Hot water, power back up, free wifi free parking area etc are available. It is 27 km away from Kannur International Airport and 7km away from Kannur town. Kitchen facility is available for those who want to cook on their own. Our cottage is upstair, there is 2 internal rooms with attached bathroom's.

A heritage house and cottage 9 km from the town of Kannur on the banks of the river where it forms a lake with islands . The house has two guest rooms and the cottage three totally 5. On booking guests get ONE bedroom per couple and not all bedrooms, others remain closed. We normally host only one couple/group at a time. Free use of all common spaces , gardens , swimming pool ,Kayaks, snooker table etc. Breakfast is included. Other meals may be available at a charge if we can provide .
