You could ride all the way to Lincoln! HIKING!! So much hiking from beginner to the more seasoned hiker Franconia Notch has some of the best hikes in the East. Ride the Cannon Tramway and take in the gorgeous views, you can see all the way to Canada! Visit the breath taking Flume Gorge and Basin, great walk with a covered bridge!”

With food concessions, a playground, restrooms with showers, picnic tables and grills, North Beach has something for everyone. During the summer months you can also rent kayaks, canoes and stand up paddleboards at our vendors kiosk and take full advantage of what Burlington has to offer. The park and beach are open all year. North Beach is located off of North Avenue, right down the road from the high school and boasts a full campground with available sites for overnight rentals. ”

“A lovely easy to moderate hike (or drive) affording spectacular westerly views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. We recommend hiking the trails for more of a "hiking" experience though it is perfectly fine to hike along the road. The hike is about 1-1.5 hours. ”
