Location is super convenient for strolling around the downtown region. Easy check in and check out procedures with no curfews made enjoying our time there a breeze! We were fine but for those with mobility trouble, be aware that the stairs up to the second floor are pretty steep.

I'm hesitant to let anyone else know how much we loved our stay here because it will be that much harder to secure in the future! Carrie's condo was the perfect location for a quiet getaway. We loved exploring The Commons and Carrie's recommendations were spot on. And the bottle of wine left for us was a very sweet touch. We can't wait to come back again.

Carrie’s place is adorable and the location was unbeatable. The space itself is quite small but well decorated and there is a really nice roomy shower and king sized bed, so that made it really nice!! She even left a bottle of local wine! We would definitely recommend staying there!!

My stay was spectacular. I’ve stayed at other condos in Traverse City but Lisa’s place takes the cake. Gorgeous decoration, couldn’t be cleaner, and a couple surprise extra amenities that truly made this place stand out.

This condo is literally in the perfect location. You need not walk more than ten minutes to get to most of downtown TC’s shopping, restaurants and bars. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy your time here. I will definitely look into staying here again!

Marta and Kendall’s place is comfortable. The living room and bedroom are separate, which is nice when one person is sleeping later than the other person. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The host were quick in their responses to questions I had. A quick response is not that important to me but may be to other people. The place is within walking distance to downtown where there are numerous restaurants, shops, coffee, ice cream, fudge, popcorn, etc...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay while being in the area to ski at Crystal Mountain. Great location near downtown. Great communication and everything we needed and more was provided. We look forward to our return in the future!

The space was amazingly clean and very very cute and modern, and they provided some snacks and drinks for us when we arrive! Very very noteworthy! I can't say enough good things about our stay at Joshua's place. The location was perfect, the apartment was beautifully decorated, and my husband and I instantly felt at ease in the space. Honestly - we only left the apartment all weekend just long enough to go for an amazing winter hike in the woods, and to partake of many of the amazing restaurants and coffee shops found either within the building itself or just a few minutes walk away. We will definitely be back - thanks to our hosts for such amazing accommodations at such a historic site!

This very comfortable place is the perfect location for exploring Grand Traverse Commons. Wonderful restaurants are in the building, so I didn’t even need to go outside to go to dinner or for coffee in the morning. I didn’t mind climbing up and down a big ladder to get to the bed in the loft, but it could be a tricky place to sleep if you need to get up frequently in the middle of the night.

Highly recommended! This room has everything needed to be an ideal home base for your trip to Traverse City.

My husband and I came for a couple day get away with our dogs. House has a great location to downtown, easy access to everything. Communication with host was simple and quick. Very cute space, well decorated. We loved the fireplace and game room. We even found a nice book to read! Backyard was very big for the dogs! We found the bed to be very comfortable as well. Would recommend the stay :)

Very cozy space with a HUGE backyard that is fenced in. Instructions for everything are incredibly easy to find and little touches of board games and the ping pong table were a NICE touch! Plenty of balls and so many fun games. Very impressed.

Marta and Kendall's place exceeded our expectations. This is the second time I've stay at one of Marta's houses. The space is very spacious for numerous amounts of guests. The location is close to everything. We locked ourselves out and Kendall's was super responsive and helpful to resolve the situation. The only opportunity is that the house doesn't have a TV. However, this was huge issue because you don't go on vacation to watch TV. We will stay with Marta and Kendall again. They are super hosts!

My wife and I stayed here for Valentines Day. When we arrived, Tammy had left us a bottle of champagne which was a nice touch. The home was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. Great location, walking distance to downtown.

Marta and Kendall are wonderful hosts. They are very quick to respond and make sure that all of your needs are taken care of. They have a thorough guide to local attractions which is really amazing if you’re not familiar with the area. The sauna is a wonderful amenity that we took full advantage of and we’re so happy that this was an amenity available to us after long days out in the cold! The space is super clean with really thoughtful touches. I really appreciated having extra soap, toothpaste and brushes available to us as we forgot to pack some items. If you’re looking for a place to cook this is not the place for you as there’s no stove but staying here and planning to go out to eat then this is the perfect spot for you. There’s a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker for quick meals which was very helpful for us as we were only in town for two days and mainly had snacks. I would definitely stay here again thanks so much!

