The apartment is super well located with breathtaking views. I enjoyed how well equipped it was. I was able to cook meals easily, have coffee on the balcony, etc etc. Philippe communicates very clearly and in a timely fashion and provided all the information I requested. Highly recommend.

The apartment is exactly as Philippe described. It is a studio but has everything that you need and we spent 10 days happily cooking and eating and relaxing there. When Philippe met us, he was really helpful with maps and locations of all the things we may wish to do, and was very informative. The supermarket is about 20 minutes walk away, as are the beaches at Les Sablettes. The water taxi is a minutes walk from your doorstep, as are the bus stops - you can visit so many places with a 10 Euro card! Next door to the apartment is a tabac and a lovely bar that serves great lunches. Yes there are 75 steps up to the studio, but the view is absolutely worth it. The sunsets and sunrises are beautiful. We really loved our time there, and would be very happy to visit again!

A gem of an apartment very well equipped and very well located, with a wonderful sea view, a bus stop and a water bus just down the building (to reach Toulon and Les Sablettes, as well as to radiate even without car). The kindness of Philippe was the little extra that made us appreciate even more these wonderful summer holidays in the Var.

Philippe was a very nice host he gave us a few good tips for the area, the view from the apartment is just beautiful as well as the surrounding area, the apartment is small but perfectly adequate for two people and well equipped. With the arrival and departure, everything worked out right away, we can only recommend him and his apartment.

The apartment of Philippe is incredibly cute. Small but very clean, stylishly furnished and with an unbeatable view of the sea. A house with history in an equally exciting and beautiful region of France. You can reach the beach quickly by car or bus and there is a regular ferry to Toulon right outside the door. It was a wonderful time :)

The place is convenient. To get to the city center just go straight along one road. Recommended for young people who like urban adventure.

This flat is a lovely living space with a nice dining table, sofas, armchairs. it's very comfortable and charming. It's also perfectly located, right in the heart of Toulon, but still it has a neighbourhood feeling. It is VERY close to the port. At the time of my stay, the street was cut up so there was no traffic or noise. It feels like you're actually staying at a friend's house. Marie leaves everything out for the guests' use. Personal, eclectic designed apartment and not just Ikea furniture. It was a good change. Overall, big studio space with long hallway separating bathroom and kitchen area. You'll have plenty of room for big suitcases. Kitchen does not have an oven but has a microwave and portable 2 station hot plate. Washer and internet work well. Ok the apartment building itself isn't very pretty and so its a great surprise when you get into Marie's nice apartment. Also, it's only 2 flights up.

It offers everything one needs, including a perfect location: sitauted in the city center with only 5 minute walk to the harbour and 10-15 min walk to the train/bus station. I was warmly welcomed by Guy-Honoré, despite the fact that I arrived half an hour later than annoucned. I hihgly recommend this place.
