This unique place has a style all of its own. A self-contained cosy loft, small but perfectly formed. Conveniently located on the A21 for a Coastal or Country getaways. Bewl Water, Bedgebury Pinetum, Battle Abbey, and Bodiam Castle all only 10 mins by car. We have an abundance of National Trust properties within easy reach, with the pretty towns of Rye and Hastings only 30 mins away. We are dog friendly and have wonderful walks close by. Great for couples or single occupancy, room for a cot too.

The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Enjoy a long soak in the Victorian cast iron bath, long lie-ins in the superking bed, walks on your doorstep, games on the huge sofa or wander down to the village for an abundance of drinks and food. So much to see and do locally too and only 1hr from London. Please check pet policy.
