“They serve excellent coffee and a small cozy atmosphere, but their bread is the best in town. Treat yourself to a gorgeous loaf of your favourite kind, or a buttery croissant.”

“Open 24 hours a day, Breka is my favourite bakery in Vancouver. Open 24/7 for all of your coffee, donut and sandwich desires. Breka is our go-to spot for bread as well. We buy day-old bread for around $2.00-$2.50. Our favourites are Sovital and Bauernbrot. On a typical day we'll stop in for an Americano or a Mocha with an apple fritter (which are our tried and true staples). The apple fritters are huge and more than enough to share. My only qualm with the apple fritters is that I wish there were more apples actually inside.”

“EXTRA KID FRIENDLY! Nourish was created out of a decision to eat sustainably and responsibly, by parents Dan & Abbey who wanted better options for their family. Now they are sharing delicious, organic meals to everyone else, made with whole ingredients from local farmers and harvesters. The kids will get a kick out of the cute farmer’s market and kitchen play area to bustle around in and parents get to enjoy the tasty breakfast and lunch items, ranging from crepes to soups, sandwiches, and salads. Nourish also offers catering services, cooking classes and space rentals for birthdays and private events. nourishvancouver.ca”