Patrick’s place was perfect for our weekend trip. He was a thoughtful host regularly shoveling the walkway when it snowed and provided us tips on places to eat. We would definitely stay there again.

Patricks place is super close to downtown T.C and very conveniently located next door to a grocery store(and not just a little market but an ACTUAL grocery store) My husband and I stayed with our 1.5mon old and it worked out nicely. Will definitely look into staying here again in the future

Pat has a great place! Very cute separated house on Pat's property very close to downtown. We brought our dog with us and he was able to run around in the fenced in back yard. We will be sure to stay there next time we visit Traverse City.

Patrick’s house is a great place to stay in Traverse City. It’s cute and has a funky, unique style. It’s spotless and is located in a super convenient, quiet location, just a few minutes from anything you would want to do in TC. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, all utensils, salt & pepper, coffee and tea and even OJ and half-and-half. The bed is very comfortable and the 2 futons are very handy. Check in was very easy and Patrick was available on site to answer any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Kate‘s place was great! Full of cabin character, charm, and comfort, we felt right at home. Location was awesome; you can see Grand Traverse Resort (tower) across the bay laying on the couch! Lots of space, well-equipped kitchen with fabulous gas stove, and cozy bedrooms. Kate is a wonderful host, making sure we arrived safely & had what we needed for a most memorable stay. We recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home! It was great for us, our 3 year old and baby. The fireplace was amazing to be able to have a glass of wine by, and I was lucky enough to catch a beautiful sunrise! The decor was perfectly eclectic!

This is a great place to stay if you are planning on hanging around Traverse City, hike or do some of the wine trails. It's a little outside of the downtown area for walking purposes, but a short drive in and even better, a quick walk to the water. The place is super stylish and cute! Kate had a lot of great suggestions for what to do in the area!

Absolutely loved this place! Super close to a public access space on the lake and about 40 minutes from the Sleeping Bear Dunes as well as other landmarks. I appreciate the markings of everything that was private, as well as all of the amenities. There were tons of recommendations provided by the host. 100% would recommend and looking forward to my next visit here!

Cant be at the price. Its nothing fancy but we loved it. The location was perfect and beautiful. Has a wood burning fireplace that we used and loved. Beds are pretty hard but that's the only negative.

Fully remodeled basement of a house close to downtown TC this place was great for two couples. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (1 attached, 1 a short walk down the hall from the other BR). We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. You can hear the residents walking around upstairs at times but it was not a disturbance to our group. This place was hard to beat for location and value in a clean modern space.

Extremely clean, well decorated, cool artwork and very comfortable beds. Communication was excellent and check in and check out process was a breeze! There are plenty of great tips in their welcome book and lots of streaming Television apps available. The shower had great pressure and the host supplied ear plugs, eye masks, Q-tips, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer etc. It is close to everything ... perfectly located to enjoy all of Traverse city‘s foodie and shopping areas and even though it’s on a well traveled road, it was nice and quiet. All the reviews for Annie and Jack’s camper mentioned personal touches and how they had thought of everything. I was still unprepared for how sweet and thoughtfully this place was put together. The space is small (if you’re taller than 5’9 you might not be able to stand up straight), but perfect for a little getaway.

The camper was great. Annie and jack also set the picnic table. To top it off, the centerpiece was fresh flowers. All together satisfied with both host and camper. Will stay again

We loved our 3 days in Annie and Jack’s camper in Interlochen State Park. Annie and Jack provided all the basics that you would need for camping - linens, towels, extra blankets, utensils, drying rack, lantern, washing bin/soap/brush for dishes, and more. The camper is small but worked well for my husband and I and our 2month old baby, who slept on a mat on the floor that Annie and Jack provided (not enough room for our Pack n Play that we usually travel with). It was a great way to do camping without all the planning and packing!

