Recently remodeled and updated, very clean. (I'm enrolled in the Airbnb covid cleaning program and the studio is also on its own ventilation system.) Excellent for solo business travelers/students looking for a quiet retreat or to quarantine. A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

This studio is located on top of a two car garage in our backyard which is next to a beautiful open field.
