Perfect location, cosy and stylish and with one of the largest bathrooms i town

Relax in the bathtub, after a long day of walking around the sights of Copenhagen, in this historical building from 1803 THE APARTMENT: The cozy apartment has just gone through a major renovation. Everything has been updated with an eye for detail and love for the exiting building, which is heritage listed building. This has taken the apartment to a whole new level, very much inspired by hotels and restaurants around the world but with a personally touch. The apartment stands with new floors, ceilings and walls. The apartment is all in all 70 m2 on the 4th floor with a beautiful view to the famous red rooftops of Copenhagen and the beautiful Scandinavian light. It consists of a spacious open kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed with an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and has direct access to the utility room, which consists of a washing machine/dryer and plenty of wardrobe space and a convenient floor to ceiling mirror. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. Amenities include wireless internet, washing machine, tumble-dryer, fully equipped kitchen large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. You will also find full-size bed and mattresses, blankets, pillows and all bed linens. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable sofabed an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. The property is situated downtown in the old part of Copenhagen surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops of all kinds. Rosenborg Castle Gardens is just around the corner, great for an early morning run, a quite time with a good book, or a sunset picnic. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Nørreport is just around the corner which connects you to both buses, trains and the subway. Coming from the airport it will take you no more than 20 min before you are at Nørreport using the subway (Metro) and from Nørreport the apartment is a 5 minutes walk away passing one off the best bakers in town, Kransekagehuset. The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. Central apartment in Meatpacking with sunny balcony

Spacious & aesthetic apartment overviewing the vibrant meatpacking district. Seconds from a range of nice restaurants and bars. Yet still pretty quiet since the apartment is on the fourth floor. Nice balcony with a lot of sun, big bathroom and bedroom with a new and luxurious bed. 5 minuts to the metro and central station. Please be aware that this is not an apartment hotel, but my own private home - that means, that it's important for me to feel comfortable with the people I rent it out to :)

Bright &spacious flat in Copenhagen with balcony

Perfect for a couple. Newly refurbished 3 room flat in quiet street with great access to public transportation and only a 12 min bike ride to the city. Pay parking using ‘Easy Park’ app available in my street and nearby streets. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks and the Metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in my street and in 1 min walk range. City bikes for rent in my street. Table tennis, jazz events and fleemarkets take place regularly on the square opposite the flat.

Live like a queen/king in Carlsbergbyen. At close hand are restaurants, cocktail bars, parks, Frederiksberg Zoo, Tivoli and much more. The tourist areas (Nyhavn, Strøget and Amalienborg) are only four metro stops away. The apartment neighbours the centre of CPH's nightlife Kødbyen (Meatpacking district) but is secluded and quietly placed in a new area. Also make yourself cosy at home with a great entertainment system, candles, plaids and gløg. There are two bikes at your disposal

Welcome to my wonderful apartment in a calm street behind the lovely and lively Enghave Plads in Vesterbro. Enjoy the big west-facing balcony and the unique location in one of the nicest areas in Copenhagen. Only 2 min walk from Enghave Plads metro station and one stop from the Grand Central Station. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. The neighborhood is full of cafes, restaurants and small shops as well as parks and other relaxing areas

The apartment is located in inner Copenhagen in the middle of the vibrant shopping district. The apartment is facing a courtyard, but you can still hear the rich citylife in the background. The neighboorhood is filled with cafées, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also good for a Family or 3 or 4 friends or Mom, Dad and 2 kids.
