“Captain Parker's Pub is the most famous and highest regarded restaurant in Yarmouth. On the edge of Parker's River for which it was named, their clam chowder brings people from miles and is always packed. It's open year round, has a great staff, all the surf and turf you desire. The pub out front is a scene filled with first responder patches from all around New England and beyond.”

Water Park
“This unique entertainment complex is the love of every kid that drives down Route 28. There is a water part section, and dry section, a ropes course, and even a high wire/trapeze course. They have passes that you can go every afternoon and tire the kiddos out. They have a cafe inside with adult beverages for the parents, and snack bar stuff for all.”

Beach
“We love this nearby beach. Just a short drive (about 5 minutes) and excellent parking right at beachside (no lugging everything from the car). Snack bar, frequent ice cream trucks, shells, and a mile long beach to walk, this is one of our favorites to visit in the afternoon and stay through dinner, with a picnic and drinks!”

“Yarmouth House is a huge but cozy super club that is open year round and always packed! Try to sit by the mill wheel in front for a romantic dinner, but they can also host bigger groups in the middle and back. The food is great, and there is some thing for everyone. The family who owns it also owns and operates DiParma Italian Table and Red Faced Jack's Sports Bar in West Yarmouth. ”

“Keltic Kitchen has been a main stay in the neighborhood for decades. The portions are huge, the staff is always friendly and amazing, and it is super Irish and super fun. In the summer, and most offseason weekends, there will be a line at peak breakfast times, especially if you are in a group. We’ve found that the wait times they tell you are pretty accurate though. There is also a cute Irish goods store behind it where you can buy anything from an authentic Irish sweater down to a crackle chocolate bar. ”
