“If you’re ever stranded on a boat in a rainstorm on your way to Wassaw Island (somehow that always happens when you’re out sailing with us…) A-J’s is the place to stop for a beer. You can tie your boat, kayak, or whatever you have up at the dock and then get a great bloody mary! ”

Seafood Restaurant

“Seafood restaurant. Not local catch, but tasty. Usually live music Thursdays to Sunday. We usually get the large steamed seafood platter for two with the crab balls appetizer. I suggest avoiding the crawfish - very bland. I really enjoy their smoked fish dip. Calamari is rubbery circles like at the skating rink a when you were a kid. I would skip them. I usually drink a Green Tea cocktail at their bar or a Jameson and Ginger Beer. Their bar is a good place to watch sports on game day. ”