My husband and I had the best time staying in Annie and Jack’s cute little camper! They had our campsite all set up for us when we arrived, which made our trip easy and stress free. You could see the love and thoughtfulness in everything that they supplied for us. Communication was easy and prompt and the accommodations where perfect for us. We would highly recommend them and can’t wait to rent their camper again!

My husband and I spent the 4th of July weekend at the Interlochen Park; Annie and Jack Scamp was amazing experience from beginning to end. The camp was set up beautifully, flowers, wine, snacks anything we can need and more. They leave the Cherry Festival information and we got to enjoy many of their activities. The camper is clean, cozy and enough for both of us. They communicate with us promptly and provide clear and accurate information need it immediately. Definitely a super host, already planning on doing it again.

This was our second stay at Andrew's home, and it was just as great as our first. His home is warm and comfortable, with everything you'd need for a short stay. It is also perfectly located in town, within walking distance to breakfast spots, breweries, and walking trails. We'll definitely be back a third time the next time we're in TC.

Andrew’s guest house was just what we wanted - a quiet, cozy space located on picturesque Traverse City street. The bedroom was very spacious and could sleep many more than we had (just two of us). Location was perfect. We were able to walk 5-10 minutes from the guest house right to the shops and breweries in downtown Traverse City. If we come back to Traverse City we will definitely consider staying at Andrew’s guest house again!

We loved staying at Debra and Greg’s place for a weekend away with friends! The house is incredibly stylish and sparkling clean! It was such a breath of fresh air walking into their place. Greg was also kind enough to pop buy with directions for the waffle iron, which we thoroughly enjoyed using! The beds were so comfortable and the living room was a great spot to unwind at the end of the day. We also appreciated having two bathrooms available to us so we could all get ready and be out the door on time! If staying in the area, we recommend booking a wine tour, taking time to go snowshoeing, or reserving an igloo at Hop Lot.

A very well designed and thought out vacation rental that had everything we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. The house is located a short walk from the heart of the downtown area but there are also some great dining opportunities even closer. Wee TINY cabin (about 12x12). We didn’t mind as we used it as a base camp. Clean and well-kept by 2nd generation innkeepers. When we needed an iron and ironing board, one was delivered in 30 minutes. Beach front features plenty of toys and sand for children and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Centrally located with respect to the bustling downtown area. A very unique experience for the adventurous.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time! The perfect location, just a short walking distance from anything in town! Love being able to have a fur baby with us for the weekend also! The only thing that was a little different this time was people are living above the unit and it is very noisy when they are walking around or doing just about anything. If you are a light sleeper, that can be a pain because it seems as if the walls are very thin!

Carrie’s place is so welcoming. The location was perfectly nestled in TC so as to easily hop downtown or get on the road to drive to the national lakeshore. 10/10 would recommend!

A very updated clean space. Owner had great suggestions for activities nearby. The mattresses were great and we all slept very well!! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans to make a full meal!

Carrie’s place is very cutely decorated and cozy. The kitchen had everything I needed for an impromptu family spaghetti dinner. It was easy to communicate with Carrie. Would book with her again.

This place was very clean and tidy. Stylish accommodations! A bottle of local wine was left on the counter. Everything you could possibly need is available. Had great pizza and salad at The Filling Station; walked to a bakery that was very close. Would definitely stay here again.

Dave was awesome even though my flight was cancelled and I was not able to stay at his place. He kept me informed and he actually gave me a 50% discount when I was not due to receive any discount at all, which is very nice of him. He was very on top of everything with all of his pre-stay info. Definitely will recommend him to people looking to stay in TVC in the future!

Finally someone with my sense of humor! Dave was a great host and the spot was perfect for me. By the trail and just a short ride into town. As a bonus, Dave loaned me a light for my bike just to make sure I was safe.

