“Located down the road about a 15 minute walk or Rps. 100 tuk tuck from Trinco House you will find the Central Bus Station for Trincomalee. The red colors buses are government and the mostly lighter blue/white ones are private operators. The ticket counter is on your right. The Tuk Tuk stand is on the right of the bus station and can take you to Uppuveli for about Rps. 350 or Nilaveli depending on where you are going for Rps. 700 and up...”

“Geopolitical strategic point, which has seen many wars, battles and attempts to seize to even current day. Recently handed over to Singaporean Government in a attempt to repay debts to China, who has already obtained other harbors such as Hambantota along with its Iron Fist inside Colombo Port and surroundings. ”

“A close convenient vegetarian restaurant around the corner from Trinco House that you can eat at a table or take away. Just go up to the counter and order, then ask for parcel (take-away) or plate. No cutlery so may need to ask for some if you can not eat with your hands :) I do not recommend the restaurants directly across from the bus stand.”
