“There’s a reason Jakartans love this brand enough for it to set up camp all over the city. For one, they take their beans very seriously. Sourced from the best estates across the country, the coffee beans are roasted in a considered manner to bring out the best of their characteristics and specialities. Whether it’s single origin or blends, sourced from Sumatera or Sulawesi, Tanamera’s coffee is approved by Jakarta’s prominent coffee aficionados. Trusted as a coffee specialist, Tanamera holds training sessions for aspiring baristas and coffee enthusiasts.”

“This is my husband's business. The ideal place for a coffee break, while visiting Kraton Yogyakarta. The coffee shop is not far from Taman Sari or Water Castle. Among their specialities (sultan tea or spice coffee), they serve the most expensive coffee in the world, aka kopi loewak or luwak coffee. If you want to try it and know it all about its rare production process (yes, the coffee beans have actually been pooped by an animal called luwak), just follow the signs leading you there, or ask us for the directions.”

“For those who is looking for coffee shop opens quite early, you can visit this spot which starting open at 9.00 a.m. This is a hidden gem located for its ambiance; cozy with modern and simple interior designs, mostly in white color. In the menu, they provide several must-have-hot coffee options, from expresso to piccolo which I, myself, always order piccolo. Their coffee is light, not to acid. Don't expect to find various range of pastry for they only have limited pastry, most of the time is croissant. ”
