The Tugboat is located at ‘de Vecht’, a river located just outside of Utrecht. Our surroundings are green and quiet, but within 15 minutes by bike you’re in the city centre of Utrecht. The boat is fully furnished and decorated with a lot of wooden details. It is difficult to describe a ship in a few words, so please have a look at the photo’s! Our studio guesthouse is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses. You can enjoy the great nature (many birds) with one of our bikes or our kayak. Self catering / without breakfast. Neighbor cats in the garden, please be aware when allergic.

The living room has a beautiful glass roof that provides a beautiful light exposure. - Kitchen equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and oven. The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be reached with a short staircase on the 1st floor.

Comfortable accomodation (2p) in green area

In our annex we have a 2-person and a 3-person accomodation. It has its own living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Both accomodations have acces to their own terrace and to our garden. Our garden is located in the green surroundings of the Maxima Park. The bustling cosiness of Utrecht can be reached in 10 minutes. Although our accommodation is still called 'Bed and Breakfast', the accomodations are self-catered and breakfast is not included in the service.

De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort.
