Cozy house in the countryside in quiet surroundings 7 km north of Veien. Fishing lake, MTB track and golf course are within 2-3 km. The place is centrally located 20 min from Kolding, 25 min from Legoland. There is a private forest with shelters and firepits that can be used. Terraces to the south and north. The property is on 2 floors with bedrooms and living room upstairs and kitchen room, as well as private toilet/bathroom on the ground floor. The owner will use the staging area to come to the office in connection with the property. Biker friend.

The road, lovely annexes in park-like surroundings

The annex is located in Vejen in a rural area with nice outdoor area with fire place and shelter, with fantastic inlet possibilities within walking distance. The road is an attractive commercial city, with a renowned Museum and not least Sports Center with countless offers 365 days a year. We are close to the army road, Kongeåen and attractive fishing lakes. Just like it is a short distance to Billund (30km) to Legoland, Lego House, Lalandia, Billund Airport. 33km to Ribe, Denmark's oldest city etc. We are located in a butter hole.: -)

2 bedroom apartment newly renovated this summer with new kitchen and bath. Access is easy via code lock so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own accommodation. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. There is about 700 meters to shopping and bakery. Cosy and peaceful garden, where no facilities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss Islands. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

This is a possibility to try living in a unique building from 1886, that used to be an old bakery. The building is carefully renovated with the front of the oven preserved. The building is placed only a 5 minutes walk from the lake and 10 minutes walk from the city center and the castle Koldinghus. And only 12 minutes walk from the railway station.
