Lovely, cheerful, updated 50’s house in a beautiful, quiet, centrally located neighborhood. Only 5-10 minutes from UT Tyler, the medical center, shopping, and great restaurants! Three comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed, and two with queen beds with room darkening drapes. Memory foam mattresses, plenty of pillows, & 100% cotton sheets, blankets, quilts/bedcovers. 100% cotton towels. Stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen. Large windows to enjoy the views and let the sunshine in!

Escape from the busyness of life and enjoy our little hideout in the country. Travel 3/4 mile off the county road onto a private dirt road **note dirt road and can wash out *** Farmhouse decor , covered porch with rocking chairs, extra open loft bedroom , outside fire pit, bbq grill, fenced backyard and plenty of outdoor space to explore. We are close to town for all your needs but far enough out to feel away from it all. It is fenced and set apart from the other tiny home on the property.
