“ A successful mix of traditional and modern décor makes The Grove a unique destination for those looking for high quality round of golf. The elegant 5* resort is impeccably designed and with the necessary amenities you would expect from such a venue. With a great range of facilities and treatments available in the Sequoia Spa, including a pool, fitness studio, sauna and much more to help guests unwind. After playing a round, hungry golfers will be treated to a varied menu of delicious dishes in the venues selection of restaurants. You can choose from three, ranging from the fine dining experience in the 3 AA Rosette award winning Colette’s to the more relaxed atmosphere in The Stables or The Glasshouse restaurants, all of which provide a great place to relax with a drink and good meal. ”

“Not much to look on the outside but once in your bound to be amazed by the ambiance and friendly staff. Make sure you sit at the back of the restaurant and you will quickly forget where you are...it will remind you of being on holiday somewhere warm and exotic. The food prices are competitive and if your like me and don’t know what to order just ask for advice. They are honest and won’t rip you off. Please bear in mind if you want alcohol you will have to bring your own, luckily there’s a off license a few doors down. ”

“This is a little known hidden gem which you should take time to visit if you love Thai food as it is really, really yummy! Book in advance as even on a Monday night it is heaving. If you don't have a car during your stay, it is a 10 minute taxi drive and you can book the cab for the journey home too before you get out. It is on a quiet residential street and you would not know it was there without local knowledge!”
