Location perfetta per chi viene a Trento in macchina, la zona non è a traffico limitato ed è a 5 minuti dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Corso Buonarroti è una via alberata, ottima per chi ama le passeggiate e andare in bicicletta, a pochi metri dall'appartamento c'è la pista ciclabile che costeggia il fiume Adige.
