This unique old value house is only 3km from the center in Vaasa Harbor. From the back terrace there is a direct view of the port check-in and departure of the ship. On the terrace you can find a sofa group, a gas grill and a table group in the summer. In your own large yard there is a yard sauna where you can use the sauna all year round. Cozy and bright brand new one-bedroom apartment with a great location in the center. Vaasa Railway Station 400 m, downtown 600 m, nearest grocery store 350 m, 24Pesula 600m. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, which is best suited for one adult/two children, as well as an open kitchen with dishes and a green room with a balcony. Elevator house on the 4th floor. Opposite the house, a big, inexpensive parking lot. NO SMOKING AND NO PARTIES!

A fresh and cosy guest house with a sauna, with a nice sea view, located in a bay in the archipelago of Maxmo ca ½ h drive from Vaasa.
