, and cleanliness, the views are magnificent with the sea. Since the island is much better to rent a car to be able to go to all places aura marina is reached without loss and near the best beaches of the island and an incredible sunset at the lighthouse. My husband and I recommend it and we would definitely go again. Dimitris is a very nice person and very attentive for any questions or problems.

Akrotiri is at the southern end of santorini, it’s perfect if you’re looking for something a little quieter than Thira or Oia while still having access to those things through transit or a rental. The views of the caldera were spectacular and the small pools were ideal for a morning dip while the sun shone down from the east. Dimitri was very helpful in getting us all set up and replies through the app were also prompt and reliable. An excellent place to stay

I don't even know where to start... If you are looking to find a place that checks all the boxes of the true Santorini experience this is the place! The pictures don't lie. The view right outside the front door is as amazing as the pictures show, but so much more. Nicoletta and her daughters were wonderful to work with from the moment we booked our trip and throughout our stay on the island. We were greeted by Christina and Alexandra who showed us how to navigate through Oia and offered many suggestions of things to do and places to eat around Santorini. The cave house was beautiful inside, clean, and every detail was well thought out. You can't go wrong staying here!

Very clean place, wonderful bed, had good night sleep. Wonderful to come back after long day to a bed made up, and place cleaned up. Nicoletta is caring about your comfort and wants you to have a great time, good communication. We enjoyed Unobstructed view from the terrace. Everything was just perfect for us. My wife and I really liked the place and had a memorable 20th year Anniversary.

We loved our stay here! Nicoletta was available by message at anytime and she consistently checked in to make sure things were going well. Her place was clean and had an amazing view of the island! She set us up with a ride from the port and had her friend meet us to take us to the house since she couldn’t be there. Nicoletta was gracious enough to arrange us a driver, who tracked our late flight, and meet us in Oia where she had someone else take our bags while she described some history about the island. She also called restaurants to see who was still serving food because our flight arrived so late and walked us to dinner. At dinner, she gave us a full packet of descriptions for local businesses not only in Oia but in other towns on Santorini. The cave house was beautiful and comfortable and felt like a dream. She has espresso and every other amenity we could have needed ready at the property. Someone came by each day to empty trash and make the bed, which was a nice touch. The location was excellent and the view can’t be beat. An all around lovely experience. Thanks Nicoletta!

Everything was just wonderful! Exquisite service, great location, scrumptious food in restaurants Nicoletta advised us to visit. We were chuffed to bits with staying at the apartment-cave and on that fairytale island.

I think the mom or aunt or friend lives next door and she greeted us and had to call the host to have them let us in. They cleaned our place everyday so things were fresh, and there was some wine they had for us when we arrived to. Would definitely recommend!

This place is super cute and conveniently located in downtown. The restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, as well as a taxi station which we used to get around to Oia and the local brewery and a winery. Xrusa was kind enough to let us leave our bags early and check out later so we did not have to bring our bags around waiting for our flight. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Thira!

A great place to stay while discovering the beauty of Santorini. The view from the balcony is amazing and the hot-tub is a perfect touch, especially if you are visiting late or early in the tourist season. This place is beyond superb, if I could give it 6 stars I would!

Amazing space on an amazing island! Catherine was prompt responding to any question we had, and organized for us a great boat tour. The hot tub was so warm we used it frequently and the bottle of wine waiting for us was a great touch. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Our stay was amazing. The villa was everything you hope for during a trip to Santorini. It was quiet and secluded, but also conveniently located within easy walking distance. The view from the balcony was incredible. You never need to go elsewhere to watch the beautiful sunset. The balcony is very private which we discovered to be rare since the rooms are literally on top of each other and many are directly on the main walking path between towns. Catherine was an incredible resource throughout the stay. Restaurant and excursion recommendations never disappointed. She was able to get us amazing tables with just a few hours notice at just about every restaurant in Imerovigli. Breakfast everyday was delicious. They set up transportation to and from the airport so we didn’t have to worry about figuring it out ourselves. This was our first trip to Europe and ended up being the least stressful vacation we’ve ever had, in large part thanks to this villa.
