Restored 19th century light house at the end of Point Loma, since it is located over 400 feet above sea level it offers beautiful views of San Diego and the bay, Coronado, Mexico, and the Pacific, but it was a lousy place for a light house. It was often actually in the clouds and boats on the ocean couldn't even see it.