My friend and I stayed at Dave's place for one night and loved it. I only saw Dave once, but at least we got to say hi and exchange a few words during breakfast. He seems to be a nice guy. His place is very welcoming, so are his cats. Also, location is great; house is only a block and a half from one of Traverse City's beaches. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Dave was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late but he greeted us and took the time to help us decide on some things to do.

The description was really great, we found the house and the deposited keys immediately! The gray cat greeted us warmly after arrival and we felt welcome. We met Dave later, we were even allowed to play his guitar and he made us nice coffee in the morning - very good

Very friendly people and cats.

Maryscott is a great host. She is very thoughtful of her guests. She got us a cheesecake and offered coffee and lemonade. She placed candies for us in the bedroom. She didn't mind us going out of the house or coming in at any time of day or night. Her cats are friendly too. For anyone who doesn't want to spend on expensive hotels, do try her property. It's totally worth it :-)

Me and my toddler had an amazing stay at Maryscotts! Highly recommend to stay here! We felt more than welcomed it felt homey and you can tell she loves being a host! Bill and Nancy's condo was perfect for us. It was very clean, beautiful, in a great Traverse City location. The kitchen was very well-equipped, which was great for us, as we could all cook together and hang out. Although they responded quickly to initial text, there was no need for communication, as everything was ready, in good condition, and taken care of.

AMAZING place to stay!! We Airbnb often and this was one of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in. Super stylish and comfortable, perfect for 2 people looking for a weekend away in Traverse! There is a brewery across the street and a short walk to all the action in town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will for sure stay here the next time we come up!

Good location for walking to restaurants & stores, theatre. The unit is beautiful; very nicely decorated with high quality furniture and accessories. It’s the perfect size for a getaway, very comfortable, bright, very safe building too. Parking is right there as well.

Luette is a wonderful host and her place is perfect. It is a well appointed Airbnb space with extra cozy touches. It is also in a great location. Communication with Luette was flawless. Good for vacation and business travelers. We look forward to returning.

My wife and I ended 2019 with a getaway here. The condo is beautiful, clean and inviting. We watched the snow fall while sipping coffee, and then explored areas of Traverse that were new to us. Super comfortable bed and great location!

The condo was clean and cozy. The location across from the hospital was perfect. We were visiting family member in hospital, the condo was a peaceful place to call home during this difficult time. So many little details that made the stay feel loved.

Luette’s condo was exactly as described. My husband and I enjoyed being walking distance to the TC Commons and not far from downtown. The condo was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We made the trip north so my husband could complete the Iceman ride and after a long day out on Saturday it was great to be able to come back to a nice and quiet condo to relax.

Even more beautiful then the pictures. Very open kitchen and living room too which is great. Awesome location as well. Only complaint is that pull out sofa sleeper is super uncomfortable. Great place though!

It's a great place in an awesome location. It's our 2nd time staying in these units and they are terrific!

Clean and in a great location. 5-10 minute walk to Front Street. It was the perfect size for the two of us but I can see where it could feel crowded if there were 3 or 4 people staying here. As many other reviews have stated, this unit is on the top floor and there is no elevator. You must climb the 5 flights of stairs to reach the unit (9 steps on search flight). Again, not an issue for us, but could see where that might be a hindrance if you were coming and going frequently, have children, or physically struggle with stairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This exceeded our expectations. It was the little things like a desk fan for at night and extra fuzzy blankets for watching tv. Kitchen was outstanding with new appliances including a slow cooker and toaster, and well stocked with coffee and name brand creamer. Condo was extremely stylish and romantic for a honeymoon getaway.

Carrie was very accommodating, and communicated well. Place was exactly as described in an excellent location. Thanks for helping us making wonderful family memories!

Linda’s place was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to a lot of places downtown. It’d be great for two couples to stay at. I went with just my girlfriend. The place is very spacious and was clean. My only thing (complaint maybe) I would say that needs to be changed is the beds, they sink in the middle and aren’t the most comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

It was great to stay at Crystals. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary. Crystal suggested tips on where to go to make the most of our celebration. Her place was very conveniently located to many fun spots downtown. We will definitely be back!
