We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

Padstow and the many beautiful beaches known as 'the Seven Bays' are all a short drive away. This apartment has undergone a recent renovation.
