The Steading, Balvraid

The Steading is a secluded and very spacious 3 bedroom cottage with stunning views from all sides. It was converted 10 years ago and is cosy, warm and well equipped for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). One ensuite bedroom is on the ground floor for those who cannot manage the stairs. Aviemore and Inverness are both within easy reach, and there are plenty of walks on the doorstep. Please be aware infants under the age 2 need to be included in the max no of 6 guests.

We glamped ourselves & decided this would be an ideal situation to set up our own Pods to give others the experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Being in the Glenlivet Estate & also in the Cairngorm National Park there is lots to offer, walking, cycling, bird watching, skiing, also for STARGAZING & of course our National Scottish Drink "WHISKY" lots of Distilleries to Visit.

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Welcome to the Morile Mhor Annex located in the idyllic countryside village of Tomatin in the Scottish Highlands. Tomatin is within easy reach of both Inverness and Aviemore (and Cairngorm National Park). The property can comfortably accommodate 2 adults although it does have beds for up to 4. This Annex can be booked on its own or along with the Morile Mhor Cottage which is located to the front. The cottage is listed separately on airbnb.

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
