In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, our completely refurbished bakery is located. Walk into the endless German forests from the yard or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful towns such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. Located in the middle of nature in a corridor between the Gees forestry service and the Mantingerveld, with unobstructed views of land. Our farmhouse was completely newly built in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a holiday home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

On the spacious terrace, you are completely to yourself and can enjoy the view of meadows and fields. There is also a large playroom in the house with table tennis, foosball, dart and play tower for toddlers. The entire grounds are fenced!
