The apartment is very nicely decorated (see photos). It is about 30 square meters, has a mini balcony, a bathroom+BW+ a small integrated kitchen (or better cooking facilities :) It is located in a quiet residential area in the east of Munich, 15 minutes by car to the A99 motorway, A94 approx. 8 min. Marienplatz = super accessible! Shops for daily needs (REWE, Edeka, dm, Hasi bakery, stationery shops, pharmacy, etc.) as well as restaurants, doner shop, other shops can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.

Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! Very nice place very close to Munich! Nice garden and nice house for family and for business mans! In the apartement 3 rooms, 1 toilette, 1 badhroom and tee kitchen. You can stated the Kitchen only have microwave, guest can heat up the food . The white room inculded big terasse with smoking area! The prices: The Pink room for 2 persons, the White room for 2 persons and the Panic room for 2 persons from 55 Euro/ night. The whole apartement incl. 3 rooms for 6 persons from 165 Euro/ night.

A little house for yourselves. 3 Sleeping Rooms (2 big, 1 small), a big kitchen/living room combo, a small bathroom. 1 parking spot on our ground. Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness.
