“There is a paved walkway around the lake for walkers, runners and bikers. There is a park at each end. The town with its restaurants and stores, library and churches is within walking distance. ”

“Best eggs benedict ever, comes with 3 per order. We’d tell you if anything else was good, but we always get eggs benedict because it’s so good (Brooke: salmon benedict, Laura: hash benedict). The sweet potato mash as a side is SO good, and if you want extra sweet add the “goo”. ”

“It's an upscale bar / restaurant with a unique and cozy, intimate downstairs level. Sometimes a long wait, prices are a bit high for a small town, but it's busy and popular if you like a bustling atmosphere.”

“Breakheart Reservation is a lovely oasis in the midst of suburban towns north of Boston. There are two paved loops for walking, running, biking, or other activities. They are surrounded by woods and are very hilly, providing a great work-out in the beautiful setting. From the paved way, you can hike up to the top of several hills. There is a nice view of Boston from the higher ones on clear days. There is an upper lake at the top of some of the other trails. There is no swimming at that lake, but it is quite picturesque. You can also hike down from the paved way to the lower lake and hike it's perimeter. There is a sandy beach with life guards on this lake during summer months.”
