Cozy apartment in a quiet location with a balcony

The apartment is on the ground floor and is nice and cool in the summer. It was completely refurbished and lovingly, with a lot of craftsmanship, designed by us ourselves. The wooden workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....there is no noise to be expected)😉The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop,which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly . Blackout blinds are fitted. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available for questions. Books and games are available.

The new apartment is directly in the city center , walking distance in 5 minutes to all the highlights of the cultural city of Weimar, the Goethepark in 7 minutes , Herderkirche in 3 minutes ....ect. Are you exploring the city on foot? . Sit comfortably in the small terrace and are happy to bring your dear pet (in the terrace & 20 euros each extra for extra cleaning ) . The apartment is lovingly furnished and a perfect place for recreational & culture enthusiasts. A baker is next door!

Cozy small cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance to the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor sitting area with table for guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in-shower. No kitchen!
